11/07/24: Crossed this morning from spending the day in Mexico with my mom. And I was surprised with new clearance from walmart. They got either a new holiday sale or its a new markdown for the season. No complaints here. I want to get a few more things, but right now, I got stuff that I know will sell out if I don't grab it early. I was so excited with the deals I had to go to a second walmart to buy games that were sold out in the first one. Ps5 Final Fantasy XVI was $25. Forspoken ps5 was $10. Far Cry 6 was $13. First party switch games got cheaper too. Super Mario RPG and Kirby Return to Dreamland were $30 each. Unravel Two was $15 and the cost of the switch version of Justice League finally matches the rest. It was $10. Don't lag on those walmart deals!

People against piracy fail to realize that no, I can’t just ‘buy it.’ They stopped making DVDs and Blu-Rays. They’re barely offering digital copies for download. I am not spending money I could use for food or bills to pay for a subscription service just so I can always have access to a beloved piece of media. Especially not when the service will remove media on a whim without concern for how the loss of access to that piece will make its artistic conservation nigh impossible.

For example, I recently learned that Disney+ had an original film called Crater. It’s scifi, family friendly, and seems cool - I would love to buy it as a holiday gift for my little brother! But: it’s exclusive to D+ and THEY REMOVED IT LITERALLY MONTHS AFTER ITS RELEASE.

The ONLY way I can directly access this film is through piracy. The ONLY available ‘copies’ of this film are hosted on piracy websites. Disney will NEVER release it in theaters, or as something to buy, and it may NEVER return to the streaming service. It will be LOST because we aren’t allowed to purchase it for personal viewing. If I can’t pay to own it, I won’t pay for the privilege of losing it when corporate decides to put it in a vault.

So yes, I’m going to pirate and support piracy.

Edit: if you are able, use $5 you would otherwise use for a streaming subscription to donate to a GazaFunds campaign.

Everything I posted is either secondhand or something I made myself, so I can't be of much use. The plates are Sakura Galaxy pattern, if that helps you find them, and they also did white and green as well as the blue that I have. They're no longer made but I think maybe Target carried them once?

I’m recovering from a cold and I thought I was on the upswing, but last night I fell asleep with an AirPod in, and for some reason I got up in the middle of the night, and put my AirPod right into the cup I’ve been using to take cough syrup, which still had some sitting in the bottom…

Then I woke up Again a few hours later and thought, Shoot I need to suck the syrup out of my AirPod!! Which I tied to do and then heard a popping sound come from it… so if the syrup didn’t kill it I absolutely did…

Tamagotchi Pix Spotted at Walmart for $25

She doesn’t even go here, anymore! Novemberx123 on Reddit found a Sky Purple Tamagotchi Pix at their local Walmart for just $25! What’s wild is that the Tamagotchi Pix hasn’t been on shelves in over a year at Walmart, perhaps a return or some stock that has just been found? Check your local Walmart!
