Im going to table at TFConLA in March, so decided to learn some New Skills. So, a new kind of art form I've been working on: polymer clay, here being designs for clay pins and mini magnets! All such based on G1 Transformers characters and BotBots! 

Pin Characters are as follows: Tricitrustops, Jazz, Waddlepop, Laserbeak, Cosmos, Glit, Ravage, Soundwave, Spud Muffin, Blaster, Crickets, Bumblebee, Ulf, and Burgertron. 

Magnets: Burgertron, Frostfetti Frostface, Duderoni, Sprinkleberry Duhnut, and Crumbly Yummly!

These are just base models, and generally have the colors and lineart Id want. Not the official line up, as I’ll probably add in some new ideas and take out others, but ye! Open to critique or suggestions, or pick up coms even LOL

Botbots Wish List

Well my third Botbot is downstairs in the mailbox waiting on my roommate to get home with the key and so I thought I’d toss together a top ten wish list for each of the two and a half series that have been released so far.

Series 1

1. Totes Magotes (A great little briefcase) 2. King Toots (Who woudn’t walk a toilet paper mummy transformer) 3. Game Over 4. Professor Wellread (As a bibliophile, he calls to me) 5. Cuddletooth (She’s a cute little chainsaw who only wants a hug) 6. Slappyhappy (A cute little pink ruler) 7. Chilla Gorilla (Headphones to work with my Screen Fiend) 8. Stinkosaurus Rex (Really I want all of the plants) 9. Sprinkleberry D’uhnut (Look at that dopey expression) 10. Waddlepop (She is just a cute penguin)

Series 1.5

Ok there is only 13 Botbots in this series and they were (at least so far) only available from an online retailer (Though they show up on Hasbro’s Australia & Canada sites but not for sale), so really I would be happy with any of these.

Series 2

1. Hashtagz (Radhaxx is my favorite mold from Series 1 and this is a great repaint) 2. Glitchface (I fell in love with the mold when I got Screen Fiend) 3. Songwave (This repaint of Pucksie has much more personality) 4. Grr’illa Grimes (The first new mold on the list. she is the one that first cauht my eye in this series) 5. Overpack (A great little back pack) 6. Javasaurus Rex (A coffee make dinosaur, do I really need to say more) 7. Dumbeats (I used to play the drums back in grade school and he just brings back memories) 8. Sprinkleberry D’uhball (He is the Brain to D’uhnut’s Pinkie) 9. Short Edge (A lil yellow ruer with a Napoleon Complex) 10. Sir Botcha (Hot sauce is big in our house)

Announced today, a fun and exciting new line of collectible for Transformers fans of all ages, BotBots!

BotBots are mischievous little robots who came to life from everyday objects inside a shopping mall! This rare type of Transformers robot is tiny, mischievous, and great at hiding!

  Not long ago and somewhere close by, a glowing mist filled with TRANSFORMERS energy called ENERGON came down from the sky and covered a shopping mall. The things inside came to life as little TRANSFORMERS robots! These bots can hide in plain sight as everyday objects, meaning no one knows what’s a bot and what’s not! Mischievous, funny, and super silly, these are… BOTBOTS!

When the Energon hit the objects inside, it made them More Than Meets the Eye. Candy, sports equipment, electronics, school supplies, and other things came to life as little Transformers robots. These robots hide in plain sight at the mall, disguised as the stuff we use everyday.

Each BotBots character belongs to a themed team based on what kind of store they belong in.

  There are 61 unique 1-inch characters to collect in the first series of BotBots, each with their own individual personality. Like all Transformers, the characters change from an ordinary object into a little robot in just 3-5 easy steps.

  The BotBots all belong to different tribes, inspired by product types you might find in a shopping mall, including the “Sugar Shocks” (sweet treats), the “Backpack Bunch” (school equipment), the “Toilet Troop” (bathroom items), the “Techie Team” (electronic gadgets), the “Greaser Gang” (fast food), the “Shed Heads” (gardening gear), and the “Jock Squad” (sporting goods).

GREASER GANG: These greased up and chilled out rulers of the food court put the fast and fast food.

BACKPACK BUNCH: A band of brainy bots who are cooler than school and sharper than a freshly sharpened pencil.

JOCK SQUAD: A crew of super sporty bots who love to win and are always ready to gear up and get their game faces on.

  SHED HEADS: The tough-as-nails team of no-nonsense tools, plants, and home and garden bots.

SUGAR SHOCKS:  A squad of sweet treats and fun-to- eats who share their own unique sugar rush and kick things into overdrive.

TOILET TROOP: A clean-up platoon of bathroom defenders who take care of business by cleaning the bathroom and beyond.

TECHIE TEAM:  The cutting-edge crew of gotta-have-it phones, gadgets, electronics, and gamer gear.
