Various sources define capitulation as “an agreement in time of war for the surrender to a hostile armed force of a particular body of troops, a town or a territory.” NATO in this instance stands for the Outlaw US Empire in Europe as it’s an organization that it founded in 1949 to further the clandestine war it had waged against the USSR since 1945 when it rescued the Ukrainian Nazis known as the OUP and OUN and Nazism itself. Thus, the use of Ukraine as an “Anti-Russia” began in 1945, all of which is well documented in archives that are now public and formed the basis for several books and magazine essays that began to be published in the 1990s. What the Post-war West intended to do was to reinvigorate Hitler’s Plan Ost for the subjugation of Eastern Europe and Russia most particularly. Many grand plans to use atomic weapons to advance that main plan were initiated beginning even before VJ-Day in September with Churchill’s Operation Unthinkable but were shelved for one reason or another. Thus, the Cold War actually began as soon as WW2 ended with the Western-backed OUN and other Nazis sent into Eastern Europe to promote a campaign of terrorism to destabilize the USSR’s attempts to deal with all the Pro-Nazi nations it now occupied.

At the time, all these terrorist methods and the resurrection of Nazism by the Outlaw US Empire were top-secret as the Western public would’ve condemned such action against the primary allied nation that defeated the Nazis. So, the Anti-Communist Crusade that was to be waged as a continuation of the Western involvement in the Russian Civil War to destroy the Soviet state began as an undeclared war as were all subsequent conflicts between the two sides—including those after the USSR’s demise and defeat of the Cold War’s stated rationale—to defeat Communism. The important outcome is that the Cold War never escalated into a Hot War. We should also recall that NATO’s opposite, what became known as the Warsaw Pact, didn’t come into being until 1955 and that the Soviets tested their A-bomb in 1949 creating a deterrent to NATO.

Ok guys, things are going BAD AND WORST EVERYDAY

Yesterday, on Saturday 26 of March, 2023, what we can call a civil war happened in Sainte-Soline, Deux-Sèvres, France.

A freaking good exemple of "what is legal is not necessarily legit".

FRENCH PEOPLE are paying for it : since access to water is ALL PUBLIC SERVICE here, and the state is spending 60 billions euros for that, but is NOT the owner of the farms, the state will NEVER have its money back and the French people will never eat that corn.

ON TOP OF THAT most of the country is facing an historical WINTER DROUGHT.

So green activist, farmers and elected greens gathered on the site to protest, despite the prefecture's ban, because our planet cannot wait any longer and water should be a shared good and not for just some farmers. Anyway, our beloved (no) Minister of Home Affairs have been speaking of "how violent it will be" there, despite the ban, speaking of "1000 violents protestors awaited".

What happened :

The prefecture banned every gathering for the weekend, fearing violence as it happened in Notre-Dame-Des-Landes

People came anyway, because ecology is our best chance to survive, moreover after the last GIEC report

3000 policemen (civil) and gendarmes (military) have been sent to guard the construction site.

As you might have understood, things went bad, like REALLY bad.

200 protestors hurt, 28 gendarmes, 5 persons in a life-threatening condition (2 protestors, 3 gendarmes)

Ambulances kept away from the field from the military, despite the injured people needing immediate medical attention.

The regime systematically purged the army and political bureaucracy of pro-EAM elements. There was casual terror of random assassinations and beatings, and systematic repression by security committees and courts-martial that simply arrested EAM supporters and detained them without trial. The government tightly controlled trade unions, and charged former EAM underground government tax collectors with robbery and looting. The regime now judged ELAS executions of collaborators as murder. Outside the Athens area the government-proclaimed martial law lasted until August. The police and their supporters beat up EAM and Communists news-vendors, even arrested purchasers at random, and shot leftist reporters. Right-wing bands roamed many districts, doling out retribution at will. When the British Parliamentary Legal Mission visited Greece at the end of the year they reported that wholesale terror filled the filthy, crowded jails with a very minimum of 50,000 prisoners, and by comparison the excellent, even comfortable, prisons for some of the worst fascists were comparatively empty.[171]

Yet as late as May 1945, Communist Party Secretary Nikos Zachariadis — newly returned from imprisonment in a Nazi concentration camp — attempted to purge the Party of militants and enforce continued cooperation with the British and the rightist regime.[172] But despite pressure from Britain and from Stalin for the Communist Party to function in electoral politics as just another party, given the likelihood of communist victory in free elections the rightists in power felt they had no choice but to intensify the terror and repression.[173]

