dude i love slime videos or like those little stimboards on tiktok 😭😭
if lip caught you watching one, his eyebrows would furrow a bit “the fuck is that?” and he’d maybe chuckle quietly, a little amused. “that’s the entire video?” but if he saw you were embarrassed about it/once he learns it calms you down, he’s nicer about it. days where you’re stressed he’s giving you a hug and a brief kiss, “why don’t you go watch your little videos, huh? the—the fuckin’ goo thing. i’ll be with you in a second.”
if carmy caught you, he’s intrigued. “what is that?” and once you explain he just nods, not really bothered by the whole thing. he lowkey watches cooking asmr so he feels like he can’t judge. but when you’re lying down in bed watching them he cuddles up, resting his head on your shoulder to watch with you, “…play ‘nother one.”
THE GOO THING HELP. IM DECEASED. yall might clown me for this but i think it would be SO funny if you and lip had just had a rough fuckfest and you're soso tired with your brain all fuzzy so you just ... pull up some slime asmr. you're staring with glassy eyes, scrolling through a whole account of them. he think's its odd and gives you some snark ab it, but when you look up at him with a discontent frown he eases up <333 i think, like carmy, he would eventually get to watching them with you
ughhh my sweet pookie bear. carmen. my baby. him watching cooking asmr is canon tbh, yall know how when hes stressed there's all the pretty clean food aes shots? and then he's calm? yeah. he would totally watch them with you. bonus thought, you make him download tiktok just so you can send him recipes and cooking asmr vids. thats the only thing he does on the account, its public + clearly him with the name and picture. syd gets his account suggested to her and there's NO videos, just 18965175916 reposts of slime and stimboards and cooking. he doesn't realize they're public 😭

YouTube’s Content ID system—which automatically detects content registered by rights holders—is “completely fucking broken,” a YouTuber called “Albino” declared in a rant on the social media site X that has been viewed more than 950,000 times.
Albino, who is also a popular Twitch streamer, complained that his YouTube video playing through Fallout was demonetized because a Samsung washing machine randomly chimed to signal a laundry cycle had finished while he was streaming.
Apparently, YouTube had automatically scanned Albino's video and detected the washing machine chime as a song called “Done”—which Albino quickly saw was uploaded to YouTube by a musician known as Audego nine years ago.
But when Albino hit Play on Audego's song, the only thing that he heard was a 30-second clip of the washing machine chime. To Albino it was obvious that Audego didn't have any rights to the jingle, which Dexerto reported actually comes from the song "Die Forelle" (“The Trout”) from Austrian composer Franz Schubert.
The song was composed in 1817 and is in the public domain. Samsung has used it to signal the end of a wash cycle for years, sparking debate over whether it's the catchiest washing machine song and inspiring at least one violinist to perform a duet with her machine. It's been a source of delight for many Samsung customers, but for Albino, hearing the jingle appropriated on YouTube only inspired ire.
"A guy recorded his fucking washing machine and uploaded it to YouTube with Content ID," Albino said in a video on X. "And now I'm getting copyright claims" while "my money" is "going into the toilet and being given to this fucking slime."
Albino suggested that YouTube had potentially allowed Audego to make invalid copyright claims for years without detecting the seemingly obvious abuse.
"How is this still here?" Albino asked. "It took me one Google search to figure this out," and "now I'm sharing revenue with this? That's insane."
At first, Team YouTube gave Albino a boilerplate response on X, writing, "We understand how important it is for you. From your vid, it looks like you've recently submitted a dispute. When you dispute a Content ID claim, the person who claimed your video (the claimant) is notified and they have 30 days to respond."
Albino expressed deep frustration at YouTube's response, given how "egregious" he considered the copyright abuse to be.
"Just wait for the person blatantly stealing copyrighted material to respond," Albino responded to YouTube. "Ah, OK, yes, I'm sure they did this in good faith and will make the correct call, though it would be a shame if they simply clicked ‘reject dispute,’ took all the ad revenue money and forced me to risk having my channel terminated to appeal it!! XDxXDdxD!! Thanks Team YouTube!"
