You stopped being surprised by men a long time ago. So it hardly fazes you when Bucky sends a picture of a tackily short red dress with the caption, 'make sure you show some ass for my guy'. You roll your eyes but find something suitably similar. A darker shade but just as short; just as demeaning.
You do your make-up and grab a light jacket and your purse. You have the address and upon Googling, you find it's for a rather upscale restaurant on the far side of the city. The area code well outside your bank account's depth. You can spare some of your cut for an uber.
Your vigilant as you sit silently in the back seat. As you approach the restaurant, you look up and down the street, and across it. You're not stupid. It feels like a set-up, more than just a date, but you see no other way to get this jerk off your back.
You step out and strut across the pavement. You pull out your phone and re-read the message; 'reservation under Rogers'. Great. You're really not feeling this.
You enter and greet the hostess curtly, giving her the name for the table, and waiting with your hands folding around your purse. She offers to take your coat and hand it over, happy to shed the extra layer. She leads you along the bar and towards the back of the place. You take in each face, perusing all the seats, searching for that slimeball. Bucky is nowhere to be seen. That's hardly a comfort.
As you approach a booth, a figure slides across the seat and your eyes fall to the slender man from the cafe. Steve. He runs his hand over his neatly combed blond hair as his cheeks glow red. You try to smile. You feel suddenly bad for him. You wonder if he even knows about the blackmail.
"You look gorgeous," he greets breathless, "er, I'm sorry, hi. I... let's sit."
You nod as he waves you towards the table. You glide over the seat as the hostess promises a server will be with you shortly to get you drinks. Steve sits and mousishly inches closer and closer as you grab the wine menu.
"Nice place," you remark as you look up at the light hanging above you.
"Yeah, I... I thought so," the nerves tremble in his voice chords, "you do look really nice."
"Thank you, Steve," you face him, "I love your tie."
He reaches to touch the bowtie at his neck, smiling broader, "really? Bucky-- I, my friend, made fun of it."
"Don't listen to your friend. Better yet, find better friends," you scoff.
"Yeah, uh, it's just... he's... I, let's not talk about him."
"Let's not," you agree and reach to still his hand as he fidgets, "Steve, chill. This is weird but not awful. Let's order some wine and try to enjoy ourselves."
"Okay," his voice peaks and he clears his throat, bringing it back down to baritone, "yeah, that sounds great."
He stares at you and a genuine smile breaks through. He seems genuinely awe-struck by you. It's flattering. Men leer and lurk and loom, but something about him is disarming in a very sweet way.
"Well, looks like we're onto the small talk," you chuckle, "so, I work at the transit commission. I sell bus tickets. It's not exciting. At all. And doesn't pay well. So, what do you do?"
He stares at you, marveling, eyes sparkling, like you just said something absolutely amazing. He stutters and combs his fingers through his hair again, a shank sticking up as he brings his hands down to grip his jacket lapels. He chews his lips and blows out a breath.
"I'm an artist," he admits as he lowers his chin, "it's not very exciting either. I do online commissions. Nothing revolutionary. Mostly portraits of dogs."
"That's adorable," you say as you reach over to smooth his hair out. He flinches and peeks up at you. He bring your hand down to your chin and tilt his head up, "I wish I was creative. At all. I'd love to see some of your art. I mean, if you'd like to share."
"Oh, um, as long as it doesn't bother you for my phone to be out at the table," he teethes his lip sheepishly. You shake your head and shrug. He reaches under his brown jacket and takes out his phone, "this one... well... I did a portrait of this cat. For a friend. Cat's a real jack-- meanie," he corrects himself, "but pretty."
He shows you a crosshatching of a white cat, dignified and defiant. You smile. Yes, you see the attitude. He's captured it so well.
"Wow, that's amazing," you lean in, "I have a friend, she's the same way. She just sees the world so different and I could never..."
"Everyone makes their own type of art. Maybe yours is people. You make them feel... safe," he suggests.
You laugh but quickly stop yourself, "yeah, maybe."
Before the silence can grow awkward, a server approaches. Steve seems shy even with her. He searches the wine menu rather cluelessly and you make a suggestion which he accepts. The server promises to return with the bottle and lean back into the seat. He's looking at you again.
"Can I show you something else?" He asks. You nod. He flips through his phone and turns it towards you, "I drew this that day at the cafe. After you left. So I'd remember your face." It's a drawing of you, you look radiant and not your usual skeptical self. "I didn't think I'd see you again.”
“Funny how things turn out,” you say, “so, I wanna know more about your art. Do you have like a super awesome project you want to do one day? Like the Sistine Chapel or Mona Lisa?”
“Uh, I wouldn’t compare myself but… yeah, I have a few ideas,” he seems to come alive as he takes your bait. It eases the mood and chips away at your own wariness. If you have to be here, you may as well try to enjoy it.

laughing at keita’s jokes and catching up was a great way to spend your weekend. after the laughter died down, he leaned back into the bench “i’m so glad the weather is great today!”
you nod in agreement as the sun shone giving you both a golden tint as birds chirp in the distance. wouldn’t it be such a shame for something unpredictable like bad weather to ruin your planned out day with keita?
as you saw the sun setting, you figured it was time to bid your farewells. “time flew so fast.” keita spoke up, gazing at the beautiful sunset. maybe it was true that time went by quickly with the people you love, when you’re truly in the moment. he got up, offering a hand indicating it was time to walk back to the bus stop. you grabbed his hand, standing up and wiping invisible dust off your clothes.
as you walked back together, there were still loads of stories keita had to tell and he wanted to make sure you got to hear them in person. so he used the periods walking to tell them. they were fun bursts of energy as expected from keita; neverending enthusiasm which you loved.
though you were walking rather leisurely, the day slowly sunk into night and to your luck, you missed the bus. watching in the distance as it drives off. you try to chase it but it already went far.
