Assigning Bridgerton’s to a level on the Vegemite scale

[For the purposes of this exercise; they are for all intents and purposes Australian, and mentions of marmite will get you blocked. I’m KIDDING. Am I though… marmite sucks]. Also, they all use butter you fucking heathens.

Violet: 2; she just wants a little extra flavour, but she isn’t a complete weakling. Won’t eat it in any context except on toast.

Anthony: 6; he just wants to feel something. Complains cheesymite scrolls don’t have enough Vegemite.

Kate: 3; but rarely eats it with without cheese.

Benedict: 3–4; but with cheesybite. Ya know, that fever dream where they briefly called it iSnack 2.0? Frankly, ahead of its time with that name. Benedict is its number one fan.

Sophie: 0; she doesn’t eat Vegemite. [This was a real deliberation bc Yerin Ha is the only actual Australian but also most of the people I know who don’t eat Vegemite are Asian (not Wasain)]. She thinks Vegemite is the absence of culture, but straight up calls Benedict’s cheesybite an affront to humanity—and she’s doing her part to stop him because she’s certain he’s the only one left buying it atp.

Colin: 4–5; but more than that, he’s the guy putting Vegemite on everything. Steak. With avocado. There’s a recipe on the Baker’s Delight website using broken cheesymite scrolls to crumb chicken, he’s making that too. If Vegemite isn’t one of the first few foods his kids try, he considers himself to have failed as a parent. The Cadbury Vegemite block was Colin’s idea.

Penelope: previously 2, now 3–4; Colin has increased her tolerance but if he tries to sneak it into one more dinner meal she’s filing for divorce.

Daphne: 6; life is a competition and she’ll be damned if she can’t beat Anthony.

Simon: 3/6; if he’s making it for himself or the kids it’s about a 3 (though Daphne always tells him he’s doing it wrong and promptly takes over) (“they’re toddlers Daphne, you shouldn’t give them that much salt” “generations are built on the back of this stuff, Anthony and I have this much and we turned out fine” “did you” “did we what” “nothing dear”) but for himself Simon usually gets all of his Vegemite fix from just taking a bite of a corner of Daphne’s level 6

Eloise: 2–3; but with promite. She insists she likes it but no one really knows if she actually likes it, or is doing it to spite her family who all can’t stand it or the smell.

Francesca: 1; but she doesn’t have a lot because she’s always having it on a dark extra grainy bread that she claims doesn’t need much more flavour.

Gregory: 4; he has a Vegemite and cheese toastie every single day. Also, he was the one who submitted the name iSnack 2.0.

Hyacinth: 7; there is no toast, only Vegemite. There is no Hyacinth, only Vegemite. Violet is very concerned for her health. Anthony is too, but Violet says it’s his fault and influence.

Florian's team was built using Red logic of Gift + story-relevant Pokemon:

Skeledirge simply because I picked Fuecoco in Scarlet (it meant Nemona got Meowscarada and I really like Meow for her + Quaquaval for Clavell)

Perrserker's the G-Meowth from Salvatore

Great Tusk is the former Titan (catchable after the Academy Ace Tournament)

H-Arcanine is the H-Growlithe from Perrin after helping her find Blood Moon Ursaluna

Empoleon is hatched from the egg Jacq gives the player in Kitakami

Ogerpon's... well, Ogerpon's Ogerpon lmao

Arven's team is the same as in the base game + DLC, with one change - Mabosstiff is totally okay and healthy, to be clear!! He's just much older now and can't battle as much as he used to, so Arven subs in Snorlax, which evolved from the Munchlax Florian got from Ogre Oustin' in Kitakami. Thought that was fun since it still fits in with Arven's food-themed team and is a small nod to her friendship with Florian.

Nemona's team combines her Academy Ace team with her Special Coach team (mostly just replaces Milotic with Goodra) and adds a shiny Flutter Mane. I chose Flutter Mane specifically because it's the Paradox with the highest usage rate in Competitive Pokemon and I thought it'd be cute since shiny Flutter matches well with timeskip Nemona's color scheme. It also kinda parallels Florian's Great Tusk where both have unique traits (titan/shiny), a high attacking stat (atk/sp. atk) and a low defensive stat (sp. def/def). I just think that's a neat detail.

Penny has her same team as usual since it doesn't change between the main game, Academy Ace, Mochi Mayhem and being a Special Coach. I'm thinking about designing a special Stellar-type Eeveelution to give her, just for fun, but I'll need to brainstorm a bit more for that one. Regardless, I think she'd also have a baby Eevee, just for fun.

Ship Headcanon posts 1.2

So, @hollywoodshell and I have at least two ships. I haven't updated the headcanons for long time, and I had a few new ideas floating about in my head. I did at leastt bring a new one up in private IMs!

🐉 Chase Young (Including Xiaolin Monk version)

Highly likely, to openly flirt with Soldan without holding back. Either letting it be getting in her space, and flustering in a matter of seconds. She'd be awkwardly embaressed, but trying to tolerate it as much as possible. But, he knows how to render her speechless well enough from plotting everything out.

Chase kissed her first, no question. He was confident enough to approach when she was outside at the time, and zero hesitation after waiting a couple of weeks. That's how his confession went, Soldan calmly accepted! But, was internally screaming at the same time.

