I've read chapter 22. Oh my gods it was ride, a roller coaster. Shoved straight into a nightmare with blood and corpses damn 😭 bro doesn't get to rest.

And that thing is some another version of Reader. She does like flowers and even Lunatic's one gave them a flower and I think she'd want to bring Reader back to their senses but well... failed.