keita pat your back, thinking of other solutions. but as the light bulb on his head lit up, the sounds of light drizzle became audible. soon, the drops painted the pavement around the small and covered bus stop.
this wasn’t so bad, right? well, none of you had brought an umbrella and was now stuck there. checking your phone to call up an uber, it didn’t turn on as it had ran out of battery earlier. keita looked at you with an empathetic smile, a bit of guilt because he delayed you.
but it was okay, the person with you wasn’t some rando. it was keita, and you’d do anything to spend more time with him. even if it were tricky situations like this. all you could do now was wait another hour or so in darkness, the only lights illuminating were the ones covering the bus stop. though you weren’t alone.
as the temperatures decrease and the moon took over the sun, overlapping the coldness given by the rain. you were freezing, both of you were absolutely chilled to the bone. as much as keita wanted to do a romantic gesture such as wrap his jacket around you; he didn’t have a jacket with him.
all he was wearing was a sweater that you gave him for his birthday a year ago, he cherished it alot. maybe it was his favourite item in his closet, always reaching out to it whenever he could. as an attempt to keep eachother warm; he grabbed your hands, rubbing them with his to spark some heat. you smiled, it wasn’t much but it was something.
the temperature got worse as the rain started to pour even more, causing you to hug yourself in attempt to get even the slightest bit of warmth. keita saw this and was absolutely heartbroken. maybe it wouldn’t happen if he told the story faster or walked a bit quicker.
he wanted to apologise for making you miss your stop and for making you wait in the cold but his mouth was numb. pulling the sleeves over his hands in shapes of sweater paws, he continued holding your hands. it was a bit better than without the sleeves.
he saw your quivering lips, moving his sweater paws now to your cheeks, cupping your face. flushing a cute tint of pink upon his action, using the weather as an excuse for your red face.
yes, it wasn’t the most ideal situation but it was a situation that made you closer to keita. as you wait, head on his shoulder and bodies huddling together to make sure you both got enough warmth and away from any drops of the rain. you’re glad you missed the bus to this.

ATEEZ THE FELLOWSHIP: BREAK THE WALL IN LATAM - BRAZIL EDITION
Tumblr media
Now that I have your attention, let me just tell you how utterly INSANE that concert was.
For a little more background, this Saturday (Aug. 26) Ateez came to Brazil for the first time and held their 1st stadium concert at Allianz Parque in São Paulo. According to a few articles, there were around 30k people, even though they weren't using the full capacity of the space (around 45k I guess). So far, this is the biggest public they have performed in front of. Also, the only other kpop group to perform there was BTS, so there's that.
I know some countries work differently, but in Brazil we don't have numbered chairs/spots in most of our concerts, so the first ones to get inside on the day of the concert are the ones with the best spot to watch it. That being said, there were people camping around the stadium 3 MONTHS before the concert even happened, just after the tickets were sold. Yes, we hate that kind of people.
But funny enough, when a VIP package was announced, 10 days before d-day (yeah, that's right, a soundcheck-early-entrace package announced only 10 days before the concert - and we hated that also), that meant that unless those people bought the VIP expansion, their camping would have been useless. Fun fact about the VIP expansion/upgrade: it ranged from 1,8k reais (+-370 USD) to 3k reais (+-615 USD) depending if you already had Pit (kinda front rows?) tickets or would need to upgrade - and our minimum wage is 1,7k/month (+-350 USD/month).
Now that I've covered that, let's move on to my personal experience, because that's what I really want to talk about (and no other social platform would really listen, so thank you tumblr for allowing me to talk to myself comfortably).
I live kinda near São Paulo, but the bus I had to take would only do the longer route, so that meant waking up early. Like, 1am early, to have breakfast, get dressed up and styled for the concert, and get to the bus station. I went with my sister and my best friend, we did our best to stick to our schedule, and we almost missed our bus - shout out to the other bus driver who took pity of us and helped us get to the right bus, you're the best and I hope that both sides of your pillow are aways cold.
We arrived in São Paulo at 6am, and took the subway to the stadium's district. We also had to walk 1,5km to get there, as most streets around it were closed and no uber would take us. So picture me, in 12cm platform boots, walking 1,5km. It was an experience, to say the least.
When we finally got to our sector's line, it was around 7:30 in the morning, and there we stayed until 4pm. Yep, almost 9 hours in line, with barely enough space to sit down for a few minutes before the line would move forward for no apparent reason. But, I also met new cool people, and got a few free pc and pins to keep as souvenirs!
I know it must sound like I'm complaining about the whole experience but I promise I'm not. Actually, it was my fist kpop concert, and also my first time on a floor spot, and everything felt so crazy and intense, I don't even know what I was expecting from it all.
We got inside at 4-something pm, and that was the first bathroom break we took since we left the subway (and about that, never doing that again). We managed a place not that far from the b-stage, fixed our things and ourselves, and waited.
If you ever watched an Ateez concert livestream, you know that sometimes they run a bit late, perfectly normal. But let me tell you it didn't take more than 10 minutes for them to start, and I'm pretty sure that if we were excited and nervous, they were 10 times more.
Unfortunately Jongho wasn't there, he's in Korea and will have to fix his ankle with surgery. We did our best to sing his lines even more energetically so that the boys would see that we understand the situation, and that we love Jongho just as much. 8 makes 1 team, after all.
