So, I'm sure a thousand people posted about this at the time, but I just watched Under Pressure again and I'm excited so I'm gonna post about it again. Though Buck decided that he was trying to get Tommy's attention at the end of 7x04, it's likely that he was actually trying to get Eddie's but was too scared to face it. And wouldn't you know it, one of the ways that he tried to get Eddie's attention was a direct callback to Under Pressure.

On the left is Buck in Under Pressure, in the scene where he was lifting (unspotted) when Eddie came over and started punching the bag (and did a roundhouse kick). Buck's response was to put more weight on in order to get Eddie's attention and show him up. Flashforward to the second screencap from Buck, Bothered and Bewildered, and Buck is again lifting unspotted, but this time he's trying to get Eddie's attention because he's afraid he's losing him. It's such a beautiful callback and illustrates the way that Buck and Eddie's relationship has changed since the first time they met. Buck has always wanted Eddie's attention, but the reason for that has shifted and clarified in his subconscious, even if he's not yet consciously aware of it.

TLDR, the scene in 7x04 is such a clear and direct callback to Buck and Eddie's first interactions in 2x01 that it leaves little doubt about whose attention Buck was really trying to get.

What if we got a time loop scenario but a different flavor of it... Set after everything goes down during season 4. (Minus the Stancy bit and let Steve have a crush on Eddie)

Steve barely managed to get Dustin away from Eddie's body and everyone back through the portal. He feels Eddie's blood under his fingernails. As Nancy makes a makeshift bandage for Dustin's leg and Robin checks to see if they could make it unspotted to the woods where they hid the camper. But Steve just can't seem to look away from the blood on his hands. He heads to the bathroom silently and doesn't look up at the mirror, he knows he looks like a wreck. But what he does do, is begin the faucet to wash away the blood that feels like it seeped into his bones.

The world is quiet for a long moment and Steve braces himself against the cabinet. For the first time in a long time the world feels still. Yet, it's a terrible feeling. Waiting to hear from Max's team and all of them shocked from Eddie's death. Everything is just... Still.

He reminders the last time he had been in this bathroom, Eddie showing him to the actual first aid kit and carefully helping Steve pull Nancy's shirt from his wounds. Eddie's frown as the could see threads of the fabric left in the wound. But Steve knew he could deal with it. Yet Eddie didn't even let him try. He let Steve just lean and brace himself from the pain. Eddie got his hands bloody from helping him. Steve's hands were just bloody.

He looks up in the mirror. Looking back at him isn't his reflection but himself a couple of days ago. Steve can see himself watching Eddie work and both of their breath catches at the sight. Steve desperately wishes that he could be there, again. To not be in this same room with only a ghost of a memory.

He choked back tears and slammed the faucet off. He took one then two deep breaths before heading out of the bathroom.

Only for the world to explode into noise. He hears the kids all arguing and in front of him is... everyone. "What the fuck," Eddie's voice comes from behind him and he jumps forwards, looking back at the dead man. Only he wasn't dead. No he was alive and breathing and looking at Steve like he was the one in the wrong.

"Steve!" Robin sounds alarmed and then so does everyone.

Steve looks at the group, noticing how Max, Lucas, and Erica are there too when they should still be at the creel house. Why are they here?

Hands cup his face and it's Robin, her lips moving quickly but Steve doesn't understand. He doesn't get what's happening. Why was Robin still in her button up? Where did her cute red hat go? He glances down to see his own looks hadn't changed. No he looked the same but he was the only one.

"You-you were just- and my vest!" Eddie sounds panicked and Steve knows something then and there. He wasn't the only one who hadn't changed. He was the one that had changed.

After all these years someone had listen to his pleas.

Of course shit goes down but instead of a restart Steve has to survive to go back to the start. Slowly wounds begin to join the bat bites and Steve gets worse and worse. He gets Nancy and Robin to make a notebook of everything they do that he can take back with him since it's more like a door through time than a loop. But with every attempt written down, it helps.

Since Eddie had been in the bathroom at the same time, when they finally save his ass from the bats, he manages to walk into the past with Steve and the two of them work together to make sure they win, with no casualties. Oh and fall in love of course.

