Han-seok would win against In-woo. he might rely too much on his money and power to clean things up while In-woo plans his kills more meticulously but he only goes after the weak while Han-seok doesnt mind getting his hands dirty, so 1-on-1 Han-seok could win. he'd still lose against Dong-sik tho bc of cartoon logic

Sweeping away his competition with a constant lead and a final victory by 22%, Shen (Yuan) Qingqiu has officially beaten Qi Rong and been crowned the MXTX character that was/would be most insufferable if given access to the internet!

In the end, it turns out that this whole elaborate tournament was for naught. Even Qi Rong, the man voted more annoying that 63 other characters, cannot hold a candle to the sheer degree of insufferable that we know our dear Peerless Cucumber was and would be. Absolutely nobody can compare to Shen Yuan's canon keyboard warrior antics.

Thank you all for joining me on this journey! I hope everyone had fun voting in this tournament, as I know I had a lot of fun running things and watching everyone's hot takes. Shen Yuan may have rendered all but the very final round of voting moot with his sheer loveable obnoxiousness, but maybe the real most insufferable people online are the friends we made along the way :).

It's been a crazy ride. People have been going for their faves to win this thing, but in the end... It was a really unsurprising outcome, actually.

We have Robbie Rotten, the dealer's choice character who is unbelievably memetic. He decimated, to the point where one of his rivals only received ONE VOTE! We have Dr. Two Brains, a character who was a front runner from the start, receiving some detailed nominations and also decimating in every comp he was in, up against some pretty tough comp!

Luo Binghe/Shen Qingqiu (SVSSS):

Shen Qingqiu has been in love with Binghe since before he even knew he was gay, the man thought he was straight reading a stallion novel full of smut, just for Binghe, and Binghe decided that if he couldn’t have SQQ that he would destroy the entire world. When SQQ died he kept his body around just in case and had to fight people off almost daily so that he could keep it around, man went full feral about it. They are so insane about each other.

Xie Lian/Hua Cheng (Heaven Officials Blessing):

Hua cheng literally fell of a building and Xie lian caught him and has been silently ping for him for thousands of years like, making statues of him, following him around in disguise, wearing a string on his finger to mimic the hair that xie lian put there once. And Xie lian once he figures it out is willing to disobey heavens direct orders to smooch Hua cheng even though he was explicitly told that Hua cheng was dangerous and not to be associated with. Shen Qingqiu, after getting his Masters degree is Gay Denial, goes on to undoom the “main character,” Luo Binghe, from narrative misery after simply loving him too powerfully. The misunderstandings that ensue after the Plot forces his hand during an unavoidable canon event are legendary. Shen Qingqiu jumps out a window. Luo Binghe is soft for only one (1) person. Shen Qingqiu is such an expert at dressing everything up as comedy that you might not even notice the tragedy until it sucker punches you into the stratosphere. Luo Binghe, terrifying demon lord, is malewife and likes to do household chores/cook. Shen Qingqiu is a bottom to save Luo Binghe's manhood. They are batshit and its glorious.

Introducing: The Which MXTX Character Was/Would Be Most Insufferable Online Tournament Bracket

Beginning the evening of August 23rd, 2024 (USA time), I’ll be running a tournament via tumblr polls to determine once and for all which Mo Xiang Tong Xiu web novel character was or would be most insufferable if given access to the internet.

Why this poll theme?

I thought it would be fun to run another big MXTX tournament bracket, since the bugpoll last year was a blast, and this was the funniest theme I could manage to think of.

Why isn't Shen Yuan/Shen Qingqiu in the bracket?

Given what we know about our dear Peerless Cucumber, I fear an SQQ sweep would be a foregone conclusion if I included him. Therefore, after the bracket finds a winner, I'll hold a bonus round and pit the winner against Shen Yuan to determine the true most internet-insufferable character.

What is wrong with you?

Yeah.

My goal is to hold one round per day every day for a week, but I'm contending with a full-time work schedule, so things may get slightly more stretched out than that. I'll also be splitting the first round into Round 1 Part 1 (the left side of the bracket) and Round 1 Part 2 (the right side of the bracket) to avoid spamming people's dashes with 32 separate polls in one day.

He’s also legitimately good at building crazy machines, his downfall is his habit of building self-destruct buttons. He’s ridiculous. He tries so hard. He’s such a babygirl.

Invader Zim: An autistic icon who paved the way for so many shows people praise today - Steven Universe, She-Ra Princesses of Power, Hazbin/Helluva, Owl House and so many more. Also, a non binary icon, as this beautiful small bean rocks a pink dress and on multiple occasions is the draggest of queen's.
