Back on this hyperfixation train (lol, like I ever left)!

Wanted to ask your thoughts on a plot bunny: what would be the Uruk equivalent of a Goth phase? Personally, I’m thinking flower-child Hippie.

YES I could see anything to do with flowers (like wearing flower crowns, bringing colorful flora back into the camp, having a collection of potted plants) but also like HARDCORE goth phase could maybe also be like, getting obsessed with Elf Culture?? Like a teenage Uruk that gets obsessed with elf music or something?? Idk!!!

Made some more progress on my traitors

Got a decent haul for trading some dg stuff that had been sitting around unloved for a year. Capri sun not included.

With this lot I got 20 new in sprue old cadians. These will be bashed into vraks styled militia, 3 old cadian heavy weapons teams, which will also be vraksian, a painted leman russ, an on sprue russ and an on sprue chimera.

The chimera was very quickly built and painted along with the remaining les grognards and grognard hwts.

The regiment has received a name, too. They're the Atlantic 114th Blighted Horsemen, and now they have some proper armored cavalry!

I'm really happy with how the dozer blade came out.

I also got the second batch of les grognards painted as well as the second batch of heavy weapons.

I'm so excited to get these guys on the table!

I’m redoing Mamon Transfigured from the Siege of Vraks. I’ve simplified the original conversion, because the silhouette wasn’t that good.

I kept the Bane pose from Batman, where he’s just standing there holding his bullet proof vest, I kept that element but deleted all the chains and the two massive horns from his back.

This will be an exercise in textures and necrosis, let’s see if I’m talking horse shit or I can really express what my mind is projecting

Can I interest you all in a lost media mystery?

Une grenade avec ça is a sitcom that ran from 2002 to 2011, but has seasons almost entirely lost or undocumented. The episode descriptions are mostly available on Wikipedia.

Seasons 1, 2, and 4 are on the Internet Archive, and seasons 8, 9 and 10 are available on a few streaming services, but, if my information is correct, licensed by Crave TV.

This leaves seasons 3, 5, 6, and 7.

Seasons 1 to 7 had a main character played by a now convicted pedophile, and was removed from the show (and went to jail) from season 8 onward. I understand how that would setback the willingness to find those seasons.

Despite this, I still believe its worth archiving, and first and foremost, being found. I cannot find any information on VHS or DVD versions of the show. Cannot find any merch except a single image of a calendar that might have existed.

Now...

Keep in mind that this is a Québec show, and as such, everything ever done on it has been in French.

I don't know how to bring this to a wider audience of lost media finders, or people that might be able to get some progress done towards making those lost seasons a piece of found media.

Um. I welcome any help I can get. My friends and I would really appreciate it.
