Cosplay series NEED to return

I just got reminded of a Voltron cosplay series that existed some time ago and it's got me thinking, why don't they happen anymore?? Like the fact that fans were so passionate that they got a full cast of cosplayers, film crews, editing, and making sets to create a series, all just for fun! It was magical and I despise that it is so so looked down on nowadays because doing something like that is awesome!! I'm a bit stuck in the past, I'm literally posting this on Tumblr, but it was a better time when we embraced our interests and hobbies regardless of what other people thought! We didn't realize what we had until it was already gone🥲

This was a terrific cosplay for a fanfic, "Maybe We'll Find a Brand New Ending", by carbonbop/carbonfootprint. The premise included a world where there were animal/human hybrids as a protected class. Shiro was a police officer working in a unit focused on helping such hybrids and Keith was a cat hybrid rescued from a string of abusive situations. Most of the other characters were also part of Shiro's unit.

Regretfully the author took it down several years ago. I have it saved through Chapter 18, which ended in a good place, but I know there was one more chapter that ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. But while it was being updated, it had a LOT of Sheith fans' attention. I don't know if it was the first catboy!Keith AU out there, but I think it was one of the most popular ones.

SO, some days ago I found a post and it made me think about a lot of stuff (it usually happens). And then I realised that I talk about a lot of thing in my blog, but I never mentioned that I love cosplayers. Especially plus sized cosplayers. Yeah, skinny cosplayers are great and beautiful too, but every time when I see a chubby Harley Quinn, my primitive bisexual mind is like ,,OMG, I'M IN LOVE". And another reason why I love them is that... well... I'm not such a ,,small" person to be honest, and it just makes me happy to see someone like me cosplaying one of my favorite characters. So I just wanted to show 7 (because it's a lucky number) of my favorite plus size cosplays that I found on Pinterest during the years (yeah, I have Pinterest addiction)

She is so cute and beautiful, I totally love this Tinkerbell cosplay. And the dress and the wings😍

She is gorgeous and omg... Just look at the details.

She is soooooo adorable and that skirt is awesome. And the tights. Ok, everything in this cosplay is awesome tbh.

Plus size female Loki. I even didn't know I need this before I found this cosplay.

There is only few Hunk cosplays so I'm dissapointed.

Please reblog this, because I really want to encourage more people to cosplay they favorite characters, because everyone is amazing in their own way, and I want to encourage cosplayers who gained some weight to don't stop doing their hobby, because they are beautiful even if they don't believe it and they might give hope for somebody :)