Soon after, YouTube confirmed on X that Audego's copyright claim was indeed invalid. The social platform ultimately released the claim and told Albino to expect the changes to be reflected on his channel within two business days.
Ars could not immediately reach YouTube or Albino for comment.
Widespread Abuse of Content ID Continues
YouTubers have complained about abuse of Content ID for years. Techdirt's Timothy Geigner agreed with Albino's assessment that the YouTube system is "hopelessly broken," noting that sometimes content is flagged by mistake. But just as easily, bad actors can abuse the system to claim "content that simply isn’t theirs" and seize sometimes as much as millions in ad revenue.
In 2021, YouTube announced that it had invested "hundreds of millions of dollars" to create content management tools, of which Content ID quickly emerged as the platform's go-to solution to detect and remove copyrighted materials.
At that time, YouTube claimed that Content ID was created as a "solution for those with the most complex rights management needs," like movie studios and record labels whose movie clips and songs are most commonly uploaded by YouTube users. YouTube warned that without Content ID, "rights holders could have their rights impaired and lawful expression could be inappropriately impacted."
Since its rollout, more than 99 percent of copyright actions on YouTube have consistently been triggered automatically through Content ID.
And just as consistently, YouTube has seen widespread abuse of Content ID, terminating "tens of thousands of accounts each year that attempt to abuse our copyright tools," YouTube said. YouTube also acknowledged in 2021 that "just one invalid reference file in Content ID can impact thousands of videos and users, stripping them of monetization or blocking them altogether."
To help rights holders and creators track how much copyrighted content is removed from the platform, YouTube started releasing biannual transparency reports in 2021. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a nonprofit digital rights group, applauded YouTube's "move towards transparency" while criticizing YouTube's "claim that YouTube is adequately protecting its creators."
"That rings hollow," the EFF reported in 2021, noting that "huge conglomerates have consistently pushed for more and more restrictions on the use of copyrighted material, at the expense of fair use and, as a result, free expression." As the EFF saw it then, YouTube's Content ID system mainly served to appease record labels and movie studios, while creators felt "pressured" not to dispute Content ID claims out of "fear" that their channel might be removed if YouTube consistently sided with rights holders.
According to YouTube, "it’s impossible for matching technology to take into account complex legal considerations like fair use or fair dealing," and that impossibility seemingly ensures that creators bear the brunt of automated actions even when it's fair to use copyrighted materials.
At that time, YouTube described Content ID as "an entirely new revenue stream from ad-supported, user generated content" for rights holders, who made more than $5.5 billion from Content ID matches by December 2020. More recently, YouTube reported that figure climbed above $9 billion, as of December 2022. With so much money at play, it's easy to see how the system could be seen as disproportionately favoring rights holders, while creators continue to suffer from income diverted by the automated system.
Despite YouTubers' ongoing frustrations, not much has changed with YouTube's Content ID system over the years. The language used in YouTube's most recent transparency report is largely a direct copy of the original report from 2021.
And while YouTube claims that the Content ID match technology should be "continually" adapted to sustain a "balanced ecosystem," the few most recent updates YouTube announced in 2022 didn't seem to do much to help creators dispute invalid claims.
"We’ve heard the Content ID Dispute process is top of mind for many of you," YouTube wrote in 2022. "You've shared that the process can take too long and can have long-term impact on your channel, specifically when claims result in viewing restrictions or monetization impact."
To address this, YouTube did not expedite the dispute process, which still allows up to 30 days for rights holders to respond. Instead, it expedited the appeals process, which happens after a rights holder rejects a disputed claim and arguably is the moment when the YouTuber's account is most in danger of being terminated.
"Now, the claimant will have 7 days instead of 30 to review the appeal before deciding whether to request a takedown of the video, release the claim, or let it expire," YouTube wrote in 2022. "We hope shortening the timespan of the appeals process helps you get claims resolved much faster!"