There's not much to say about the concert, I guess everybody knows the setlist and the interactions they usually do with the crowd. But my honorable mentions go to:
The boys introducing themselves in Portuguese! Also them speaking Portuguese randomly during the concert~ it really felt special seeing them doing it
Their reactions to our cheerings! We are known for our passion, and honestly we are very much proud of being loud - they looked so happy whenever we'd match their energy
On the topic of cheering - the "break the wall" chant. Or even better, THE "break the wall" chant. Not to be cocky, but I challenge any other country to surpass us
Wonderland. I mean, do I even have to elaborate? We did our best to sing Jongho's highnote, it wasn't perfect but it was full of love
Last but not least, us making them blush HARD. we have this chant that goes "Lindo, tesão, bonito e gostosão", and you can translate it if you want, but roughly it means we called them beautiful and hot <3
I don't think I'll be posting my videos in here, but if you wanna fell the Brazilian vibe, you can check out my Instagram highlight "ATEEZ IN BRAZIL" on @/itsme_clarinha, or my Twitter (X?) under the same name where I'll post a thread with the full videos I didn't manage on Instagram ✨️
So that's it! I probably forgot a bunch of stuff, but what I remembered was what I wanted to mention the most;; and if you got this far, here's the video of the best brazilian fanchant ever lol

@passingthroughthenorthstar 's Mansion...
Tumblr media
〈 • The moment Dalv got home he crawled under your arms and grumbled and mumbled about something that happened during his walk during the moonlight. You weren't really paying attention, mainly focused on waiting for your turn to speak so you can surprise him with tickets for the upcoming stage-event going on during the carnival! -And it worked like a complete charm, his eyes completely lit up like a little kid just seeing them in your hand! From what you know, the event is about a swordsfighting doing.. swordsfighter stuff, heck if you know, all you really care about that it's fancy and Dalv understands fancier things more than he, the COWBOY, ever will. The perfect surprise for his Moonpie! 〉 ❝ ..An outing right now sounds wonderful.. Whatever distracts me from wanting to electropunch that.. s-S-SLIMEBALLS face inside out..! Oough, when I get my hands on- ❞ 〈 • Wait.. where are your keys? GOD DARNIT. You wanted to fancily drive him there on your moter-cycle, but it's being repaired after a certain chipmunk used it for a stunt video. You could maybe call an uber.. but your phone was snatched after a certain chipmunk used it to RECORD a stunt video. You could walk there but.. cmon now who really wants to walk that far? Well, the bus is always available. You pick up your little vampire like a cardboard cutout and headed your way down to the bus-stop.〉 ❝ ..And then he had the AUDACITY to ask if I bit myself I would be immortal.. like I didn't just spent 5 minutes explaining BEFOREHAND how UTTERLY REDICULOUS that theory was..! But he asked anyway becAUSE- ❞
〈 • You had the apologize to the others also on the bus stop for Dalv's rant, because right now he didn't seem like stopping anytime soon. ..Heaven HOPES he doesn't get on Dalv's nerves one day to the point where he is now.. Well anyway, after some time the bus finally arrives and you gently guided the Vampire inside and you held onto the handle above you with your other hand holding his. ..Man.. he hasn't rode a bus like this since before he and the posse got hit big on the surface. He didn't need to now that he had fame, wealth, money- wait that's also wealth. ..Anyway, it was a bit of a nostalgia trip. You bend down your head a little to look at the window to see all the city lights reflecting off the glass. If you still had your phone, and maybe a third hand to use right about now, you'd probably be taking pictures. 〉 ❝ .. So then he swayed his cape in my FACE and then walked away! Just like that! But don't even get me started on HOW he walked, i saw him trip on his own heel- Oh hey, Starbutton we're here!❞ 〈 • ..Wait, what did he say before all of that? He's not speaking up so the entire first half of his story was completely drowned out by the surrounding noise and by that I mean the kid crunching his potato chips next to your ear and the loud lady on the phone call around them.. well either way they we're here. You made an 'after you' gesture, holding Dalv's parasol for him as he stepped down the bus stairs and onto the floor, grinning at hearing him giggle in response. 〉 ❝ We have.. a lot of time until the performance actually starts. Whatever the performance is.. Don't worry, I won't bug you about it. I know it's a surprise and you want it to be very very special. ❞
〈 • He gently boops where your nose would be, before you swiftly kiss him on the forehead and pick him up on your shoulders.. but soon after he seems to be pointing at something a few feet away..! A shooter game! Wow, Dalv you have GREAT taste- Oh he's pointing at the prize. Well- At least it's something you're good with. You swiftly put him down and do a couple stretches as you pick up one of the fake guns, you're ready to absolutely DESTROY the rest of the competition... which are mainly kids. 〉
❝ .. Don't forget to have fun! ❞ 〈 • Oh. That too. Duh. You grin, practically getting every bullseye as you SKYROCKET to the top leaderboards as the timer is ticking down, perfectly in your western element. This really was NOT a competition even until the moment the timer ended. 〉
〈 • .........SECOND PLACE? BUT- You turn your head, and some fancy monster with far too curly hair for your taste smugly takes first place and gets your Moonpie's prize, SHOOTING you a cocky grin before walking away. Did nobody see the LOOK he just gave!?- This HAD to be rigged. 〉 ❝ ..Oouff.. Unlucky, I suppose. You we're so close too..! Do you want to get some funnel cake and try again some other time..? ❞

Happy Holidays @twopeoplecanchange !
Christmas in New [Jersey] York
It’s been two years since Nico asked you to move to the States with him and honestly you’re pretty glad he’s playing on the east coast, it’s hard to imagine the Christmas season without snow, sure New Jersey doesn’t get quite as pretty as back home, at least not in Newark. But that doesn’t mean you don’t love it.
There’s a home game that night so you’ve got your favourite custom hoodie picked out, even if it’s probably gonna be under a coat, it’s more for you and Nico than the fans, though you’re used to that as well. Nico’s one of the most popular guys on his team and you’ve bonded with Jack’s girlfriend about what the attention feels like.
Coming from Switzerland, where you’d been pretty anonymous it felt sort of weird when you and Nico first got serious and you realized that people really cared what you were doing. It took a while to get used to it and you don’t know if you really are yet.
