“Sky we’ve been gone for long enough…”

“This is major, Legend!!!” Sky hissed.

“Okay, okay!” Legend threw his hands up.

The chosen’s scowl twisted into a happy grin and he pulled out some Pegasus Boots. The veteran blinked and stared at the brown boots for a few seconds. “…Uh…Sky? Why do you have my boots?” 

Sky’s grin got somehow even wider. “You’ll see!” 

Legend stepped back a little and put on a nervous small smile. The boots gave a glimmer and the hole they had in them before had disappeared. But something told the vet that Sky did something more. “Chosen…” He trailed off.

 “C’mon vet!” 

“…” 

“Unless you want me to give them to the captain…” 

“No, no! I’ll take them!” 

Sky smirked and carefully handed them to Legend. He leaned back and gestured to the pair of footwear. “Try them on!”

Legend hesitated but remembered the reason they had ripped in the first place was because of Warriors and he quickly shoved them on, replacing the shoes he had borrowed from the traveller. He looked expectantly at the skyloftian and waited for a command or a comment. Sky simply sat down and fidgeted with a few dry blades of grass. Legend made a confused noise and went to sit down next to him but suddenly the wings on his boots began to flutter and all of a sudden his stomach lurched as the air carried him and all he could see were hues of green and blue. “Whoa!” He blurted out. 

He felt a surge of panic when he noticed a huge tree in front of him and tried to stop but suddenly he turned and whizzed past the tree towards the open field. The panic disappeared almost instantly and a laugh bubbled from his throat. Soon he was cheering as the boots gave him a ride. For a second he thought he saw the chosen waving to him. Eventually he stopped and fell flat on his back. “Legend?” He heard Sky call worriedly.

“I-I’m okay.” Legend promised and sat up, a little dizzy, but he was beaming. 

Sky stifled a giggle. “Vet, your hair.”

Legend rose a hand up to his hair and felt the frizziness. He could just imagine what it looked like right now and straight up fell back on the ground laughing. Sky ended up also falling beside him, the sounds of joy echoing throughout the air. At this point his stomach hurt from all the laughing but he didn’t care. When things calmed down the veteran stood up and dusted off his tunic and then grabbed the chosen’s hand and helped him up. “You’re not hurt though, right?” Sky asked.

“I’m not! That was actually a lot of fun!” Legend let out a breathy chuckle.

Sky sighed, relief clear on his features. “Oh, good.”

“How does that even work though? That was some major speed.” Legend mused, as he took the pegasus boots off of his feet and grabbed the traveller’s shoes instead.

“I have no idea! I just went to a guy on one of the roads that looked powerful and asked if he could help me mend the boots! And he told me he could also do this so I couldn’t turn the offer down, no?” Sky answered looking honest.

Legend paused for a moment. “You…” 

“Don’t worry I tested them on a Remlit back in Skyloft, and I saw how they worked!” Sky reassured.

The veteran decided he would not try to comprehend that right now. “Well, thanks.”

Sky gave him a smile, his eyes glimmering with pure joy.

My gladiator knowledge is rusty as hell but i do know they were used to advertise products ( i think??) and the idea of one of Helsknight's first sponsors being a transtape company is so funny/sweet to me- I think he would have used transtape instead of a binder because they hold up better through exercise and movement and because binders give me sensory issues so im projecting thank you

Also i've been seeing a lot of ftm tiktoks recently and honestly, i can see welsknight being that cis guy thats really confused/upset as to why a trans guy is "manlier", whatever that means JSJDJJDJD😅 IVE JUST BEEN FEELING A LOT OF GENDER FEELINGS THIS DAY AND IM SO HAPPY

Legend or Warriors?

(for a fic)

How about some whump >:) with the two of them to help add to the whumptober shenanigains.

This was written in about ten minutes on my lunch break so sorry for spelling and stuff.

Legend didn't know what to think of Warriors.

On one hand, the man was insufferable. So full of knightly protocol and forced authority it made him sick. But on the other, he was strictly loyal and would do anything to save his brothers.

As he had done earlier on that day.