This update would only help YouTubers intent on disputing claims, like Albino was, but not the majority of YouTubers, whom the EFF reported were seemingly so intimidated by disputing Content ID claims that they more commonly just accepted "whatever punishment the system has levied against them." The EFF summarized the predicament that many YouTubers remain stuck in today:
There is a terrible, circular logic that traps creators on YouTube. They cannot afford to dispute Content ID matches because that could lead to DMCA notices. They cannot afford DMCA notices because those lead to copyright strikes. They cannot afford copyright strikes because that could lead to a loss of their account. They cannot afford to lose their account because they cannot afford to lose access to YouTube’s giant audience. And they cannot afford to lose access to that audience because they cannot count on making money from YouTube’s ads alone, partially because Content ID often diverts advertising money to rights holders when there is Content ID match. Which they cannot afford to dispute.
For Albino, who said he has fought back against many Content ID claims, the Samsung washing machine chime triggering demonetization seemed to be the final straw, breaking his patience with YouTube's dispute process.
"It's completely out of hand," Albino wrote on X.
Katharine Trendacosta, a YouTube researcher and the EFF's director of policy and advocacy, agreed with Albino, telling Ars that YouTube's Content ID system has not gotten any better over the years: “It's worse, and it's intentionally opaque and made to be incredibly difficult to navigate" for creators.
"I don't know any YouTube creator who's happy with the way Content ID works," Trendacosta told Ars.
But while many people think that YouTube's system isn't great, Trendacosta also said that she "can't think of a way to build the match technology" to improve it, because "machines cannot tell context." Perhaps if YouTube's matching technology triggered a human review each time, "that might be tenable," but "they would have to hire so many more people to do it."
What YouTube could be doing is updating its policies to make the dispute process less intimidating to content creators, though, Trendacosta told Ars. Right now, the bigger problem for creators, Trendacosta said her research has shown, is not how long it takes for YouTube to work out the dispute process but "the way YouTube phrases the dispute process to discourage you from disputing."
"The system is so discouraging," Trendacosta told Ars, with YouTube warning YouTubers that initiating a dispute could result in a copyright strike that terminates their accounts. "What it ends up doing is making them go, 'You know what, I'll eat it, whatever.'"
YouTube, which has previously dismissed complaints about the Content ID tool by saying "no system is perfect," did not respond to Ars' request for comment on whether any updates to the tool might be coming that might benefit creators. Instead, YouTube's plan seems to be to commiserate with users who likely can't afford to leave the platform over their concerns.
"Totally understand your frustration," Team YouTube told Albino on X.

happy birthday jeremy jordan!!
because it's his birthday, i drew jay gatsby climbing back over the fence after only tea. because i thought it was funny and it turned out better than i expected. colored version and uncolored.
also this. rip the quality (i traced the set pieces on the side and his silhouette guys, no i'm not that good at drawing)
now i'm going to yap about jeremy for far too many paragraphs, feel free to scroll past lmao
some of this may be inaccurate or out of order (or incoherent) because, honestly, i don't remember all the details of my jeremy journey (instinctively went to type 'jordan'-)
okay, so, although i've only known who he is for about seven months, i guarantee that watching hazbin hotel is one of the best decisions i could've ever made. because then i learned about jeremy, fell in love with his voice, then watched newsies. and so my love for musical theater was born and now i'm a complete and utter theater nerd (as many people who know me can tell you lmao).
because i have far too much free time, i will now construct a vague timeline of when i watched/discovered things jeremy's in. like i said, far too much free time.
i watched hazbin on april 1st and 2nd, binged it pretty fast lmao. completely didn't know beforehand that it was a musical, so that was a nice surprise. and, yeah, this lucifer guy, love him to death (haha). then this video popped up on my youtube home page, and i really like hazbin, so sure why not.
fast forward a bit, i looked at jeremy's imdb or wiki page and wait- huh? he's in tangled the series?? (which is actually a really funny coincidence, because a few years back, early on during the pandemic, i watched the first episode of tts. which is indeed the one with varian. so i'd actually heard him before). so i figured, why not watch that, i know jeremy jordan has a great voice.