But you’re with the other girls and family members, drinking a beer when Nola slides up beside you and picks up your hand. “You should get your nails done.”
You just laugh, you usually do your own nails, as a break from the correspondence courses you’re doing. You do want to get a degree after all, even if you’re not really able to work right now.
You’re glad that the Devils organization offers a lot of volunteering opportunities and Nola brushes off your laugh, “Veronica recommended this great place in the city. I’m gonna make appointments for us. Girl’s day.”
And well, you don’t really mind that much, it sounds fun and pretty soon you’re being ushered back towards the game as the intermission comes to an end.
You almost forget about the plan until Nola texts you an Instagram link and the date and time of the appointment. You kind of laugh, the Russian manicure she’s booked sounds fancy and honestly the more you think about it, the more fun it sounds as you scroll through their instagram.
You don’t dress up for the appointment per se but it’s a high end place so you’re wearing your nice lounge wear, an off shoulder sweatshirt and black leggings with a designer parka.
Nola meets you with sugar cookie lattes for both of you and you’re starting to feel like something is up, not that Nola isn’t always nice but it’s starting to feel like it’s your birthday or something. But also you’re not gonna argue with it. The nail tech explains that the Russian manicures are very long lasting and you laugh, you’re always hard on your nails, so you’re at least intrigued as you stand at the nail wall.
There’s probably every colour in the rainbow and every colour and texture in between. And maybe it’s the Swiss in you but you’ve never been flashy so you end up picking this mauve-y grey gel that’s at least a very interesting neutral, not too boring. And Nola nods approvingly, “What about like a chrome or something?”
You grin, thinking that sounds like fun. “What are you doing?” Nola grins, plucking a bottle of champagne shimmer off the wall and wiggles her nails at you with a grin. “Love it.”, you say laughing.
You both get champagne and that’s when Nola tells you you’re gonna head over to the Rockefeller Centre rink after. You’ve been a few times with Nico before and you remind her that you’ve got dinner plans with Nico and she nods, of course you’ll make it.
You notice the nail tech has a bit of a smile and you quickly learn just how intensive the nail process is, nails buffed and shaped to perfection before you even get the nail polish on.
Despite the long process, it’s easy to settle into chatting with Nola, sometimes it’s exhausting to be speaking English all the time, unless it’s just you and Nico or you and Nico and Nola and Jonas. Not to throw Timo under the bus but he’s more Nico’s friend than yours.
You can’t help but smile when you see your nails, sparkling under the light, the chrome was a great idea.
From there it’s an Uber to the Rockefeller Centre and Nola takes you over to get some skates when you hear a voice behind you, “Hey babe.”, Nico teases and Nola laughs.
“Enjoy!”, she calls as she walks back to the road and you look at Nico in confusion. He just smiles.
“I wanted to do something special.”, you’ve never gotten over how handsome he is, it’s hard to remember that you both used to be scrawny teenagers messaging between Halifax and Switzerland and now you’re here. And Nico leads you over to the skate rental.
He’s wearing a beanie and you can see that a few people are glancing your way, like maybe they recognize him, but no one approaches you as you and Nico do a couple of slow steady laps, pretty soon you’ve settled back into your skates, laughing as you skate around Nico, who’s filming on his cell. “Do it for the gram.”, you say with a wink.
As darkness falls, Nico leads you to pick up some hot chocolate and you’re starting to worry about your dinner reservation as you stare up at the tree when suddenly you hear a few people around you fall quiet. And you look around you quickly, wondering if something’s wrong when you see Nico down on one knee, a box in his hand.
And your eyes go wide. “Nico?”
“I’ve worked on this speech for weeks now but I still don’t have the words, I feel like I have loved you as long as I have known what love is. And I want to spend the rest of my life loving you. Will you marry me?”
All you can do is gasp as the words sink in and then you respond in a rush, “Of course.”
It’s the most beautiful ring you’ve ever seen and your hands are shaking as Nico slips it on to your ring finger, you can feel the tears in your eyes and you catch your new manicure in the light of the tree and quickly snap a photo to text to Nola.
“Now we have dinner reservations.”, Nico reminds you.
Dinner is at your favourite restaurant but you’re not led to a table instead you’re led to one of the private rooms where the whole team is waiting with a couple of huge engagement ring shaped balloons. Then it’s just a whirlwind of photos, congratulations, “he did well” and more than one “nice nails” and you catch Nola’s eye and she just grins at you.

If you have time, and feel like it, would you write the conversation between E&S about what she got up to in Vegas and/or the exclusive talk? Sounds like it would be juicy 🤭
What She Did In Vegas...
Book: Open Heart 2 (post-Vegas) Pairing: Ethan Ramsey x f!MC (Sadie Oakley) Other Characters: Jackie Varma, Bryce Lahela (mention) Words: 1253 Category: Angsty fluff Rating: Mature Warnings: No actual NSFW actions, but some NSFW conversation Summary: As soon as Sadie gets home from her trip to Las Vegas with the roomies, she feels compelled to ask Ethan about their relationship becoming exclusive. AO3 link here A/N: I am so sorry it took me so long to answer this! I hope you're still here and able to enjoy this fic🫶
Tumblr media
I didn’t cheat. I did not cheat. Right? We never said we were exclusive. And besides, what happens in Vegas… is not going to stay in Vegas. I need to tell Ethan.
Sadie’s leg bounced up and down as she sat on the edge of her bed, waiting for her phone to turn on. She had stupidly allowed it to die on the plane home and was finally able to charge it. As soon as it turned on she rushed to unlock it and opened her text messages.
Hey! I’m back in Boston, can we talk?
