So I’m just finishing up the upright ending to Asra’s route, this is my 3rd time completing his route and I’m gonna put some stuff under a spoiler thingy
So if you get upright ending and choose the paid option of cuddling with Asra, there’s this whole scene but if you say the best part of traveling in that scene is meeting new people Asra starts talking about a CABBAGE MERCHANT who’s ECCENTRIC and convinced PEOPLE ARE OUT TO GET HIM
If Réamann stays passive, only praying for things to get better. Support his nostalgia, wishing for everything to be "back to the way it was" and focusing only on some people to the point of being smothering.
Having no other option left, Réamann becomes the Heart of the Forest. His injuries are somewhat healed, but after seeing his hometown getting destroyed, he will never be the same again. He welcomes people into his forest, offering them refuge and the literal illusion of their old home. Réamann plays his Crwth day in and day out, to keep the illusion for everyone, himself included. Sometimes, you can hear him sing, but it's heartbreaking or haunting. Thankfully, Muriel is there for him...
Upright
Réamann bounces back and is active, he accepts that as frightening as it can be, change can be good and they're all in dire need of it. He sees the truth and wants to break that vicious cycle.
Réamann becomes known as the voice of Hope, for he had become a force to be reckoned with during the battle, he also helped evacuate and protect many people. After thinking a lot about it, he accepts to become part of Nadia's new Courtiers to help build a new Vesuvia. He retires from the position a few years later and goes on several journeys with Muriel and Khamgalai. Each time they return, he brings new songs and paintings to Vesuvia.
my honest reaction to julian's route (the arcana). absolutely contradictory to kindness policies or whatever. you almost HAVE to be mean to him to get upright. i love it
Kade's outfit for Lucio's Upright Ending! I'm actually happy with how the outfit design came out. It was meant to keep his original style, but also match with Lucio.
He also has Lucio's "old" cape ("old" because he isn't seen wearing it) which I thought was super adorable to have Lucio give it to him. Well... At least borrow. It's a nice comfort item.
And Lucio insists that Kade have a weapon (a small dagger) despite him being a literal magician and having magic. No. He needs a physical weapon.
(Also don't ask about the missing sleeve. Also it's most likely folded up because I was going to draw Kade in it but with both sleeves 😭)
Here is the upright version, which is going to be chaptered as Radovid deserves. This features an OC of mine, whom I slotted into this story:
Fortune turns for kings and paupers alike, but even between the spokes of fortune's wheel, there are spaces that one may find.
Or, Radovid manages to get what he wants - as he deserves.
If Niamh's insecurities are fed, decisions are taken for her and if she gets overprotected. If Niamh keeps wanting to save everyone.
Niamh became disheartened to the point she didn't even try anymore and jumped at the "opportunity" to make a deal with what was left of the Fool's spirit. Niamh then became a strange hybrid, half-human, half-arcana. She is now seen as an idol who saved Vesuvia and she stays inside a Temple. Niamh is miserable because she knows she will outlive all the people she loves, but she's not ready to leave yet. Asra then helps her create her own Gate so she can have her own place and watch over Vesuvia. Asra moves in with her, not wanting to be separated from her; the two then discover that Asra got bigger longevity because of their "heart-bound".
Upright
Niamh learns from her past mistakes and accepts that she can't save everyone. She gets more confident and offers her compassion to people who need it most, helping them back on their feet.
Niamh finds a way to restore the Fool without either becoming the Arcana herself or giving up her own life. With help, the Fool comes back and Niamh gets a new healthy, powerful body and more of her old memories. Afterwards, Niamh and Asra start a new branch for their business: travelling merchants! After hiring some people to watch over the shop, the two travel all around the world to sell their products and learn new things.
