In some of the posts in the yanderentypes masterlist other deres are mentioned. Here are brief definitions of them:

(Western) Dorodere: This is an unofficial dere due to being a misunderstood version of the original dorodere (that's why this dere is specifically Western). It refers to a person who acts cute and sweet on the outside but is deeply disturbed on the inside. They will act unpredictably and even crazy from the perspective of other characters. Despite everything, they will never really do the dark things they say and think to their loved ones because the dorodere loves them. (The original dorodere is actually very dangerous and has similarities to the training, manipulative, restraints, and domestic violence type. The focus of this dere is more on feelings of hatred and ownership rather than love.)

Goudere: Views their love interest as a god or master. Very excitable and determined, they want to give their love interest whatever they think is best for them, going to great and sometimes comedic lengths to do so. Their antics can sometimes get their love interest in trouble.

Megadere: They are obsessed with their love interest in a fangirl/fanboy fashion and won't be afraid to show their interest towards them. They can be viewed as either a sweet and loyal version of a yandere or as a crazy and obsessive version of a deredere. This dere type acts like a mix of two types of yandere, the harmless type and the obsessive type.

Sadodere : A person that has a sadistic personality. They enjoy playing with their love interests' feelings, and are commonly referred to as a 'mean tease'.

Tsundere: A person who acts rude, cold, and hostile towards their love interest in order to conceal their warm and caring feelings.

Usodere: A person who lies and use tricks to win the heart of their love interest. They cover up the truth to gain something from them and others.

Utsudere: This term refers to someone who is often sad and depressed because of a traumatic event or condition, sometimes hidden in front of others at first.

Currently obsessed with the concept of Granny's power latching onto Okarun long enough that it gains its own sentience and likes him more than its original consciousness. So much so it refuses to go along with the "return balls then return powers" deal. If Turbo just eats the ball then Ken-kun gets it back without technically fulfilling the conditions. i want to reach out but even when i find likeminded people i am way too intensely sad and distressed 24/7 to talk to people at all. they are far too chill and unaware of how i feel. i need the emotional equivalent of an ambulance and housing, and i quickly see they dont realize that and would only be overwhelmed and annoyed if i was to really express my pain. id be begging, screaming, for them to not go.

i love stories where someone is in danger, and an empathetic person notices and helps them and just never leaves again for whatever movie reasons. i read or watch them over and over. because its how i feel. in pain and danger always, no one to care.

Disappearance type

By target: the yandere

Love trope:

They think that their love interest will never care for them or that the love interest will be happier without the yandere in their life. They don't think they're enough for their love interest, so they decide to run far away where they can't be found.

This is usually a combination of the self-sacrifice yandere with utsudere. Seeing their love interest blissfully with another person will also depress them, and so they can't bear to stay around anymore. They want to give the love interest the life and happiness they deserve, even if that means that the yandere is out of the equation.

Although they are seen by many as dramatic, with some other outlet and/or a distraction from their troubles, a disappearance yandere can wait out the time before they are reunited again with their love interest. And then, having achieved greater emotional control and the support of their spouse, they can live out their lives without deciding to leave ever again.

Shock trope:

They take their dissapearance a step further by deciding to leave this world altogether. If they decide to commit suicide and their love interest is still alive, they can even request or provoke the love interest to be the one to end their life, as this will bring the most happiness to the disappearance yandere in their final moments.

With their entire world revolving around their love interest, these yandere characters won't believe they can go on without the love interest if something happened to them. Everything has no value without their love interest as the one with whom they eat, drink, move, work, and live their lives. Without their love interest, they enter a deep depression and then the thoughts of suicide start to creep into their minds. Their last thought will be of their love interest.

They never really want to commit suicide or hurt themselves, for love can never be equal to death or pointless injury. Rather, they just want to be in a position to care about their love interest and be cared for by their love interest.