Sadie put her phone down and rubbed her hands down her face. She stood up and paced around the small room, biting her thumbnail. Oh God, what is he going to say? Is he going to know something is up? What if he doesn’t want to talk to me? What if he does and– Somehow, Sadie heard her phone buzz over her thoughts. She stopped pacing and stared at her phone from a distance for a bit before working up the courage to read the message.
I coincidentally have the day off. Do you want to come over?
Sadie took a shaky deep breath before sending her response.
Yeah, sounds great! See you soon 😘
Was that too flirty? I mean, we are dating, but is it going to stay that way after this conversation? No, I need to stop thinking about it and just get ready.
Trying to physically dissolve her anxiety, Sadie shook her head, before touching up her makeup and putting on her shoes and coat.
“Where are you going?” Jackie asked from the kitchen as Sadie was walking to the door.
“Ethan’s.”
“I should’ve guessed.” Jackie smirked.
Sadie rolled her eyes. “Shut up.”
The cool air whipped itself against Sadie’s skin as she opted to walk to Ethan’s instead of taking the bus or an Uber, hoping the fresh air would calm her. It… kind of worked. Unfortunately, it also left her with more time to pour over the anxious thoughts in her brain. God, I hope he’s not mad at me. We never said we were exclusive. I was in Vegas. Shit happens in Vegas. Surely, he’ll understand that. Right? Why did I do it though? I want to be exclusive with Ethan. I don’t need anybody but him. I mean, Jackie and Bryce were fun, but definitely a ‘what happens in Vegas’ kind of moment. I don’t need to do that again. I don’t even really want to. I just want Ethan.
Upon entering the lobby of Ethan’s apartment building, Sadie used the doorbell to get buzzed in. She took another deep breath as she entered the elevator. It’s going to be fine. He’s going to understand. He won’t be mad. Fuck. She knocked on the door, just hard enough for Ethan to hear. He came to the door quickly, smiling when he saw Sadie.
“Welcome back.” He kissed Sadie’s lips chastely, before she entered the apartment. She gently kicked her shoes off and sat on the couch next to Ethan. “Is there something specific you want to talk about or you were just wanting to see me?”
“Are we exclusive?” Sadie blurted.
“What?” Ethan asked, taken aback.
“Sorry, I just, um, do you want to be exclusive?” Sadie tried instead.
“I… do, but I didn’t want to push you too fast after.. anyway, why do you ask?” Ethan gently placed his hand on Sadie’s leg, encouraging her.
She took a deep breath before answering. Just tell him. “I… hooked up with… a couple people in Vegas.”
“A couple?” Ethan questioned nonjudgmentally.
“It was… Jackie and Bryce. But please don’t tell them that I told you! At least not that I told you it was them.”
“At the… same time?”
“Yes.” Sadie looked at the ground as Ethan struggled to find a response. “Are you upset?”
Ethan quickly responded, “No! No, I’m not upset. I understand.” Sadie’s anxiety lessened immensely as soon as she heard his reassurance. “We weren’t exclusive yet and you were in Vegas. I’m really not surprised you had a hook up. The fact that one of the people was Bryce, on the other hand…”
“Okay, hey!”
“I’m just saying I didn’t think he was your type.” Ethan shrugged. “I know you and Jackie have a history, but Bryce is a bit of a surprise.”
“Okay, fine, fair enough.” Sadie sighed. She felt like a weight had been lifted off her chest and she could finally breathe easily again. “Thank you for understanding. Mostly.”
“You’re welcome.” Ethan wraps his arms around Sadie, pulling her into a hug and placing a kiss to her forehead. Sadie instinctively snuggled into his chest more.
“So, we’re exclusive now?” Sadie smiled into Ethan’s chest. God, I’ve wanted this for so long.
“Yes, honey.” Ethan smiled as well.
“Yay. I’m glad we had this conversation.”
“Me too. But I think we should have another conversation now.”
Sadie stiffened as her anxiety returned and her heart started racing. Fuck, what does he want to talk about now? “What… conversation?” She asked slowly, breaking herself out of Ethan’s hold. Did I do something wrong?
“You had a threesome. Is that something you want to do again?”
“Um, I’d be… open to it, but it’s not something I’d… actively seek out, I think.” Sadie looked at Ethan. “Why? Is it something you want to do? Is it something you have done?”
Ethan laughed as he pulled Sadie’s legs over his own. “I… have. A long time ago. I think it’s something I’d need to think about more before deciding if it’s something I’d like to do again.”
“Okay. That makes sense. Just let me know if you want to, then, ’kay?”
“Okay, baby.” Ethan leaned over and kissed Sadie’s mouth. “That is definitely something I can do.” Ethan placed his forehead against Sadie’s. “Thank you for telling me about your… activities in Vegas.”
“Of course,” Sadie said before Ethan could finish.
“Is there anything else you want to tell me about the trip?” Ethan quipped.
“No, nothing like that at least.” Sadie shook her head. There was definitely more to tell him, but not right now.
“Nothing about Panacea?”
“Oh. You heard about that.” Guess she was telling him now.
“A lot of people heard about that, sweetheart.” Ethan took Sadie’s hands in his to comfort her.
“No, I know, I just…” Sadie sighed. “It really wasn’t my idea or even really about me. I just – we all just – wanted to support Jackie. They really screwed her over, you know?”
“I understand. I think you did a really great thing and I’m proud of you. But you could’ve asked me to help, you know.”
“I know and if it was my problem I would have. But, like I said, it was more about Jackie, so I didn’t want to overstep her boundaries or anything.”
“Okay. I’m happy that you would feel comfortable coming to me for help if it was you.”
“Of course I would. I know you have my best interests in mind.” Sadie smiled sweetly while looking Ethan in the eye. “Now, if we’re done with the mushy stuff I think we should celebrate our becoming exclusive.” She smirked.
“Oh? And what did you have in mind?” Ethan raised his eyebrows as Sadie stood up from the couch.
