what is the theory that ivan manipulated the event where till and mizi met the wagyein?

It's not a theory, actually! It's confirmed that Ivan orchestrated the whole event. The true reason as to why however is still unknown. The information provides more context to this scene, though:

During the earlier times of ALNST the most rational explanation for this scene was that Till ran after a flower crown (presumably Mizi's) and Ivan followed him in out of curiosity. Now we know that Ivan was conveniently just standing there because he was waiting.

Side note, I find it heartbreaking (and maybe a little funny, sorry) that Till most likely didn't notice Ivan in this scene. That's just like him, isn't it. Always too busy running after Mizi while Ivan trails behind, an ever-present shadow.

I'm not sure how Ivan manipulated the circumstances for both of them to end up there, but it is confirmed that everything was intentional. What strikes me most is how they describe this particular scene:

I can't copy down what they said word-for-word (Patreon info), but they described Ivan watching "creepily" as Till and Mizi are faced with danger. We know that Ivan was familiar with the Cerberus wagyein beforehand, enough to touch its teeth and even to rest himself inside its maw. To Ivan, the wagyein is not dangerous, but to Till and Mizi, it could be. Ivan prepared the wagyein, led them there, and watched "creepily" from afar as Till fell on his knees, seemingly injured.

The closest I can get to making sense of Ivan's "scheme" is that he wanted to see how other children would react in a dangerous situation. Ivan's always been an observer, after all, and he's learned to survive by copying the more "normal" behaviors of his peers. This situation occured when Ivan was still young and had not yet developed his more charming mask, so perhaps he staged this encounter to study a situational response, to learn and mimic the emotion of fear. And what better subjects for the experiment than two of the most expressive and reactive humans of their batch? It helps that he was already fixated on Till beforehand, too. I think Ivan became irreversibly obssessed after this incident, especially since it's framed as a turning point in Ivan's life, comparing Till to the stars.

This is just my attempt at an interpretation, though. It could very well be for another reason. He most likely chose Till and Mizi specifically for personal reasons, not just for reaction. I'm still not sure on the purpose behind the whole thing.

The team wanted to capture Ivan's "dark emotions" through the shot of his stalking, which could relate to his more sinister intentions. His gaze can be read in a few different ways, though. Curiosity, interest, fear, etc. Maybe that's why they decided to redraw the shot in ROUND 6.

I think this better sells the feeling they were trying to convey.

Characters I think are going to die in Arcane s2

The streets (Twitter) are saying that Arcane is now its own independent canon outside of League of Legends and that essentially anyone is fair game, champions included, so let’s think on who might get chopped

1. Sevika - I’m like 90% sure Sevika will die, some people say her dealing that death card in s1 is foreshadowing and I just see it as a very realistic possibility that she might sacrifice herself, potentially for Jinx (we’ll see) (I mean she already lost her arm twice three times is too many she has to die now)

2. Viktor - Where is that man? They’re gatekeeping him harder the deceleration of independence which means he’s extremely plot heavy this season and therefore a strong contender for a possible death.

3. Jinx’s mini me - I really just don’t want this to happen, so I’m sure that it will. In the event of baby Jinx’s death, I will need sedated. Not for my safety, but for the safety of the Arcane writers because I will be hunting them for sport.

4. Ekko - Again, I just don’t want this to happen so I fear that it will. He can just go back in time and fix it right? 🥹

5. Heimerdinger - What else is he there for?

6. Mel - She’s also been pretty gatekept in the trailers and released content but I find it very hard to believe she would let Ambessa make the advancements she’s making were she alive (even if she just survived a terrorist attack) I think she might have survived Jinx’s rocket because she is seen in one of the trailers very briefly from incredibly far away, but I don’t know if she’s making it to the end.

7. Singed - I just wish he would he’s weird and bald.

8. Jinx - I very much see Jinx faking her death and potentially leaving Piltover indefinitely at the end which I would hate, but I could also very well see her sacrificing herself, which I would also hate. Her death does seem least likely compared to others however.

The door to Jing Yuan's bedroom is half-open, and he peers inside, faintly relieved to see Eros there. "... he's still at work doing damage control, then?" he asks, moving over to all but collapse on the bed, face-down. After a moment, he glances up. "You alright, xiǎo-lóng?"

Eros is quiet as he sits in a rather large bundle of their blankets. Wrapped up as if he would freeze, but really he's just trying to hide that he's been trembling. Even if his leg is still outstretched slightly, the bandages do not allow for him to curl in on himself the way that he wants to. A shame, because he wishes he were even smaller.

And it's a true testament that he is not okay when he doesn't even complain about Yingxing being in the room with him. In the bed with Jing Yuan isn't there. Usually he shoos him off. But he isn't. Doesn't even.

"Yeah he um- he said he'd...be home soon." He mumbles, staring at nothing. Not even the craftsman. He's just quiet. So unlike his usual self. Always having something to say in regards to Yingxing. And it's usually never nice. They're constantly at each other's throats, really.

i can't stress enough how badly the man who sold the world tape in mgsv made me need to like bite my own arm off and run around in circles. i'd been told venom was a body double before i started watching my bf play so that wasn't surprising but the way it was FRAMED did things to me. he's not an imposter or a stand in or a false double he IS big boss because they are both together big boss because big boss is just the legend not the man and now he is part of the legend and his actions are in service of the grand plan and he's PART of the narrative and of equal importance and and and. and he walks through the mirror and accepts it and thrives in it and dies for it.

morally grey characters are great and all, but sometimes i do feel like ppl who genuinely think lawful good-aligned redeemers are comparatively much more boring overlook/underestimate the amount of effort and conviction required from them to remain kind and also unwaveringly believe in the second chance / potential of goodness in each and every person despite the injustice that the rest of the world has been done unto them.