The result, from mid-1946 on, was a growing civil war in which maintaining the government in power was beyond the resources of the British, and the United States assumed Britain’s interest in Greece and saved the regime from collapse with U.S. funds and military advisors.[174]

Faux News and other MAGA-Moscow-Mouthpieces have contrived a notion that it sets a ‘dangerous precedent’ to prosecute a former President/current candidate for ‘minor misdemeanors’ such as civil and criminal business fraud, violation of the espionage act, rape, election interference, inciting a riot, and, sadly etc etc etc.

They ask, ‘won’t every candidate and ex-President be subject to the same prosecution?’

Well..that’s a BIG NO…for two reasons

The MAGA Congressional clown car has been actively working on establishing that precedent from when Biden was still a candidate in 2020 up to the present day.

Way ahead of any Trump Grand Jury Indictments.

Their problem with ‘setting precedent’ is that one needs concurrently ‘evidence’, ‘probable cause’ and a whole lot of other ‘woke’ legal phrases that really really aren’t that hard to for the general public to grasp. For MAGA however…

We acknowledge the usefulness that merely posturing with baseless innuendo works to garner approval from the All-American lynch mobs variously called at times MAGA, America First, American Nazi Party, the Black Legion, Night Riders, Regulators, Vigilantes, Know Nothings, KKK.

However, innuendo gets you laughed out of every courtroom and public forum. The attorneys who prepare the pleadings often get censured and sometimes disbarred for ethics violations such as ‘taking clients money for specious cases’ and ‘failure to act appropriately as an officer of the court’.

So, no, we’re not worried about a precedent that can be applied to candidates of any party when there is evidence accusing them of being pedophiles, rapists, fraudsters, seditionists, serial liars, undeclared agents for foreign powers, etc.

In fact, go for it! Particularly any in Congress today.

Cloak of Deception Review

It is the twilight of the Republic. While the Core worlds enjoy a so-called "Golden Age", those worlds on the fringes of galactic civilization are beset by hardships and exploitation by greedy corporate factions; within the Galactic Senate, corruption has taken root, and any attempts at reform or improvement are stymied by self-interest and apathy; and unbeknownst to the Senate and the Jedi Order, the Sith are working from the shadows to bring their Grand Plan to fruition.

In the Outer Rim, an undeclared war is being waged between the citizens of the exploited worlds and the corporate entities exploiting them for the benefit of the few. During a routine mission, a Trade Federation ship is attacked by a group known as the Nebula Front, who manage too not only ruin the shipping run but also make off with a fortune of rare ingots; the Jedi Order has dispatched Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi to combat this small but potent threat, despite somewhat sympathizing with the culprits.

In the Galactic Senate, the Trade Federation is causing an uproar over the threat to their profits and demand to be able to properly arm themselves, despite the reservations of some who don't wish to see the TF and other corporate entities accrue more power. In the middle of this politicking is Senator Palpatine of Naboo, secretly the Sith Lord Darth Sidious. Sidious is of course playing all sides: slipping information to the leaders of the Nebula Front while also pushing the Trade Federation on in their calls for armament, while as Palpatine striking a balance between the more extreme Senate factions while also subtly manipulating Supreme Chancellor Valorum; he proposes a summit be held on a world closer to the Outer Rim so that all sides can come together and find a solution, while also planting the seeds of Valorum's political demise by laying incriminating evidence of self-enrichment.

The Jedi Order is pressured into intervening on the Trade Federations behalf and dispatches a team of Jedi to bring the Nebula Front leaders to justice. However, the Front is already ready for them and the Jedi find themselves outnumbered and outgunned while Sidious' agents carry out his orders for their seeming benefit. At the summit, the Jedi manage to save the Chancellor from an assassination attempt, though Sidious' manipulation causes the deaths of nearly all the Trade Federation leadership, except for Nute Gunray who steps in as Viceroy. With the summit a bust, the leaders of the Republic return to Coruscant where the accusations against Valorum are levied while Sidious' suggests taking a bold action against a mostly powerless world to Gunray: the home of Senator Palpatine, Naboo.