“Well, it’s not threesome, but I think we can still come up with something fun.” Sadie winked and walked to the bedroom, leaving her boyfriend to follow.

Arrive in Style: Top Wedding Transportation Options for Houston Couples
When it comes to planning a wedding, every detail matters, and transportation is no exception. For couples in Houston, a city known for its vibrant culture and beautiful venues, choosing the right transportation can enhance the overall wedding experience. From the moment they leave their homes to the time they arrive at the reception, ensuring a seamless and stylish journey is essential. This article explores the top wedding transportation in Houston couples, helping them make informed choices to arrive in style on their special day.
Tumblr media
The Importance of Wedding Transportation
Wedding transportation plays a crucial role in the overall flow of the event. It not only ensures that the couple and their guests arrive safely and on time but also adds an element of sophistication to the celebration. With the right transportation, couples can set the tone for their wedding day, making a grand entrance that reflects their personal style.
Popular Wedding Transportation Options
Limousines
Limousines are a classic choice for weddings and symbolize luxury and elegance. Many couples opt for stretch limousines, which can accommodate the bridal party comfortably. Equipped with amenities such as leather seating, mood lighting, and sound systems, limousines provide a lavish experience.
Advantages:
Spacious for the entire bridal party.
Professional drivers ensure timely arrivals.
A stylish way to make a grand entrance.
Disadvantages:
Higher cost compared to other transportation options.
Limited availability during peak wedding seasons.
Luxury SUVs and Vans
For couples looking for a more intimate experience, luxury SUVs or vans are excellent alternatives. These vehicles offer comfort and style while accommodating smaller groups. With plush interiors and ample space for luggage, they provide a practical solution for transporting the couple and their closest friends or family.
Advantages:
More affordable than limousines.
Easier to navigate through city traffic.
Comfortable and stylish option for smaller groups.
Disadvantages:
Less space for larger bridal parties.
Fewer luxury amenities compared to stretch limousines.
Classic Cars
For those who want to add a unique touch to their wedding, renting a classic car can be an unforgettable experience. Whether it's a vintage convertible or a classic muscle car, this option offers a nostalgic flair that can enhance the wedding theme.
Advantages:
Unique and memorable for photos.
Allows couples to express their individual style.
Great for a themed wedding.
Disadvantages:
Limited seating capacity.
May not be practical for transporting larger groups.
Party Buses
Party buses have gained popularity for weddings, especially for transporting guests to and from the venue. These buses are designed for entertainment, featuring comfortable seating, sound systems, and even dance floors. They allow guests to continue the celebration during transit.
Advantages:
Ample space for larger groups.
Entertainment features keep guests engaged.
Ideal for transporting guests between multiple venues.
Disadvantages:
Higher cost compared to standard buses.
Requires advance booking due to demand.
Trolleys and Shuttles
For a fun and whimsical option, couples can consider renting a trolley or shuttle bus. These vehicles evoke a sense of nostalgia and can add a charming touch to wedding festivities. They are especially useful for transporting guests between hotels and the wedding venue.
Advantages:
Unique and charming transportation option.
Can accommodate larger groups.
Often more affordable than luxury vehicles.
Disadvantages:
Limited luxury features.
May not be available in all areas.
Ride-Hailing Services
For smaller weddings or last-minute transportation needs, ride-hailing services like Uber or Lyft can be convenient. These services allow couples and guests to book rides easily through a smartphone app. While not as glamorous, they offer flexibility and quick access to transportation.
Advantages:
Easy to use and book.
Ideal for last-minute arrangements.
Cost-effective for small groups.
Disadvantages:
Less control over driver quality and vehicle condition.
Potential surge pricing during peak times.
Factors to Consider When Choosing Wedding Transportation
When selecting transportation for their wedding day, couples should consider several important factors:
1. Guest Count
The number of guests will significantly influence the choice of transportation. Couples should assess how many people need to be transported and choose vehicles that can accommodate everyone comfortably.
2. Budget
Establishing a budget for transportation is crucial. Couples should explore various options, weighing the benefits of luxury against the overall cost. Understanding what is feasible within their budget will help narrow down choices.
3. Wedding Timeline
It’s essential to consider the wedding timeline when planning transportation. Couples should ensure there is enough time for each segment of the day, including getting ready, travel to the venue, and post-ceremony photos. Coordinating with drivers to adhere to the schedule is vital.
4. Venue Locations
Couples should also consider the locations of their ceremony and reception venues. If they are in different areas of Houston, it may be necessary to arrange for multiple vehicles or a larger transportation option to accommodate all guests.
5. Style and Theme
The style and theme of the wedding play a significant role in transportation choices. Couples should choose vehicles that align with their overall wedding aesthetic, whether it’s a classic, modern, or vintage theme.
Tips for a Smooth Transportation Experience
To ensure that transportation on their wedding day goes off without a hitch, couples should follow these tips:
Book Early: Popular transportation options can fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons. It’s advisable to secure bookings well in advance to guarantee availability.
Confirm Details: A week before the wedding, couples should confirm all transportation details, including pick-up times, locations, and vehicle types.
Communicate with Drivers: Sharing the wedding timeline and any specific requests with drivers can help ensure everyone is on the same page.
Plan for Delays: Houston traffic can be unpredictable. Couples should account for possible delays when planning their schedule.
Have a Backup Plan: In case of unforeseen circumstances, having a backup transportation plan can provide peace of mind.
Real-Life Wedding Experiences
Many couples in Houston have shared their positive experiences with wedding transportation. For example, a bride and groom who rented a stretch limousine noted how it made them feel like royalty as they traveled to their ceremony. Guests also appreciated the shuttle service that transported them between the hotel and the wedding venue, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about parking.Another couple opted for a classic car for their vintage-themed wedding, which not only added to the aesthetic but also created stunning photo opportunities. Their photographer captured beautiful moments as they drove through Houston’s scenic streets.