Protective as ever, not out of his sights. On certain occasions, going to his true form to make it more visible if Soldan is in her own trouble. Carrying her on his back sometimes, and curling around like a cat once at the citadel to keep an eye out. The tail, is always curled around either hand loosely to be reassured.

Soldan won at least a sparring match, twice. It took planning, and being deciving with her actions. Chase was impressed by the tactical skills, and surprised. For the first time, he lost and wasn't even mad about it. Proud, to pretty much admit honestly.

If you see her a Lion, Tiger, or Jaguar? There's a reason why. Though loyal to Chase as ancient warriors as large cats, they grew to like Soldan fairly fast. Greeting her when she stops by the citadel, the crow often sits on the shoulder casually. Will attack anyone if they try harming her, and one stays to be a guard.

Chase will carry her when she's tired, holding closely to his shoulder. As stoic and serious for his mannerisms, has a soft spot for Soldan. Nobody sees it, it's rare if they do. Though, doesn't fully mind her company and her own cursed beast form. Bonus, Xiaolin Monk version: Treats her with respect, though was concerned about her beast form at first and warmed up to it. Soldan went with Omi to see Chases' past at first, then went on her own to check it out after borrowing the Sands Of Time. Putting it light, he somehow remembered her and got a little attached. Though, little time before he had the Lao Mang Lone soup and kissed her.

🐝 Beelzebub “Queen Bee”

Invites her parties, often using a portal to pick up easier. Queen Bee is always happy to see Soldan, and checks if she needs some time to calm down in a quiet area. Sometimes sneaking a cuddle or two before getting back her duties.

Sends comfortable party outfits, and sweets for surprises. Yes, the boxes have confetti that explode out when opened. Easy to clean up, the good part. Soldan has the outfits stored away safely, and still in mint condition!

Queen Bee often gives Soldan public affection. Just minimal stuff, nothing overbearing. Picking up under her arms and carrying Soldan around by flying to show off a bit for fun! Then drags her onto the dance floor, gently with some form of excitement.

Girls night? Yes! More invites to Lindy, Mavis and Barbie are sent out. hanging out in the Gluttony Ring or where Barbie lives. Queen Bee gets Soldan the best outfits for these nights, not too flashy and easy to be comfy in. Attack cuddles, are common to happen.

Don't mess with Soldan, Queen Bee will get defensive. As nice as she is, being the ruler of the ring? There's limits. Pushing Soldan behind her, telling whoever did it off and then asking if she's okay. Lots of four armed hugs, and calm words to help lighten the situation.

Surprise visits, rather unexpected. Soldan only hears the portal open from her living room, then greeted by a very tight hug again. Having a small break to hang out with her girlfriend, watching a movie or chatting for a few hours before Bee has to head back. She returns the favor, stopping by to visit Queen Bee as well. Bonus: Queen Bee and Chase don't exactly get along. Sure, both love Soldan dearly! Small glares are exchanged, every few moments. Soldan is busy chatting with her friends, completely unaware until Mavis ends up pointing it out after a while or so.

I bring a Professor Turo weredragon!

This is actually a redesign of his old weredragon form (it needed a redesign), so for this new design, I based him on the usual Violet Paradox Pokémon tropes (glowing liquid parts, pixellated eyes, mechanical appearance, etc), Iron Moth (especially the wings), his AI counterpart (particularly the eyes), alligator clips, the cybernetic dragon trope, and some of the aerial vehicle-based Transformers, hence why he has jet plane-esque wings!

I’ll be doing Professor Sada next, so look out for her!

i finished the final season a few hours ago and i am in RUINS!!!! telltale really out to get me by making a lee and clem parallel with clem and aj just for them to tell me she LIVED??? okay i get it guys just leave me alone... way to make me feel like a total dingaling for Shedding a few tears!!!!

i am a kenny guy at heart BUT my favourite of this season aside from clem and aj was most definitely louis, i know, SUPER unpopular opinions guys... news flash, local twdg player likes louis... groundbreaking stuff here guys

on that topic??? if i had known what was going to happen to him upon not saving him im i totally would've saved him over violet???? i pretty quickly saved violet because my clem was dating her and I didn't know they were going to kidnap one of them depending on who i saved ohmygod,,,,, i (NAIVELY) assumed just one of them would be injured and id lose relationship Points... guys i MIGHT be stupid. if i knew he was going to get his tongue cut out and lose the ability to speak i would've saved him over violet!!! and im not a violet hater, i Love her shes my #1 girlfailure loser creature but i mean come on guys,, especially after i learned if i saved louis she would've just lost sight in (correct me if I'm wrong) not two, but one of her eyes??? i mean louis' whole thing is like yknow talking!!! just seeing him curled up in the corner of the cell unable to talk and blood coming from his mouth MAYBE just SLIGHTLY made me regret my choice (i regret it so much ogmygjod)

anyways,,, aside from my yammering, i enjoyed the game so much and im glad i took the time to play it, i don't think i could even pick a favourite season because they were all so so great and i probably shed tears at least once per season!!!!!! the end was great and im glad to have played and i'll probably be thinking about it for the next forever,, writing my own character analysis sheets and drawing the characters constantly will 100% be happening,, anyway thank you for reading my anoyyingly long text post with far too many forms of punctuation and spelling errors
