Okay, so we know that obviously, every ‘fanbase’ has it’s toxic side. And Thunderclash has a ‘fanbase’ of his own, from his rep. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t doubt for a second, that like any other, obviously Thunderclash’s ‘fanbase’/‘fan-club’ has it’s toxic members. (And I’m a Rodiclash shipper, personally, soo…) Obviously that more toxic side probably wouldn’t be too fond that Rodimus of all people, is his partner. Or that they had sparklings.

So in short; how would S!LL react to something like that? Would they even remotely begin to dislike them for their ill treatment of the captain and his bitties? (Kind of like with Getaway, except it’s some of the crew treating the bitlets and Rodimus bad, saying Rod’s a bad carrier/creator, questioning legitimacy, etc.) Or simply just a bit irritated about it and just won’t spend time with those specific crew members as Lightlost?

Sorry for the essay and a half, btw! And for last ask, too. 😅

SG!LL would certainly dislike the way Rodimus is treated and the overall discord between them. As Lightlost they'd be quite defensive of him and the young sparks, but they'd also mainly intend to break the tension instead of contributing to it. Afterwards they'd keep a close eye on the outsiders, not opposed to abruptly ejecting them if they caused any more trouble.

They'd be happy that their captain can find love in Thunderclash, and preserving that happiness would elate them! Which is why they wouldn't want anyone getting in between them

Do you have any humans in your original continuity? If so, what are your thoughts on them?

Yes, yes I do! And boy were they hard! I have rewritten them so often it's crazy but I think I'm finally satisfied with them. They play an important role in the story so it's crucial to want to come back to them. They are very fun and have such amazing relationships with bots, I love writing them!

From which canon continuity have you taken inspiration the most and why?

I'd say Rescue Bots, but it's a little bit of everything honestly. Megatron and Optimus' story is inspired by tfp, Ravage is a part of the story thanks to idw, characters not having to hide from humans is from tfa and season 4 of Rescue Bots, humans being a bigger part of the story was a thing I loved about Rescue Bots, and Cybertron worldbuilding was fueled by Cyberverse. Also, there's randomness and ridiculousness of g1

Do you have any holoform designs for your characters?

Ye. Not any specific faceclaims yet, but a simple appearance aesthetic

Hot Rod- a kid with a flashy style. Moonracer- always looks like she's ready for an adventure. Bumblebee- cozy. Bulkhead- no sense of style whatsoever. Megatron- the fanciest, most colourful old man you'd see in a musical for kids. Ravage- Daft Punk helm and armor

Starscream- Tumblr sexy man. Soundwave- DILF. Breakdown- big and beefy, always wears the same shirt. Slipstream- punk rocker from the 80s. Barricade- wears a cowboy hat for some reason. Cassettes- same as Ravage. Shockwave- refuses to get holoform

Hello! This is ut-girl666, and an Ask Blog for my TFs AU. It mainly follows the G1 Alignment. Now and then I’ll open it up for Dares if I feel like it, however, it’s only asks for now, and unless I say otherwise.

Might I ask if you have a specific song that you associate with your insert/avatar (Idk if the actual name for them is Soundcrusher like your url.) or would think would go with them well?

My avatar/insert is also called Soundcrusher. And as to what song I associate her with, well, that was kinda hard to answer. Mostly because it somewhat felt like you asked me what kind of theme song I would have. ^^'

Although, after going through YouTube, I found a song I do associate with her. It's "Not the Villain" from S. J. Trucker. Not only because it fits her, but also because of the small backstory I once came up for her.

Other than that, I wouldn't really know what other song to mention. There are too many good ones.

Last song I listened to: The last song I can remember listening to was “Jolene” from Dolly Parton, but mostly because I was also playing it. Although, while writing this I was listening to some songs from Postmodern Jukebox, so, there's that.

Currently watching: I was rewatching Transformers Animated yesterday, and before that it was Bayverse Transformers.

But if you’re asking about general shows, there’s this one called “Zwischen Tüll und Tränen” I like to watch whenever it comes up. It’s about brides trying on and buying their wedding dresses. (It gets funny when you’re sitting there and contemplating what kind of wedding dress your favourite blorbos would wear. Like, Rodimus would definitely be an A-Line or a Princess with Carmen Sleeves with a lot of glitter. Fit-and-Flair and Mermaid would be too tight for him and lack the movability he would like/want.)

Currently reading: I’m currently reding Dracula. I already read it once, but never finished it, and with how things are currently going, I thought it would be nice to start from the beginning and, hopefully, finish it now.

Current obsession: Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Transformers, Dragons, and that one Dinosaur videogame I'm currently playing

Would Phoenix (of either) sort of recognize Rodimus at all? Or would they have heard of him, or anything? Or no? Like how would they react to meeting him?

You're probably asking for the "Birds of a Feather" au, aren't you? X3

Well, not good. They would know who Rodimus Prime is. They had to live with the fact that their crew called them "Rodimus-look-alikes" and often used them as bait to lure in Autobots who thought the kids were Rodimus. Didn't help that, sometimes, the crew would paint them with the exact same colours as the prime.

Reg/Phoenix, in the au, would probably try and bite Rodimus as soon as the mech got too close or kick him, while sg/Phoenix only makes himself smaller and tries to get away. (And if we're talking about your story, that means sg/Phoenix would scramble to get out of the medical berth.)