sometime around here, i start watching yt vids of jeremy's performances. she used to be mine, it's all coming back to me now, all those. also gave the english concept album of death note a listen, since i'd seen it on jeremy's wiki page.
it's the end of april now, and i'm going somewhere with no wifi for a little over a week, so i download tts. (funny story, i accidentally didn't download the last two episodes, so i started s2, and was just confused. like huh?? i didn't see that happen.. my dumbass didn't realize that i was missing episodes until i was like a bit into s2. tragic)
few days in, i remember that i actually have newsies downloaded somewhere, and hey isn't jeremy jordan in that? (recognized it from aforementioned yt vid on hazbin actors) so i watch it and fuck yeah that was pretty good, loved the set especially.
(here's when i added santa fe to my playlist. before i watched newsies, actually.)
fast forward through may (honestly, may was a blur lmao). i finished tts, was briefly obsessed with wicked, discovered a few more projects jeremy was in (lsoh, b&c), found out he could've been in the greatest showman, watched la la land, finally gave chappell roan a listen. stuff like that.
june (and also july)! and, what's this? the great gatsby? (the first three releases) loved past is catching up to me, didn't realize roaring on was noah ricketts, etc. then the bonnie & clyde proshot (i managed to find a slime on yt, unfortunately it got deleted. i do have it downloaded if anyone wants it)
august. watched the last five years (i didn't know it was told backwards from her perspective and forward from his because i didn't read the summary. do you know how confused i was 💀)
september! one of the best months of my life ngl. saw the great gatsby on the 13th (and hamilton on the 25th). saw the whole cast except for noah ricketts (dan rosales was brilliant though). it was amazing bro, no other notes really. when i first saw him on stage, i nearly died, and then he started singing and i actually did /pos. everyone was so good, i can't even
and, yeah, here we are.
i don't know why i decided to make this post help 😭
if you read all this, thank you? i guess?
have a nice day and, idk, stop scrolling tumblr, take a break
#happy birthday jeremy jordan#jeremy jordan appreciation post#aka: king yaps about his favorite performer for a long fucking time#am i weird for this?#yes#don't mind me guys#jeremy jordan#king yaps#my art#the great gatsby musical#bwaygatsby

i don’t really have any pressing opinions but i love to ask questions!! what’s your fav dnp vid of all time :)
oh dear god i was low key hoping i wouldn’t get asked this cause jesus christ there’s so many 😭😭
i’m going to choose multiple and kind of break them into chunks so this is going to get long and i greatly apologize if this is not at all the stupidly in-depth answer you were wanting:
firstly, dan:
ok for dans channel, i will always have a massive soft spot for any of his long content like BIG and Why I Quit Youtube and WAD so that whole sub genre gets its own place
i also love Daniel And Depression and Living My Truth a lot as well
for the Dystopia Daily videos, i love We’re In A Relationship, as well as the roasting viewers dating profiles, viewers pick dans outfits, and his viewers’ assumptions video
ok now phil:
i love all his hospital videos cause i’m parasocial, i also love WDAPTEO for the same reason of course
(also side note but i love how with all four of the WDAPTEO videos, they literally only get better)
i also love all his “confessions” and his two “dating advice” videos cause i love watching him judge
ALSO, this is arguably the most important, but for some reason whenever i just want an easy phil lester video to watch, i love the “taking old youtuber quizzes” video, i don’t hear anyone talk about it but it’s great if your just wanting some chill phil content
now the “gaming” channel:
starting with pre hiatus cause it makes sense and is a hell of a lot easier:
i love all the google games, weather it be google feud, higher lower game, guess the wikihow, or any of the others, if i’m watching a pre-hiatus video, it’s probably one of those
i also love all the dab and evan sims videos pre hiatus as well
POST HIATUS:
trombone champ never fails to make me cry laughing 10/10
slime and sadness cinnamon rolls cause sister daniel is my spirit animal
the tiktok videos and the phan meme videos, for some reason i’ve always seen these as having a similar vibe, i don’t know why but if anyone else gets it please let me know so i don’t feel crazy 😭
reacting to PINOF
roasting dan and phil’s red carpet looks
ok i’m done thank you for maybe reading im so sorry this was so long <33
thank you for the question, i appreciate it, i hope you weren’t completely unsatisfied with the answer :)

probably a dumb question, but I'm working on a charlie and etoiles fic and i was wondering if i could get some advice on writing them? (or just writing in general)
the current plot of the fic is essentially that etoiles was a tiny (abt 7 centimeters) person but used technology to make himself human sized, until the tech fails and he shrinks again, while charlie is also tiny and he finds and helps etoiles. it has a modern world/political backdrop in a world where tinies and humans live together
repeat after me: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A DUMB QUESTION!!!!!!