I'll be honest: I've read this book before and remembered the opening and ending quite vividly, but the middle part just didn't grab me as much. I was surprised and delighted to see so much politicking, but the story involving the Nebula Front just wasn't something I found particularly interesting. I was more fascinated at seeing more of the pieces falling into place that set the stage for Episode I.

And let us not forget the other Sith that we're also active at this time; Sidious' master, Darth Plagueis is still hard at work in his midichlorian experiments, leaving the political maneuvering to Palpatine, while Sidious' own apprentice, Darth Maul, is dispatched on a mission of his own (which we'll cover shortly).

Cloak of Deception is essential reading for those wanting to see how all of the pieces of the Sith plan fall into place as the flip-side of what we saw in the novel Darth Plagueis. While some may find the main story more engaging than I did, I still enjoyed the Palpatine moments, and as I said the beginning and ending have always stuck with me. Next time, we'll find out what Darth Maul was up to during this time as we look at Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter.

Ukraine not seeking internal order amid Russian pressure

Amid the ongoing offensive by Russian troops, Ukraine has increasingly witnessed internal discord, from the detention of MPs and corruption allegations to border tightening and fortification scandals.

Mykola The Wad-of-Cash

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tyshchenko, also known as The Wad (of Cash), who was involved in beating Ukrainian Kraken National Battalion fighter Dmytro Pavlov, has been sent under house arrest, according to Ukrainian media.

The Pechersk District Court ruled on Tyshchenko, granting the prosecutor’s motion to impose a 60-day preventive measure of house arrest. The Prosecutor-General of Ukraine has reported suspicion against incumbent MP Tyshchenko over the illegal deprivation of liberty of a former serviceman in Dnipropetrovsk. On 20 June, a group of individuals unlawfully deprived a former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) of his freedom on the instructions of the Ukrainian MP.

According to Ukrainian media, during the search and detention, Tyshchenko broke his phone so that it would not be used as evidence in the case. Law enforcers also found bundles of undeclared cash and a watch worth $40,000.

Hiring of private security guards, extortion call centres, as well as engagement of police officers from other regions of Ukraine have caused outrage among Ukrainians, many of whom condemn the government’s activity at such a difficult time for the country.

Corruption

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) stated that it had opened a criminal case against a former official of the national energy company Ukrenergo. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) accused the unnamed official of purchasing body armour at an inflated price.

To implement the deal, the official engaged an affiliated commercial structure, which not only does not have documents and licences for the production of military ammunition, but in general has never been involved in the manufacture of body armour.

In total, the former civil servant embezzled about 10 million budget funds, according to Ukrainian media. In the spring of 2022, he reportedly organised the purchase of bulletproof vests for employees of the energy company at a deliberately exaggerated cost. Now he faces up to six years in prison.

Fortification scandal

Ukrainian MP Dmytro Razumkov criticised fortifications 15 kilometres from the battle line in Kharkiv region. Having visited one of those locations, the MP showed how the fortifications actually look like.

Very convenient positions, but, unfortunately, not for our defenders, for the enemy! God forbid if our defenders needed these fortifications! It’s just a trap with nothing that normal fortifications should have.

He also emphasised that a country at war could not have fortifications that were allegedly erected but served to absorb the budget.

Border issues

The State Border Service of Ukraine introduced restrictions in another border district of the Transcarpathian region due to attempts by Ukrainian men of conscription age to flee abroad.

In the border strip within the Uzhhorod district additional regime restrictions have been introduced. The introduction of such is due to the strengthening of state border protection and control (…) in order to prevent offences in the border area.

In particular, there is a ban on staying outside the borders of settlements, travelling by motor vehicles towards the border, as well as on the roads leading to it, from 10:00 p.m. until 05:00 a.m. Stopping of motor vehicles on roadsides in the border area is also prohibited.

Back to battle

MP Oleksandr Tkachenko stated that more than 120,000 Ukrainians had returned back to the combat zone and to Russia this year, as they “did not find shelter in other regions.” According to Tkachenko, these are mostly women, the elderly, and those unable to work. Among the reasons that prompted people to return was the lack of habitable housing.

They come back home where they don’t have to rent accommodation, pay owners who are abroad, and receive compensation from international partners there, but in Ukraine they rent their accommodation for 10-15 thousand.

These are catastrophic figures, because in the remaining Ukraine, against the background of the circumstances described above, amid total mobilisation and border tightening, people are turning towards Russia, looking for conditions for existence. Moreover, residents of Ukraine’s westernmost regions actively resist accepting refugees from the eastern part of the country, often accusing them of being friendly to Russia.