Conclusion
For couples planning their dream wedding in Houston, choosing the right transportation is a vital aspect that can enhance the overall experience. From luxurious limousines to charming trolleys, there are numerous options to consider. By understanding their needs, budget, and style, couples can select transportation that perfectly complements their celebration. For those seeking a premium experience, dhannahluxurytransport offers exceptional service and stylish vehicles to ensure a memorable arrival on their special day. With the right transportation, couples can focus on what truly matters: celebrating their love with family and friends.

An In-Seine Trip to Paris!
Week 7
As you can tell from the title, the big mystery as to where I went this weekend is now revealed! Woah! To those of you who guessed correctly from last week, unfortunately I don't have any fun prizes to send you...bummer I know. However, I do have a LOT to share from this lovely excursion which is completely free to read and quite priceless. Without further ado, this is the City of Light experienced from an Emily near (or far from) you.
Day 1: Triumphing the Arc
Right off the bat we were off to a great start waking up in the early hours of 3:30 am for our bus to the Bilbao Airport. Surprisingly, I wasn't very tired but rather a bit delirious on the ride there and talked Deidra's ear off the entire time. Luckily it was a pretty speedy boarding process and the flight itself was super short so in a blip of time we were in PARIS! Ubered to our hotel where the traffic really felt like that of New Jersey and big props to our driver because he looked really fed up. Since the hotel was really close to the Arc de Triomphe, we decided to make this our first stop. We took the underground tunnel to get to the base since trying to cross the street would've ended up as us becoming roadkill after less than an hour of being in the city. It truly was a sight to see and worth what everyone says! The amount of detail in the statues was very impressive, along with seeing the eternal flame for the unknown soldier.
Tumblr media
From there, we took a stroll down the famous Champs-Élysées which featured a bunch of different stores and strangely enough...a treasure chest? It was for some sort of Louis Vuitton promotion to cover the front of the building but we had fun speculating what they were hiding inside of it. What I really liked about this area were the window displays. For many of the high-end shops these displays were immaculate with the clear precision put into them. For example, in the pic below you can see that this was made entirely out of seashells!
Tumblr media
We reached the Seine and took a stroll to observe the sights and sounds, slowly making our way to the one and only Eiffel Tower. This was definitely Izzy's favorite part of Paris; her love for that tower is truly unmatched. Does it live up to the hype? In my opinion it absolutely does. No picture is really able to capture how it feels to experience this in person. We were able to visit the tower during the day and at night, and I have to say that at night it was even prettier. There are three different viewings that are a must to see, one at 11, 12, and then 1 am. The 11 and 12 ones are when the tower sparkles for five minutes, and then for the 1 am it's almost the same except all the lights turn off and its just the sparkles. As a tried and true tourist, I took an atrocious amount of Eiffel Tower photos. For one of the most iconic landmarks in the world, I just had to give in a little.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you've been here for a while you'll remember my travel buddy, Eggdar! After living it up in Barcelona I had to bring him to Paris too
Since it was the 4th of July when we arrived, to pay homage to the homeland here's Izzy and Deidra square dancing (we swear that the guy singing sounded much better in person):
Day 2: The not so Petit Palais and venturing the Catacombs
It was Izzy's dream to visit a museum known as the Petit Palais, which is actually located right across from the Grand Palais. Despite its name, this art museum was waaay bigger than it looked packed full of sculptures, paintings, artifacts, furniture, and a garden! We even got to a see a Monet and Cézanne alongside some modern artwork which I found really cool. The ornate ceilings were beautiful, and I would 100% recommend going here (also was free admission!).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tower of Babel! And also accurate representation of what it's like to read my enlightening and entertaining blog posts :)
Tumblr media
Mission complete: Petit Palais conquered ✅
I feel like I can't really say this for being in a city like Paris with so many highlights, but the next two things really made my day. We were walking around some of the streets looking for lunch when I saw this shop called Amorino that caught my eye. Out front was a picture of their signature gelato macaron icecream flower and to no surprise, their advertisement worked on me. I was easily enabled by Izzy to try it and was so moved by this heavenly combination of flavors that nearly brought a tear to my eye. When I first ordered, I thought that I could only pick a few flavors, but oh no no, I was told that I could pick as many as a I wanted which opened up a world of opportunities for me. I ended up choosing mango, chocolate, hazelnut, and stracciatella, topped with a cutesy raspberry macaron. 11/10 in taste, look, and savorability. I await the day when me and this icecream can be reunited once again.
Tumblr media
Before going on this trip, I had been looking up art stores around San Sebastián since I've been running out of supplies to use. Out of curiosity, I looked for some in Paris to find that it houses the oldest art store which Picasso, Degas, and Cézanne had all stepped foot in. Naturally, I knew that I had to be there. Located right on the Seine and across from the Louvre, Magasin Sennelier was everything I ever wanted and more. With two floors, this place was packed to the brim and even featured a wall where visitors could draw or write something which was really cute. Whenever I'm in an art store, I like to take my time and test out literally every product before I decide what I want to get. I told my friends to just leave me there, stayed till my heart's content, and left with a dent in my bank account like no other.
Tumblr media
Je t'aime Sennelier <3
At this point, we split up where Izzy and Deidra went to the Louvre and Jayashree and I to the Catacombs. Prior to that, we took a nice sightseeing journey of the Lovure pyramid and surrounding architecture. Even though I wasn't able to get tickets, seeing the outside was still super incredible!