ALSO AHHHH THE SILLIES!!!! So glad to see someone else writing :333
I’m gonna try to give some advice but take everything I say with a grain of salt. I’m just a lil dude with no formal training or “practice”. Idk how I do what I do tbh
All advice under the cut so I don’t take up anyones dashboards!!
For characters, esp mcyt, I’ve found that comilation vids on YouTube are a really great resource!! Heres one I like for Étoiles: X
There’s also this amazing masterpost from echotunes with tons of mcyters AND the eggs: materpost here
Don’t always trust my depiction of characters since I myself am not immune to the oocification of them at times. Plus, my guys get shaped by the narratives I’ve forced them into for several chapters so they are not exactly like their cc or q counterparts. But the beauty of fanfiction is that I can play dolls however I please!
One thing I didn’t do in the beginning that I try to watch now is vocabulary for certain characters. For Étoiles, English is his second or even third language. There are certain words native English speakers use that he probably wouldn’t, same for phrases or sentence structure. Earlier, I wrote him a little too… neat and clean with his words. Even his internal monologue was off bc of that. Here’s an example I remember from fingers-
Og: “Please, treat yourself with the same kindness that you afford others.”
Edited: “Please, treat yourself with the same kindness you give others.”
Even now that sounds stilted, I would probably change it to: “Slime, give yourself some… understanding. Be nice to you just like you are nice to everyone else.”
He wouldn’t casually use the word “afford” like I might, and his English might be a little more jilted or awkward. Though don’t always make that assumption- Étoiles is fluent, just consider how learning a new language affects how you use it compared to a native speaker. I still slip up and definitely say things he wouldn’t but I’m learning as I go too!
I wish I had better resources for Charlie but I’ve been watching him for so long now that his character is easier for me, thought I’m not perfect.
When writing starcicle- the biggest thing to note this that they both love their bits. Someone said they get into a recursive feedback loop until one of them dies or logs off and it’s true. They goof off and Charlie flirts with Étoiles, which is sometimes reciprocated jokingly. I wish I had a video of all their interactions, they’re just so good. But yeah they feed off each others silly while having genuinely nice moments like when Étoiles complimented Charlie’s ability to make people smile and the election dinner. I use their separate personalities and the few interactions they’ve had to build on and expand their relationship in fanfics. Kind of like an informed understanding??? Idk it’s fanfiction. You can write them however you please tbh. I wanted my progression in immi to seem a little more natural but it’s still not exactly them and that’s okay! I’m just here to have fun and so should you!!
As for writing in general- dig through related tags on tumblr!! There are some great resources on tumblr and buried in peoples blogs. Look to see if people are tagging posts for personal sorting and then stalk their blog to see what else they find useful haha. I do it all the time… I wish I had a masterpost for this but sadly not yet. I’m trying to build my own tag for references but it’s slow going. Just yesterday I saw a great text ref for writing fight scenes on tiktok so you’ll keep finding new resources all the time. Start your own collection of posts and resources since there is no gigantic one available.
I will say a few things: outlines, no matter how do you them, are great. Jumping off of that- when creating a world like you are, write down all your rules and world building first so as you write, you can reference it and make sure you are staying within the guidelines of the world you created. I do this for hybrids like Charlie so I don’t say one thing and change it a few chapters later.