Ukrainian political and public figure Iryna Farion has long spoken out against Russian-speaking Ukrainians. Earlier, the former Verkhovna Rada deputy called on all Russian speakers to “pack their bags” and leave for Russia.

BETWEEN ALL THE ALCOHOL POISONING, OVERDOSES, AND SUICIDE ATTEMPTS I HAVE BEEN CLINICALLY DEAD AT LEAST THREE TIMES AND PROBABLY MORE. SO WHEN I TELL YOU THAT DURING ONE OF THOSE TIMES WHEN I WAS BLEEDING OUT OF MY WRIST AND GOT HIT BY A POLICE TASER THAT I HAD A NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE TO WHERE ON THE OTHER SIDE I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO DIE AND LEAVE OR TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THE POWERS THAT BE AND COME BACK TO DO SERVICE WORK IN THESE PLANES FOR THEM, IT'S NOT AS HARD TO BELIEVE AND FAR-FETCHED AS YOU MIGHT THINK. As I have explained on numerous occasions to Americans and people throughout the world, the District of Columbia was carved out of two of our States of the Union, Virginia and Maryland, to serve as a separate and distinct base of operations for our three (3) Federal Subcontractors --- one American Federal Republic, one British Territorial Democracy, and one Municipal Theocracy, which were to do their organizational business within the District and use the District of Columbia as their administrative headquarters.  

This is the way it was set up and the way it was run for decades, and then, with the Civil War, the American Federal Republic fell dormant and silent, because the original American Confederation of States that operated the Federal Republic was never "reconstructed".  

There was really nothing to stop the States from completing the Reconstruction of both the Confederation and the Federal Republic, except that they were not told what was going on, and those men who could have solved the riddle were systematically murdered, unjustly branded as outlaws, burned out of their homes, robbed, and forced to flee by Undeclared British Agents. 

The District of Columbia was established to house the Federal Subcontractors.  If you examine the paperwork associated with this, you find that the District exists under a use permit; so long as it is used for the purposes agreed upon, it is allowed to remain.  A similar agreement attaches to the Municipality of Washington, DC.  The land and soil was never ceded by the Maryland or Virginia Legislature, either one. 

Efforts were made by the State of Virginia Legislature to annex the land and soil back to Virginia in an acrimonious wrangle about the misuse and abuse of the use permit, however, the State of Virginia and its Legislature had no clear standing to make this move, because the use permit was granted by the State, Virginia, not a State-of-State business organization.  The State of Virginia established that the use permit was indeed being violated, but because they were not Party to the contract, they could not actually enforce it.  

The Municipality of Washington, DC, was similarly set aside as an enclave within the District meant to serve as "sacred ground" where business could be conducted on a safe and even playing field.  The members of the American Federal Republic Congress were supposed to serve as the plenary Government of the Municipality, but with the American Subcontractor out of the way, the Brits took over the District of Columbia for its operations, and the Holy See took over the Municipality

Now, out of nowhere, we hear that U.S. British Territorial Citizens are setting up shop in what they call the (District of) Quantico Virginia.  This is apparently based on the fact that the land and soil underlying the Quantico base was set aside as a Federal Enclave and has specific use, however, the organizers of this go a bit beyond any grant made by the underlying State and claims that this "district" is the Seat of National Government ---- apparently the British Territorial National Government and its citizenry, the U.S. Citizens, have been kicked out of the District of Columbia, and are seeking to establish a new base of operations.

This does not mean that our States have agreed to this change of use, nor does it imply the existence of  a separate "National Government" involving  the General Public of this country. 

The British Territorial United States has always been a separate foreign "national government" and the U.S. Citizenry attached to it have always been acting in a foreign international capacity. 

As we have explained before, many nations may inhabit or live in the same State of the Union at the same time.  The U.S. Citizens make up one such "nation" and if they need to establish a new seat of government for themselves, they can do so, so long as the Autochthonous Nation-State has actually granted the land and soil under Quantico and dedicated it for their use. 

Otherwise, Quantico could not serve as a seat of government for them. 

The actual State Assemblies of Maryland and Virginia, the Autochthonous Grantors and Donors issuing the original use permit, stand ready to accept back the District of Columbia and claim it as property abandoned by the Subcontractors.
