This started with the full page of VLV doodles awhile ago then when the album came out I decided I wanted to draw for each of the songs so bam! No rhyme or reason beyond that hence why its all chaotical- also bgs/colors inspired by MV’s/Vid Visuals!!

Been thinking about these guys for a solid week, they've been yelling at me in my brain and then when I look at them, they start fighting each other.

I hate being a monster-sitter, so it's time to evict them from my brain.

THE STORY: Viva La Vida (Temp Name)

A group of alien monsters fight each other for power over an ancient super computer so they can make cool planets based on their vibes. It's ridiculously complex with alliances and wars, but like I'm about to go to bed, so perhaps I'll have dream revelations about them hmm.

THE CHARACTERS: (They're all alien lesbians that go by any pronouns... for now...)

Butterfly gal, new arrival, has no idea the chaos i've thrown her into.

Swamp guy, wants power and is crazy manipulative and monologues all the damn time

Skeleton space psychic, she hates capitalism and loves expressing herself!!!

Fire boy, Swamp guy's little sidekick with a love for flames and chaos, so very small

The capitalist, who despite all odds, is friends with skeleton lady, compulsive liar

Fratboy Business man who is also the sun, currently holds the power of the ORB, is pretty chill and like-able

Coin lady who loves baking and dancing, wife of Sun man, always hosts big events, has so much mental trauma oh no :

Teeths, super chill, least chaos inclined, very soft boy, cries (i dunno how) Probably dating skeleton lady

Bird lady, she's wild, lives in the woods, and wants the orb so she can start her cottagecore hippie religion

Magic Trash Man, made of trash, antagonistic, but not evil in any sense, just annoying but can be extremely helpful!

nautilus dude, former war fan, turned pacificist with a gambling addiction, very charismatic

Keeper of the GREAT LIBRARY, sibling of Nautilus dude, neutral, but will judge you

WARHOG, Respected, loved, and missing?!?!?! Bro come back I can't handle all these weirdos by myself!!!

It’s so interesting seeing how people talk about how the ocs they come up with are lovingly crafted or tenderly cared for like baby birds.

Meanwhile in my brain my characters feel like mind worms that keep me up til 1am thinking about their traumas and fight sequences.

These brain worms are violent and manipulative in the way they change my brain chemistry and I love them for that.

Neste texto, você entenderá melhor sobre o que é a prisão preventiva, quando ela pode ocorrer e como funciona, além de saber qual a diferença entre a revogação dessa prisão e a liberdade provisória.

O que é prisão preventiva?

A prisão preventiva é uma medida cautelaraplicada durante o processo penal, e é diferente da prisão que ocorre após a condenação. Ela pode, portanto, ser decretada a qualquer momento do processo, desde que atenda aos requisitos legais estabelecidos no Código de Processo Penal.

“Art. 312. A prisão preventiva poderá ser decretada como garantia da ordem pública, da ordem econômica, por conveniência da instrução criminal ou para assegurar a aplicação da lei penal, quando houver prova da existência do crime e indício suficiente de autoria e de perigo gerado pelo estado de liberdade do imputado.”

Quando pode ser decretada a prisão preventiva?

Como explicamos acima, a prisão preventiva pode ocorrer a qualquer momento do trâmite processual, antes da sentença penal condenatória.

A Constituição Federal assegura que todos são inocentes “até que se prove o contrário” e a prisão preventiva, apesar de restringir o direito à liberdade, ela só pode ser decretada quando motivada e fundamentada “em receio de perigo e existência concreta de fatos novos ou contemporâneos que justifiquem a aplicação da medida adotada”.

Como funciona a prisão preventiva?

A prisão preventiva não tem como objetivo determinar a culpa ou inocência do acusado, mas sim garantir a ordem pública, proteger testemunhas, evitar a fuga do réu ou a obstrução da justiça.

Isso significa que, ao contrário da condenação, não é necessário ter provas irrefutáveis da autoria do crime, apenas indícios que sugiram a participação do acusado.

Além disso, há situações específicas em que a prisão preventiva pode ser aplicada, como quando há dúvida sobre a identidade do acusado ou quando se trata de violência doméstica.

Qual a diferença entre liberdade provisória e revogação de prisão preventiva?

A liberdade provisória é uma alternativa à prisão preventiva, que permite que o acusado responda ao processo em liberdade, desde que cumpra certas condições.

A revogação da prisão preventiva pode ser solicitada se os motivos que justificaram a prisão deixarem de existir.

Existem outros tipos de prisão, como a prisão em flagrante, que ocorre quando alguém é pego cometendo um crime, e a prisão temporária, que é decretada durante a investigação por um período limitado.

É importante destacar que a assistência de um advogado especializado na área criminal é essencial para orientar o acusado durante o processo e buscar alternativas à prisão preventiva, quando cabível.

didn't mention it before because I had to crosscheck album themes and stuff (and also because it was three am went i sent the ask), but like V&V and PFTW both have a lot of themes of like, memories, going back, and (most prominently), religious themes. the albums are called Vices and Virtues (biblical concept) and Pray for the Wicked (prayer, and expanded upon in Say Amen (Saturday Night) which has the whole message of Mormonism taking Saturday nights to prepare for prayer on Sunday Mornings)

as for VLV, that's just performance art. Brendon is long-standing not a lyrics guy, so I'm not really surprised that the album sucks but has like a music video plot. this imo is why it can't compare to Pretty. Odd. other than the obvious

TWTLTRTD is so boring to me that I haven't managed to listen to it enough times to garner a theme

yk how everything is about sevens? and Panic! At The Disco has seven albums? and like. one for sorrow two for joy three for a girl four for a boy five for silver six for gold seven for a secret never to be told? and how TWTLTRTD is kind of like a turning point in PATD albums (somewhat my opinion there, but you can't deny V&V was a lot more pop punk than TWTL's pop)?

i honestly think there's like a parallel album between the first and last three?? like, VLV and P.O. are both, (while very different), classic rock inspired albums coming right before a split that seem uncharacteristic for the band to release, DOAB and AFYCSO were both like, breakouts? except for AFYCSO is like, band breakout and Doab is solo artist breakout. also AFYCSO has lyrics about "one bad woman" (direct quote from the he band btw), and DOAB is about one bad man (Brendon, or "the bachelor") and V&V and PFTW are both made of songs primarily written by other people, and drew in more fans (this one is the most of a stretch)

and then like, TWTLTRTD is the middle ground? idk where it goes yet. but you see my vision!! and to tie this into ryden. Seven albums. Seven for a secret never to be told. ryden was obviously real, and he wrote two albums about it because he had a grand plan. or something

seven is also a biblical number btw. seven sins, seven virtues, seven days of creation and rest etc. seven is also a pretty common number of albums for an artist/s to sign on for contractually (idk if u saw the tiktok of that person in their car talkin about it).

also yeah v&v did have more of a pop punk feel but idk

the albums very much do parallel each other but I'm almost tempted to say they're also continuations??? not musically but possibly thematically and lyrically?

VLV is a bastardisation. or maybe false replica.

DOAB & fever were chart toppers and sellers. beloved. magic moments if you will were things went right. they both have the similarity in topics of discussion. DOAB being about the mourning of the single status into a relationship while fever sort of celebrates and criticizes said relationship (or its aspects) in a macabre pantomime.

v&v was written in large by dallon, pete and brendon roughly in that order. pftw, was written mostly by ghost writers if im not mistaken then brendon. so i get u on that.

and yea TWTLTRTD is the middle ground cause thats the last album i remember me or the bando, enjoying the majority of.
