We've been out testing a new set of Warp 9 wheels to see how they impact performance. We slipped on a Dunlop D606 in front and D908RR in the rear for the test - a proven tire combo for the desert. Recently, Dunlop started making the D908RR in sizes for big bikes like the KTM Adventure series, Tenere 700 or the Africa Twin. This is the first time we've had a chance to run these DOT knobbies on our KTM 990R test mule. These are some nice meats for ripping through deep sand, silt and loose rocky desert terrain. They go to warp 9 on Star Trek. This is by the same studio team that is behind Sharon Brown's I Specialise In Love, unsung hero Lotti Golden and Richard Scher. They worked extensively with John "Jellybean" Benitez who remixed this track and I'd consider it an electro-funk classic. Vocalist Milton “Boe” Brown had been drummer for Prelude act The Strikers
