Had one of those little epiphanies standing in the kitchen earlier where I realized I really truly hate my life. Not the little good things; I love being around my family, I love my pets, coffee, shitty tv. I just really hate where I am. Unemployed, sickly, depressed, anxious, lonely. It was a good little point to tell myself that now is the time to fix it, to start moving towards something better.

Unfortunately, it only lasted a few minutes. Sorry. Too busy preparing a frozen pizza. We can have self-deprecating self-improvement time after lunch.

#I don’t know what the point of this post is #was this supposed to be funny?#it’s been rouuuugh #but then again it’s been rough for years #usually I’d say ‘take it a day at a time’ but lately it’s been ‘take it an hour at a time’#it could be so easy to just start moving forward but I’m just so… frustratingly me 😬#anyone know any jobs for lazy anxious losers?#whatever whatever whatever #psychiatrist appointment in a week. therapy a few days later. ENT in two weeks. if I can throw a few job applications into that mix…#calculating how much my monthly meds + drs appointments are going to run me this month 😬😬😬#I need to get to slangin pizzas or something because this is not tenable #okay anyway I love you #I’m sorry I just keep posting depressing text posts. i’m always like “i have so many things to do i should make a to do list” and then i make and and, “ok now i just need to prioritize what needs to be done first” only what needs to be done first and what i actually want to do first are never the same thing and anything that doesn’t need to be done soon exists in some vague unimaginable future where there is too much and no time at all.

#side thought i had while writing this #one time i made a playlist and titled it todo list #and it was just Africa by Toto repeated for an hour #was this supposed to be funny?#i don’t know but there’s definitely a non zero chance that i have adhd now that i think about it