-Never fully delete anything you write unless it’s minor edits. Remove it from the doc sure, but save it somewhere else. You never know where it might work better.
-Read. Read others work, read books, read articles, read anything creative. I think the only way I can write the way I do is bc I’ve spent the last 10 or so years obsessively reading lmao. I was not a good writing when I tried back in 2011, and I’m still learning now, but just reading so much other material really helped I think. Don’t stay in your own bubble.
-Write for yourself first. You can write to share with others but always write for you too. It’s easy to get caught up in needing “approval” or validation, I do too, but love what you make as well.
-read your work aloud to yourself. This is great for proofreading and also awkward sentence structure/placement.
-when you want something to happen, don’t just flippantly make it happen. That’s how you get ooc moments and actions. Want something to happen and then look at your characters, understand where they need to be in order for that thing to occur. Not just in a physical sense but also a character sense. You can bypass this by letting the audience know if there’s an established dynamic already so you don’t have to build one, but you still need text to support and uplift it.
I have a lot of thoughts and ideas on writing but also I’m not always right. Like I said, look at other creative work, look at other resources. Practice!!! I’m practicing too still
Sorry if this was too brief or too long haha, I wanted to answer the ask properly but nit be too long winded.
Good luck on the fic!!!!! Cant wait to read if you decide to post it, but also take your time. Don’t rush
Cheers!!

It's the first time I'm actually here for a dnpCRAFTS upload and not just watching them retroactively. And I'm a horror fiend. Big day for me.
Hey, they're matching again. This means nothing, everything is okay.
Phil Lester ate glue indirect mention coming at you live from whatever twisted dimension this is. He will never outrun this.
Phil's fake laugh is so unsettling bc it's sooo much like his real one. Like, Dan's is very obviously meant to be a hollow, fake laugh, but I've literally seen Phil make that face when he's actually genuinely laughing.
Love how even knee deep in surrealist satire, Dan still finds a way to throw shade at how annoying we are, god bless.
On that note, while I love the callbacks, I kinda miss the whole ritual of the audience deciding to take a random fucking phrase from the vidoe and spaming it everywhere on the internet.
Don't. don't eat the shaving cream. Okay, thank you.
Phil's slime actually turned out really cool looking.
Red on forehead, red on palms. This is starting to feel familiar.
WHAT THE FUCK THEY'RE OUTSIDE
Oh, okay.
Where's that post that's like,"if dnp hadn't been dnp and had only uploaded dnpCRAFTS, the indie internet horror fans would be eating it UP" bc they were, in fact, correct.
I guess we know why they took that trip now.
Slay, ig.
Oh, Phil's dead again :(
That being said, watching Dan Howell and Phil Lester, ex-BBC Radio 1 hosts, celebrity interviewers and YouTube mega-stars, act out a ritual sacrifice for an April Fools vid is. A little funny. If you think abt it.
Oh, it's the twinks from The Shining lmao.
Who tf are you???
Temu ad starts playing immediately after the video ends. Life is a joke.

Writer Education Tag
Was tagged for this--gods, ages ago, I think--by @magic-is-something-we-create and @autumnalwalker. Thank you!
Rules: Writers often have to research some pretty out-there stuff for our wips. What are some weird, unusual, or oddly specific things you’ve had to learn about or look into?
In no particular order, for ASMLP, I have had to research:
Slime molds. I spent several days looking up different varieties of slime molds and where they form and how they work. Related to this, I also looked into mushrooms. Which leads to...
Psychedelics. I have minimal first-hand experience. Fun fact: LSD is a sensory nightmare. That aside, though, I did more general research on psychedelics... What they do, how they work, their medicinal applications, etc.
Radiation sickness. This is,,, relevant to ASMLP in the most awful of ways. Related to this, I did a lot of research on the Radium Girls.
Bloodborne lore. Tbf I had this in my back pocket for years for fanfic purposes but I got to bring it back, bay-beeee. Lots of trawling reddit threads. I found a whole hundred-page doc going over the lore at one point. The amount of time clocked into Bloodborne YouTube vids alone is impressive.