Steve, being hurt badly from previous loops is the distraction and uses speakers. He hides away until the bats drop down. Robin and Nancy fight Vecna with Eddie at the bottom below the window to cut off the head of the monster before he can get away. And Dustin with Lucas and Max to put the headphones on her just in time. Jason sees Max being set free and stops long enough for Lucas to knock him out. And it works...

But as everyone is celebrating Steve can't help but feel off. He doesn't know why he does it, but he heads into the bathroom once again. In the mirror is himself from the first try. Eddie pops in and can't see Steve's past self but his own. But as Steve leans a little closer he feels his chest go right and everything go black.

Eddie catches him but in his arms was the boy only clad in Eddie's vest. No the one who was one step away from being in a body bag. He pulls them both out of the bathroom.

But as Steve wakes, he doesn't have any memories of the tries. No the last thing he had done was fight the bats. It's now Eddie's turn to catch Steve up and tell him how it all happened. Eddie having to get Steve to fall for him again, like Steve had tried with Eddie 💕

I was replaying the game and reading EVERYTHING I found, as you do on your 3rd run, and I stumbled on the epilogue's newspaper article one about Dutch. From the wording it seems he's been at large and unspotted for a while, and we know that, whether Artur decides to go back for the money or not, Micah is likely to have taken all of the gang's savings. So my question is, do you have a best guess/headcanon for what exactly Dutch did or how he survived in the years between Red Dead Redemption and American Venom?

The hard thing about this question is that the newspapers tells very different stuff depending on which game you play, which is an absolute pain in the ass.

In rdr2 we have this newspaper artical: "A dispatch from Tall Trees reports a sighting of infamous outlaw Dutch van der Linde, who has been on a bloody run from the law for many years now." Meaning that in 1907 they know that Dutch is alive, they know he is out being an absolute ass. HOWEVER, at the same time neither John nor Sadie nor Pearson knows if he is even alive. I can get John not knowing because he has been traveling, but Pearson and Sadie both live in the area, why do they not know? Do they just not listen to gossip or read the newspapers?

Even more contradicting is this from rdr1:

"Dutch van der Linde himself has not been seen nor heard from in several years and despite claims of sightings, is thought to have perished in a fire following a bungled robbery in 1906."

Meaning according to rdr1, Dutch is believed to have died in 1906, meanwhile the newspapers in rdr2 reports him being alive in 1907. Contradicting much?

Either way, between 1907 and 1911, it generally seems that Dutch has been laying low, it seems that he has been planning in secret, slowly creating the gang that he has in 1911. The reason I say that is because the gang in 1911 is new, it isn't old, it is something he recently got up and running, so I imagine that inbetween that time he was planning, he was trying to find out what to do and getting to know the local natives so that he could manipulate them, probably also using Eagle Flies to his advandage.

This Saturday are the Astras films Awards, where Austin is not nominated in any category but Dune is and Saturday night is nominated in 5 categories. Kaia appears less than 4 minutes in the movie but they still have her as a visible face unfairly, do you think there is a minimal possibility that they make an appearance together? I don't want to be dramatic but Kaia's silence always makes me uncomfortable, being a person who likes attention it is strange when she is locked in her cave without taking her walks and without hiring daily mail to publish her, because they have not talked about her for weeks.

These days the idea has come to my head that Kaia could have asked Austin for a chance taking advantage of the fact that she has finished recording and for that reason she has not done things to attract attention or paparazzi walks because it is something that bothers Austin, since yesterday the entire Gerber family was hanging out and Kaia was not present, that makes me think that she is with Austin 😪.

I try to be positive and I know that right now everyone is trying to focus on Austin's career and not their relationship, but I needed to get my assumptions and thoughts out about them.

I wouldn't worry too much about it Anon. Austin didn't even attend Kaia's Vogue event honoring her, and he was in the same exact city and state as she was at the time. 😂

Hollywood is trying so hard to make Kaia Gerber happen so hard (for some reason 🙄), so if she is the "face" of the film, it's probably only because she has a social media presence and an audience online that the studios want. It's not because she has a prominent role in the film.
