Writing Lamb’s dialogue is challenging sometimes because it can feel very disjointed but… yeah that’s just how he talks. He thinks too hard to respond properly and focuses on questions rather than interacting with the answers to them. Sometimes he comes off as rude.

One year ago I made this blog and started the Aphidclan webcomic. Barely even feels like a year’s gone by when I look at it like that, and we’ve gone so far. There’s a lot of art I’m proud of, a lot of art I’m not proud of lol, lots of characters introduced, but still so much farther to go and plenty of characters we have yet to meet. Absolutely insane.

I’m excited for the next year to come, I’m especially excited for the new characters we might meet this year, and to see how far we’ll get to progress the story in 2025. Thank you all for your support through all this time, all the fanart and even a little bit of fanfiction!<3 Participating in ArtFight with the Aphidclan cast was a blast as well, I can’t wait to do it again if the stars align.

It'll become clear soon, but not all of Defiance is here - there are around 100 members in the group in total, and only about twenty here today. But it seems like a lot to the cats.

Also, Prowl did kill Mallowstar by snapping his neck, but I understand it may not be obvious in the art because I didn't want to look at pictures of broken necks for reference. Regardless he died near instantly.

He did his best.

Corvidwish’s kithood and yet another piece of Lamb’s early memories.

Do you have any of those fuzzy childhood memories that are awoken by a specific cue? A smell, a word, a place, etc? Like when someone mentions a place you went as a child and the memory of it suddenly comes flooding back… or you catch a scent while walking that teleports you back to age five. That’s what this is meant to be :o)

Really been digging @jumalanpelko's comic and wanted to draw both our Sun-related cult kitties that just so happen to be doing God's work.

I had a lot of fun drawing Suncat, although I don't really nailed the lineless art look, I'm pretty satisfied with how she turned out<3