School curriculums, especially as it pertains to Fantasy. It took.... so much time trying to find even like. An outline someone made. Searching this one was kinda difficult because everyone just wants to talk about the Nazi Wizard Franchise and I hate it.
Transcribing audio logs. This was relevant for the prologue and no other time.
Various sicknesses. Mainly, cancer, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and the like.
How magic works in D&D. Spell effects, how to write spells, the different realms of magic... all of it. In the midst of all this, I have found The Gorilla of Destiny, who has a couple of sourcebooks about the mathematics behind magic and the theory of it. Haven't been able to read the sourcebooks but I've been watching the tiktoks about them quite closely...
How to write a thesis. Still don't fully get it, but eh.
How to make a sigil and sigil-crafting methods.
Dark academia. Like. Obviously, considering ASMLP is fantasy dark academia. But not just reading various "dark academia" books. I was also looking at the general criticisms of both dark academia and also college culture. Looked into a lot of college scandals.
How memory works. If you know, you know.
Famous mesas
That's all I can think of rn but there were probs more lol
Talk to me about research, friends! Tagging: @linaket, @alistonjdrake, @author-a-holmes, @nectargrapes, @faelanvance, @kjscottwrites, @broodparasitism, @vcaudley, and @menagerie-of-monsters. Have fun!

as promised, scu aus (not just the god mod vid)
SOME OF THESE GET DARK, DO BE WARNED!
i made it when i was younger but like i think the gods were found fam siblings and bizly got adopted in
god shlatt vs fallen grizzly or even the whole counsil
the gods slowly being murdered by their own creations/ their fellow gods creations. bizly gets stranded in the forest with the chickens, condi falling into the lava and burning to death, charlie slowly poisoned by his food, unable to craft anything to help, and grizzly ending up using his own weapons to get out of there (extra angst: he just cant manage to die. his weapons arent working on him and/or it always just barely fails. hes now stuck in a hell his friends suffered through the trouble to make and now he deals with it for all eternity alone. EXTRA EXTRA ANGST IF SOMEHOW FALLEN GRIZZ KNEW THIS ALL HAPPENED IN ANOTHER WORLD AND WAS JUST SO ENRAGED WITH HOW THEY REACTED)
as for the fellow gods creations, ive got a plan for that too. condi this time is torn up by chickens -bizly's creation (oh my brain is gorey, the way the counsil finds out is seeing the forest creatures running away from the area carrying condi's bloodied and ripped off body parts in their mouths), charlie is burned by the water in the regular world as bizly and grizzly watch unable to help -grizzly's creation (grizzly was in charge of overworld nature as well as the weapons and shit, ill probs do a friendly reminder post just for my well being), both bizly and grizzly struggle around with how the food functions and how to craft; bizly ends up trying to make grizzly's ultra sword and accidentally ate the golden apple -combo of grizz and charlie's creations ig, and grizzly beats the game alone and dies afterwards -condi's creations (im pretty sure condi moddedd it so youd insta die after beating the game).