Over all, they would calm down as soon as they saw Rodimus was nothing like what their crew described. They would still be vary, but not as much as befor.

If we aren't talk about the "Birds of a Feather" au, then it would still be a yes.

okay so I’ll give you the run down quick/an update of the new chapter;

Gotten through the boys losin their shit, just woke up, and Thunderclash verified everything that Ratch and ‘Aid put down. Roddy, Smoke and Sea are doing stuff with Hot Spot, not really heard from atm. So now they’re just kinda existing, Rose is hesitant and quiet, and Snow is blearily sipping away at the Med-Grade, still tired from just waking up, and I’m not really sure where to go from there.

Any ideas or anything in specific you want me to fit in? In need of a little boost/push in the right direction. Hope you don’t mind. 😅

Well, I might only have small ideas, to be honest.

Rose would pretty much be on edge the whole time. No matter how nice everyone was yesterday, waking up in the medi-bay and realizing that, yep, it wasn't a dream and they're still on the Lost Light, wouldn't help his distrust towards new people. Especially if they resemble some of their former crew members.

Snow, on the other hand, might be more open towards others, after he fully woke up.

What you could add is a small 'break out' scene. Rose knows how to get out of handcuffs. It's a skill he learned for fun and then because he needed to know how to get out of them. So, he would probably try to break out and sneak out of the medi-bay. Most likely through the vents. Why he's sneaking out, I don't know. Maybe he wants to find a way off the ship, maybe he wants to see how everything is. 

Either way, Rose would probably drag Snow with him. And considering how Rose woke up faster than his brother, Snow probably isn’t doing as good as him health wise. Which could lead to a small chase around the ship, because both of them still aren’t over the hill. Especially Snow, and the medical staff wants them back in the medi-bay.

Maybe them breaking out of the Medi-bay and hiding somewhere on the ship, because Snow is feeling even more sick than before, could be a good chance for some brotherly bonding between them and Rodimus. Or any other crew member who stumbles upon them. 

But whoever finds them should watch out, because Rose’s protective nature is running wild with Snow not feeling good. 

Either way, I hope this helps you a little bit. ^^’

The Phoenixes, with my OC Cadmium, (to start) ^w^

Cadmium is the sparkling of two of my other OCs Silver and Cyanide, who I might talk about later, and via connection with Silver, Megatron’s grandchild.

He’s a sweet little mech, who’s always wanted to follow in his second-sire’s footsteps of becoming a famous/renowned gladiator. It’s always just had a very certain allure to him. A favorite weapon of his is a good old sword, so he typically keeps one sheathed to his hip in adult years.

However despite his calmness, he is still a little gremlin! Upon multiple occasions he has been caught smuggling and stealing weapons in an attempt to make his little dreams come true, or in his earliest stages, simply making off with cheese rolls or other goodies from the snack table at a party/gathering even though he couldn’t eat them quite yet due to a lack of dentae that needed to properly come in, and inability to chew up his food properly, and hissing when they inevitably got taken away from him, eventually. Usually later on, Silver can be seen facepalming every time she watches her father and son interact, probably warring over a sword. (Megs trying to take it, Cadi trying to keep it.)

He is Megatron’s ‘student’, and also the next heir to the Decepticon throne once Silver steps down from the throne herself, and just like his own sire, Silver, is an only child. However, unlike most Decepticons, he instead wears a family crest, rather than a sigil, like Silver and Megs do.

He was born before his second-cousins, Smokeshot and Seashot. And so, he’s about eight vorns older than them. Between the three he’s usually the most responsible, and calm, albeit always trying to keep up with the boys and their friends.

His favorite flower is the rose; it’s elegance is like that of a swan, but in the form of flora rather than fauna. The pretty different colors and the different meanings to the rose enthrall him.

With you asking for both Phoenix(es), I will go with those from the ‘Birds of a Feather’ continuity. Makes things a little easier for me. :3

Also, I assume Cadmium would be younger than the twins.

Alright, so, I think reg/Phoenix (Firewing) would have an easier time befriending Cadmium, because of the gremlin part. reg/Phoenix is a well known troublemaker who regularly plays pranks on those he either sees as friends or those he dislikes. (Depending on how he sees you, the pranks differ.) If they aren’t connecting over their shared love for trouble, then maybe reg/Phoenix accidentally stumbled over Cadmium as he tried to steal something. And reg/Phoenix, not knowing what to do with this sparkling, picked him up and brought him to sg/Phoenix (Ash). And then they would just sit there and try to figure out what to do, while sg/Phoenix keeps his word from Cadmium’s grabby hands. 

Although, after a while of playing ‘You can’t have my sword’, reg/Phoenix would make a small practice sword out of some safe material and hand it to Cadmium. Gettinh a smack from sg/Phoenix for even thinking about handing a sparkling a weapon. Even if it’s made out of fabrik, or wood. 

After that though, the two would just start playing with the little one. Making sure Cadmium would be distracted from getting in trouble by either telling him stories, the tale of Rose Red and Snow White is high in the list, or by playing their guitars and singing for him.

Overall, it would probably be chaos if those three met. Sg/Phoenix would constantly worry over Cadmium, while reg/Phoenix takes the little one with him to play pranks on others. 

(If Silver needs a babysitter though, I would  advise sg/Phoenix. The kid is a little bit more responsible than reg/Phoenix.)
