If I could stop loving and trusting bad people and gaslighting myself into thinking that all the red flags are just me overthinking, that'd be great.

I know I need to cut this person off, he's not good for me at all. I'm just so afraid of losing what scraps of familiarity I have that I can't bring myself to do it.
