Your Vocal Synth is Coraline Sahimura !
Only available for UTAU, she is capable of Japanese, English, and Spanish! She is a 500 year old demon child soldier. I have personally only used her VCCV English voicebank and only in some silly group covers, but here's a good example of her voice from someone else !

So, I have a new VCCV list coming out soon.
I wrote it for a friend, and they’re releasing that bank soon, thus,,, a new list will become available.
I’ve legitimately no idea how compatible it is with the original VCCV list, or how it compares with the extensions many of you have made. So, you’ll have to figure that out on your own! Sorry!
I don’t have the will to make a new set of tutorials for it either, but there will at least be a cute little pdf with instructions. (A tiny part of my soul dies when you don’t follow the instructions.)
I apologize for dropping the original list and basically running away on you in 2015. That whole thing put me in quite a burnout. I’m talking like visiting the hospital a couple times kind of burnout.
I’m doing a whole lot better now, but I’ve mostly been refocusing on my health, artwork, Live2D, and a tiny bit of Vtubing recently.
Also, YES, you can use the list to sell your VCCV UTAU banks commercially. (The original terms of use has finally been updated.)
Listen, I’m tired and I hate the state that capitalism is in right now. I don’t like needing to have money to survive. So please don’t steal my work. Please credit me. Please make cool things that you love! And have some fun!
I’ll try my best to have more updates for you soon. Ok thanks bye!

VCCV English Tutorials and Resources
VCCV is a recording method for UTAU English created by Cz and released in 2015. VCCV is considered one of the community's standard methods for creating English voicebanks.
youtube
PROS AND CONS OF USING VCCV
CONS:
VCCV takes a while to record and OTO (4 hours of recording per pitch) and creating USTs can take some time, making it a daunting task to start using. As well, the amount of recordings needed can make it harder to create multipitch or voice acted vocals. It's recommended to use a method such as arpasing or delta's English list if these are your concerns.
PROS:
VCCV is a modular reclist meaning that it's incredibly easy to add or take out features. Because the recordings are standardized per each modular/folder, it's also easy to add custom phonemes. Unlike arpasing's word based reclists, phonemes are consistent across the whole bank and don't require duplicates. VCCV also has a large amount of distributed USTs and resources available to use. VCCV is a very accessible method due to there being a very in depth series of tutorials written by Cz, the reclist's creator.
TUTORIALS
Cz has gone through the trouble of creating video tutorials on how to record, OTO, and use VCCV. It is recommended that you watch all the videos before you start using VCCV!
There is also a text transcript of the tutorials that you can view here
You should use OREMO and the provided recording BGM for recording a VCCV bank as it will aid you greatly when it comes to the OTO process.
It's recommended that you use SetParam to OTO as it will speed up the process. Cz goes over how to set up SetParam in the OTOing portion of the tutorial. You can also use the built in OTOing tool in UTAU or vLabeler, an open-source alternative to SetParam. It doesn't matter which you use as long as you follow the techniques shown by Cz!
RESOURCES
VCCV English Phonemes Guide: A google spreadsheet of all the phonemes for VCCV, pronunciations and x-sampa equivalents. Includes links to recorded samples for most of the phonemes.
English Phonemes Cheat Sheet: A PDF of all the phonemes for VCCV with their Vocaloid x-sampa, Delta, Arpasing and CV-C conversions
Lyric Parser 2.0: A plugin for UTAU that converts English lyrics to VCCV English. The dictionary for the plugin is incomplete so it will not 100% convert everything you give it. You will have to fine tune what it does convert as well. However, it is a great start and saves a lot of time when it comes to UST creation!
If you are using OpenUTAU, the program does have a phonemizer for VCCV English that is rather good and takes away most of the struggles of using a VCCV bank (though you should fine-tune it to the voicebank you are using.)

mm i wanna keep working on that jinriki bank slash string theocracy cover but ive started making usts by makign a midi first and i just got a plugin that can split notes so thats probably a better method than what i Was doing. but that means redoing all that hard work...... ive only done like 6 lines so far though so i shouldnt be so hung up on overhauling LMAO. there is Much More of the song i should be worried about
actually wait i do have like a few more lines than i did last time i showed this
#dont even have to re-oto the samples for the phonemes i Do have down so it shouldnt take too long at all to redo im just dragging my feet...#any way i love how this guy sounds#he doesnt have All the english vowels iirc#when i was a teenager i was looking at the vccv and arpasing systems for english utaus and instead of like studying them or looking for#alternatives (because i thought they were “too hard”) i was like “english isnt THAT hard” and started working on my own reclist#fool that i was. english is hard#anyway i finished it a while ago and did a quick test (sounds like ass) (will not be showing that) (my voice with that utau i mean)#(the pronunciation is like. fine. its decent. its whatever)#but a modified version ended up working fine for this#his samples are all full words that include segments i need#i'd initially had several words per sample but bc it's spoken rather than sung the frq map ended up being messed up#so it's all in pairs for the most part#you know the entire process for this was kind of deranged i could make a video explaining it all#putting things together from scratch and praying for the best#spooksposting#utau#audio#spooks vsynth#coughs. wetly

ough. i'd love to make an utauloid for peachbot that uses like. i forget what its called but u know how animal crossing villagers speak animalese/babblese whatever and like. sometimes u can make out specific words theyre saying but mostly its just background noise to their text dialogue? i want to make an utauloid out of robot noises like that for peachbot
#but also this would not b worth the work it would take bc i make music the way i write which is i dont until i do and then i make#something wonderful and then i dont do it again for 1 thousand years#elliot lore#and also like i know how recording voicebanks works but idk how the fuck it would work for robot noises that are vaguely word shaped#like i'd have to make them to record them and making them would b. so fucking arduous bc i'd probably have 2 record a whole voicebank worth#of sounds and then edit each one to make it sound how i wanted and THEN rerecord the edited sound to make an utau voicebank#and like doing all of that w a japanese voicebank would b hard enough but a vccv/cvvc for english? nightmare

📁 What is a, "Reclist?"
A reclist, is short form for, "recording list." This is what you will be reading in order to create your UTAU. Reclists come in many different recording formats, so let's talk about the various configurations that UTAU use!
CV "Consonant-Vowel," this is one of the more common formats as it is very easy to record and highly recommended for beginner users.
VCV "Vowel-Consonant-Vowel," another common format but has a large learning curse for the user. This format is also known as, 連続音 *(Renzouku) or! Continuous sound. With the continuous recording style, you are able to achieve a sound source with smooth transitions.
CVC "Consonant-Vowel-Consonant," this format is often used for other languages, for example, Russian, Korean, or German.
CVVC "Consonant-Vowel-Vowel-Consonant," a popular format as of late, CVVC builds of the standard CV configuration, with more transitions.
VCCV "Vowel-Consonant-Consonant-Vowel," this format is often used for recording English voice banks.
Honorable mentions would be C+V, I have come to recognize this format recently, and see great potential in it! I will update this post with more information on it in the future.
With all this said, there are more configurations contributed by other users. The ones I listed above are the most common configurations you will find.
For this tutorial series, I have geared all provided materials towards beginners. So we will be going through the process of making your first CV (consonant-vowel) voicebank with added VVs (vowel-vowel). With the additional vowels, you will obtain smooth transitions in between vowels. Do not worry, it is not difficult at all! Below is a direct link to my personal CV-VV recording lists.