Warriors had slid past him in order to defend him, sending some witty remarks at him as he went. He'd jabbed back at the time. sending a wave of magic across the battlefield in order to burn away his enemies.

But he hadn't seen the sword.

Warrirors did and had run at him. Yelling something. Pushing. He landed with a thump while the captain had taken the sword to the chest. Blood spilt to the ground as the man collapsed.

He'd yelled for the others who had come running. Panic had risen in him as he'd placed his hands on the captain's chest.

It had taken them no more than thirty minutes to get the captain stabilised. Longer to get themselves set up in a safe enough Inn.

Legend now found himself at the Captain's bedside. His armour had long since been removed. Large bandages were wrapped around his chest.

Wind lay asleep at the Captains feet. His hand stretched over warrior's chest. A move for comfort he had supposed.

"Why..." He spoke softly. In an attempt to not wake the sailor. The youngest needed his rest.

"Why did you save me?" His eyes looked at the captain's pale face, he was still. A look not suited for the man. He took one of the captain's hands in his own. Cradling it with such care.

He wasn't expecting a response as he sat in silence. Why had the captain jumped ahead of him anyway? He'd have understood jumping in front of Wind. Or Hyrule. But him? He was...

He was....

His focus fell to his hand. It still holding warrior's hand. His eyes lowered. The mask he held in front of the others fell. Violet eyes look to closed ones.

"I'm sorry wars..." A tear fell from his face.

He sat in silence for a while. Silent tears fell from his face and landed in his lap. He'd always been good at hiding his emotions. So why? Why was he...

A gentle grip on his hand that hadn't been there before broke his thoughts.

"Dont... Be...."

A quiet voice that Legend hadn't heard for such a long time. The grip on his hand was weak as he looked at it.

"Dont... Be...."

There it was again. He didn't dare look up, his eyes fixed on his hand. It couldn't be.

"My... eyes are up here..."

Yep. definitely warriors. He lifted his eyes, and soft Azure blue eyes looked back.

He rapidly brought a sleeve to his eyes, wiping the tears away. Looking back at the man, there was a weak smile on his face.

"So he does have heart." The man smiled, his breathing ragged but his eyes slowly coming into focus.

"Shut up." He took his hand away and crossed his arms looking away. His eyes fell to the sailor who had shifted in his sleep.

"I saved you..." He took a laboured breath. Eyes looking up at the ceiling. Legend looked back to him. "Because you have saved me. You are my brother. We stick together."

"I..." Violet eyes searched for any signs of a joke. Anything.

"We stick together. As heroes."

Heroes... That's what they were. Heros of the sacred sword, Heroes of the lands of Hyrule. Heroes to each other in their own ways.

They sat for a while. The captain slowly regained his strength eventually able to sit up. Legend readjusting the pillows behind him to allow him to be comfortable.

"Wind will be so angry he missed this." Legend smiled, looking fondly at the sailor as the captain looked at him.

"Well, then you better wake him." The captain smiled, looking down to the sailor who now had two hands gripped around his scarf. "I know I'd rather not face the Tempest."

There was a tempest of course. With the others soon joining in.

Happy to see that the Captain had survived.

Jotaro x Student Council President!Reader where they're so sure the other hates the other's guts because Jotaro has been nothing but a problem to Reader and Reader is pretty much an antagonist to Jotaro's school life ("What is that uniform? Adhere to our dress code!" "No smoking in the campus" "The rules apply to you, Kujo")

But!!

What is this?? Despite Jotaro challenging and pissing off most of his teachers, somehow, his record is still somewhat clean and he barely received any disciplinary actions??? It's certainly a surprise to most students that Jotaro hasn't been suspended yet....

And what is reader doing in the faculty during dismissal with their head down, pleading with the teachers about disciplinary actions??? They've been nothing but a model student... Were they, perhaps, talking to the teachers on someone's behalf???

Oh!!

It's... awfully weird that most of the votes that the reader received during the re-election came from the female populace??

Hm, Why are Jotaro's fan girls so dedicated to promoting reader during the campaign week? Oh! What are these dudes with casts on their arms doing, suddenly apologizing to reader for trying to sabotage their campaign—they weren't even aware that these dudes tried to do that?