tommy is more tameable (idfk why my brain said this word btu ill put it so you guys suffer too) in the 100 days mod and manages to semi help charlie by aqquiring some of the mad scientists old equipment and giving him some
after slime died (100 days mod again), hes sent to an area in the clouds where 3 men in thrones judge him. noticably, theres a a red throne in the middle made with clays and terracotas shaped like a pug wearing lanterns on its "ears", a throne to the left made of also glazed terracotas but also containing diamonds, buttons, and colored glass. the throne to the middle's right is green with more glazed terracota and more solid slime, but has some trident dents and is going under some redecorating of color thus some dark blue paint and wooden sign reading "bizlys throne" in messy letters. aka charlie is judged by the council which somewhat reconigze him but also cant be bias so yeh
grizzly's banishment was more of an accident this time and the boys hop onto their godly iphones and have to try and get grizz out the nether (imagining it similar to the god ghosts help out slime on the dsmp)
the multiverse collaspes and both the 5 minute disaster and hardest minecraft difficulty join the scu 100 days mod making shit a lot harder
robert (fuckin forgot ranboobs character name so im going with robert) shoots this god like guy in the face, just as charlie has come to the conclusion that hes gone mad and the shop keeper was an illusion in his head, and then the apocalypse gang (including tommy but hes nice because yes) take on a fucking god
mod vid jschlatt teams up with tommy and charlie now has 2 bitches to fight ig (bonus points: the scu gods in their own ways also help charlie)
ive seen cultist tommy for like the religion of prime but what if in the 100 days vid he was a cultist of jshlatt lmao
dont forget to like and subscribe

I love how chaotic it is
Honestly I don't really see where the horror kicks in however I was only a little bit through the second episode where we have a silly jigsaw knockoff that keeps on messing up the vid :>
I love this already :>
The practical effects make me really happy, there's hardly anything that's cg or whatever
And I love the characters as well, Ranboo is very awkward as the protag and the Slime Demon was a little crass but also very silly and I love how he specified "Christian Hell" the entire time he was "threatening" Ranboo, very fun :>
Sounds like a fun series! Maybe the horror will kick in later, or maybe it'll be more of a comedy with some horror elements instead.
Also gotta specify which hell you're going to lmaooo

with how popular slime as a stim toy has been these past few years, this year and last year especially, I'm always drawn to them with how fancy they can look. However, with the over abundance of online shops and things, I feel it isn't safe enough to really want to get my hands on it.
like for a while everyone was using borax to make slime, and they still do to some extent from my understanding, and that was seriously hurting people. it was all over the news and everything.
Elmer's makes their own glue slimes too but they have a warning on their tubs to wash your hands thoroughly and warn not to play for too long as it can cause skin problems.
now I know not all slime is like that but I just feel like maybe slime is not as regulated as it could be and it's kinda a gamble when you buy a tub.
to be fair, a lot of toys in the US are probably not the safest really when it comes to paints and food based maker toys.
idk, I've been seeing a lot of slime vids lately so I always think about this when I see them.
anyone else feel this way about slime toys?
#bear barks#slime#slime toys#it doesnt really help that i dont know exactly how slime is made#or how the different slime types are made#i know glue is involved#and as far as elmers or i think better known as pvc glue? as a generic name? is pretty okay for the skin#but i can also see it being harmful if youre using it all the time

So I've just noticed there's an account (possibly a bot? They have a lot of videos and cover any genre lol) on YouTube who reposts a bunch of Alex Rider edits without credit...from what I can tell, it's often from other platforms than YouTube. I'm going to move all their stuff out into a separate private playlist then try figure out where they all came from from the watermarks 😆
Interesting implications on how many Alex Rider fanvids/edits don't show in search results though because I literally found a copy of my Violet Hill edit on their account which I'm pretty sure has never shown up in my searches?? 😆
Anyway, dear fellow AR editors: add watermarks if you don't already 😱
The username on YouTube is slime (slime-sw8fl). Didn't pick up on it before cos I was just searching and blindly adding stuff.
The count on this playlist is at 227 currently, but about to go down lol
Maybe it's a handy account making other platform's vids available to watch on YouTube but it's just the way the bio seems to take credit that I think is iffy plus the lack of credit so it's impossible to know it's not theirs w/o watermark and the context of seeing more than 1 vid from them
You know, there might be more than one account like this in my playlist actually lol, it's the edits 😆😩 I shall check
And this post is way way way too long now sorry so congrats if you got this far lol
Trying to build a playlist of like every Alex Rider edit (on YouTube) ever so I can greedily watch them all whenever I desire
I know I'm missing some kyralex ones that I haven't got round to watching yet but if anyone has any good video recs, or knows another good playlist that has already done this, or knows any masterpieces not on YouTube, let me know!
I don't much trust YouTube (or Instagram)'s search functions to dig them all up
#alex rider#possibly everyone already knew this account already but its an awareness post#and a sorry if i added your plagiarised edit to my playlist post#random edits is the name of another one lol
