Hey guys! I wanted to make a quick post to celebrate getting 100 kudos on my Soulmates AU for Yakko x Max!

Thank you to everyone who took some time to read it, I had so much fun writing it, and I am currently working on new Yax stories, so I hope you guys can give them a chance in the future as well!! :3

Since I'm in the rival mood, this is Wakky's team in the Legendverse.

I'll be honest, I'm still torn on whether I should have Gallade or Gardevoir be his ace. Like, he has both in my au, but which one is his original partner and which one comes after that? I have no clue cause I can see merits to both.

Anyway, I wanted to add some pokemon he still has but aren't present in the team builder

As I mentioned before, he has a Gardevoir,taking inspo from pokemon masters. Probably a shiny, cause he deserves it.

Altaria is another dragon of his ( two dragons wally? Sheesh). Can also mega evolve.

Wally continuity is weird but I do see him as a traveler, since he always wanted to......maybe I should have Lisia replace Anabel them. Hmmmm. Anyway, I mention that cause he caught a Fletching during his trip in Alola. It's a Talonflame now.

And yeah. Just wanted to add that. I'm definitely gonna rework Cheren and Hugh's teams cause I'm realizing that just because a pokemon is " bad" doesn't mean it's not worth being put on a team. I remember changing Cheren 's team to match this ideal of strong pokemon only, and that.... totally goes against his character arc, so I'm changing it.

Lakko time! As previously introduced over on @poorlydrawnwarners, here’s the grumpy boyo himself. This was mostly done because as practice, and I think they both came out pretty alright. The line art is a bit messy but other than that I like how these turned out.

He’s based on the cut fourth Warner sibling from the scrapped movie concept, Wandering Warners We, but I’ll admit that my take on him has diverged quite a bit from Tom Ruegger’s original description. Most notably, he’s not Yakko, Wakko, and Dot’s brother, but rather, their cousin! The Warner kids have such a great dynamic as-is that I felt a fourth member would feel like an intruder.

My Lakko is instead their 2nd cousin, who’s just a huge jerk all around honestly. He’s a real no-nonsense snob who thinks he’s better than his cousins and refuses to let them (specifically Yakko) forget that.

He and Yakko have a particularly interesting relationship. Lakko will complain for hours about how “immature” and “annoying” Yakko is, to the extent that most people, even Yakko himself, assume that he legitimately hates him. This is not the case, though. In reality, Lakko’s strictness and tendency to scold his cousin’s every move comes not from malice, but from a belief that Yakko and his siblings would be much better off if he could just “calm down and think things through for once.” Yakko, of course, couldn’t care less about what Lakko thinks is best for him, and goes about doing his usual zany thing anyways.

Another tidbit about Lakko is that his name isn’t even really Lakko, it’s actually Leonard. The nickname “Lakko” was affectionately given to him by Yakko to match himself and Wakko. Lakko, unsuprisingly, can’t stand the nickname, but his cousins continue to use it anyways.

Lakko also has a younger brother, named Samuel. Sam almost never talks and mostly just follows his big brother around, relentlessly attacking those Lakko deems deserving with a flurry of smacks. Because of this, he’s gained the nickname Smakko.

Smakko, similar to Lakko, is derived from another concept Warner sibling who didn’t make the final cut, in this case, “Smakky Warner.” His design, though not pictured, is more reminiscent of “Wakky Warner”, however, since the actual Smakky looked way too similar to the final Wakko.

Both of these characters were originally devised as antagonists for a project of mine I’ve just been calling “the Atrament AU”, which was essentially my own re-imagining of the basic concept of BABQFTIM. Though instead of BATIM and Cuphead characters, it would’ve focused more heavily on not only Animaniacs, but also characters from the Uncle $crooge comics, Felix the Cat, and Oswald-era Disney. Whether or not anything is ever going to come of it, I have no idea, but Lakko and Smakko were fun enough characters that I felt like rolling with them outside of that particular project.

so this mainly centers around the original four warners before it came down to the trio. yakky, wakky, smakky, and dot. this is really only based on the first game because there is too much lore and too many characters. also, the animatronics aren't possessed by dead children, they are acting on their own part. (I'll get into backstory later)

Characters:

yakky - freddy

wakky - bonnie

smakky - foxy

dot - chica

Backstory:

the animatronics were made to entertain children and were based on a new cartoon, The Animaniacs, but were scrapped by the CEO of the company that made them for a new set of animatronics. someone found the scrapped animatronics, restored them, and gave them back to the company. By this time the old CEO had retired, so the new CEO said yes, not knowing what they got themselves into. It's been years of weird things going in with the animatronic. deaths, disappearances, the animatronics in weird places the day after. they had a search warrant on the person who restored the animatronics for anything that could be causing this. they of course, found nothing. no one would throw them out, they felt watched every time they got close to them. they were stationed in the hall of company history. also known as the hall on the same floor as the CEOs office.

Gameplay:

you play as the new CEOo of the company. survive the night. you can close the doors and vents, have access to cameras, and turn off your office light and check doorways with the lights.

of course, you also have your work to do. you must finish your work while also defending yourself from the animatronics hellbent on getting to you.

Well it’s mostly Smakko plotting and Lakko just rolls with it. He mostly just hangs out with Smakko because Yakko, Wakko, and Dot fired him and he doesn’t really have anywhere to go

Je ne suis pas qualifié pour commenter leurs discussions. Mais je pense que ne pas savoir quand les résultats seront connus peut signifier que rien n'a été discuté. J'ai essayé de ne pas parler autant que possible et j'ai seulement déclaré que j'accepterais la situation. "Quoi? C'est important? Je me renseigne là-dessus maintenant." Je ne pense pas que ce soit parce que la personne responsable est une personne différente de la dernière fois. Trois jours plus tard, quand j'ai expliqué à nouveau mon offre, rien ne semblait encore avoir commencé. Au contraire, il semble que leurs points de vue aient déjà été finalisés. Cependant, la première personne ne me l'a pas dit. La deuxième personne ne sait rien. Il ne sait rien, alors il essaie de suivre l'histoire depuis le début. Il a répondu qu'il appellerait demain. Même lui semblait ressentir une certaine conclusion. Serions-nous confus si les choses n'avaient pas de nom ? Ou ne serons-nous pas du tout confus? Si quelque chose n'est pas devant vous, utilisez le nom qui lui a été donné lorsque vous en discutez. En disant le nom des choses, chacun peut imaginer des choses. Une fois le concept partagé, nous pourrons communiquer sans confusion. Mais que se passe-t-il si les choses conceptualisées changent ? Peut-être partagerons-nous la mauvaise idée et poursuivrons-nous les discussions là où nous ne pouvons pas trouver de solution efficace. Il n'y aura pas de confusion pendant la discussion à moins qu'il ne soit partagé que le mauvais concept n'a pas été mis à jour.
