Day one of #veganketodiet. Breakfast: 2 tablespoons of extra chunky PB. Lunch: tofu salad lettuce wraps(crumbled tofu, just mayo, deli mustard, celery, chopped sage, chopped thyme, and avocado) Dinner: 2 tablespoons of PB and strawberries. Can definitely feel the keto flu kicking in- it’s honestly crazy how addicted your body can get to carbs.