Tumblr media
Getting to the catacombs is a whole story in itself. Since we were at the Louvre and our destination was about a 40 minute walk away, we decided to wait for the bus. Figured it would be no problem, right? Wrong. The bus zoomed past the stop so we figured that we would just hold out until the next one. 15-20 minutes pass, other buses, come and go, but the one we're supposed to take never shows up. Jayashree looks at me and says "we gotta run, but we can make it in 20 minutes if we do." With a time crunch on our hands and no other options, I begrudgingly agreed. I'm not a runner or a trackstar by any means, so this was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad run for me. I made it a decent distance until I was winded and hailed the first taxi that I saw dripping in sweat and wanting to die. Jayashree insists that I could've made it further but I would've become a subterranean Parisian ghost if I did. Five minutes before our buffer window was up, we made it to the entrance...
Mysteries of the Paris Underground
If you're not a fan of the spooks, feel free to skip past this part. Our tour of the catacombs was self-guided, but had an audio component which explained the significance of things we saw down there. The spiral stairs took us to an astounding 65 feet in the depths, where we walked through passageways, old aqueducts, quarries, and the ossuary which houses all the skulls and bones of centuries of the dead. The oldest that I saw were from 1787, along with tombs of important figures during the French Revolution. The ossuary was the largest part of the catacombs, which makes sense since one of the main purposes was due to a lack of space in cemeteries. Walking through, it's hard to describe how I felt seeing lines upon lines of remains from people of all ages. Many of them could have also been very prominent in society, such as scientists, writers, or even nobility since there's not a way to clearly identify who is who. It really provokes a sense of morbidity and I definitely felt a bit existential at times. There was a room with a well that we walked past and learned how an experiment was done there with goldfish. Basically, some goldfish were placed in the well and left for 2-3 years, and when the researchers came back they found that the fish were blind. After performing some experiments, they concluded that the fish could predict the weather, but today that theory has been debunked. It was very interesting to hear and also imagine from the fish's perspective. Imagine being put underground, you become blind, and then you're hailed as an oracle? That would be some crazy lore to add to your backstory for sure. Another fact from the catacombs is that at one point in time there was a party thrown there. Yes, an actual party. There was someone who invited 100 guests and a 45-person orchestra for a bumpin party in the underground. I don't know how they did it but I also don't know how you get chosen for something like this either? Something to ponder...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Day 3: Rats, snails, and your friendly neighborhood wall man
For our last (so sad!) full day in Paris we decided to take a stroll up to Montmartre to see the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Moulin Rouge, and last but most certainly not least the sculpture of Le Passe-Muraille. Deidra told us the story behind this which is about a guy who discovers he can walk through walls, becomes a professional bank robber with his newfound power, trolls his boss, falls in love, and then ends up stuck in a wall when he loses his power. He's kind of a creep though but we got some cool pictures with the guy. Montmartre also had a very picturesque view of the entire city, a wall dedicated to 250 "I love you's" in different languages, and an amazing restaurant with fire blueberry pancakes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jayashree and Deidra slapping palms with the wall man (maybe it brings you good luck? Or he could be cursed who knows)
Tumblr media
Later on for dinner, Jayashree and I wanted to get the full traditional French meal experience so we went to a place called Le Hameau. Our goal was to try escargot and eat a meal that would leave us FULL! She got a seafood pasta and I got a ribeye steak, both of which were delish. The escargot was an interesting eat since it came with a two-pronged fork to get the snail out and a snail shell grabber so your hands don't get messy when you eat. Pretty ingenious really. Surprisingly, we both really liked it. The snail itself wasn't slimy at all and very tender, with a butter/pesto/parsley sauce which tasted divine. For dessert, we ordered a roasted fig crumble with icecream. This was another thing we didn't expect since we thought the crumble would be similar to an apple crumble but it was actually the whole fig fruit. Still a good eat. Overall, we did in fact leave feeling full and with love in our hearts for escargot.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
For our last hurrah, we decided to go see the 1 am viewing of the Eiffel Tower. On our way to the metro, we had an encounter with a furry friend: a rat. Now, it had been Jayashree's mission this entire trip to see a rat, so when I saw it first and she missed it, we searched around the trash cans and around bushes to try and find it again. We eventually did see it scurry off, but that wouldn't be our last sighting. As we were sitting by the Seine in the grass waiting for Ms. Eiffel to sparkle for the last time, we heard a squeak and saw the shadow of another rat in the bushes! Jayashree immediately took off and was using her flashlight to find it, all while the lightshow had started. She had more important things to see than the lights, pshh. By the end of the night, we had accomplished both goals of seeing the legendary sparkle and not one, not two, but four rats in the flesh.
Tumblr media
In three days, we saw and did a lot! Paris is a city that deserves more time to be in, and for that I want to come back sometime in my life and explore more of it. This was a very long-winded post but with quality content as always for my dearest readers.
Emily in Paris -> Emily in Spain once again. Until next time!

" Vaultin' Veluza, this place is uber similar to regions like Kanto or Sinnoh, heck there's even a region in this place called Kanto"
Came the amazed voice of Trainer who waddled throughout the city, exploring there new home. They had managed to convince Kafka ( and even had to convince Ai) to let them go explore the city. It was a fun time getting to eat good street food, check out this world's game selection, fashion, and see some popular tourist destinations. It also helped that Trainer didn't stock out to much, because it seemed that the fashion here was veru similar to their world, only thing was there clothes that had a brand name from there world, though that was easily explained away as an underground brand. It was a super nice tour of the city Kafka and Reno even though the latter lived in a more remote area, lived and traveled through each day.
Trainer: Where to next? Mabye head to an arcade, hmmm oh ya this one is not only an arcade but has a spot inside to order food. Mmmm it even says, it's also known for there Sandwhichs, oh and there pizza also, but most importantly there Sandwhichs. Now let's go play some games and chow down.
As they were about to begin there treck, disater decided to strike. As the ground began a violent rumble that caused everyone to lose there balance. It was then a couple blocks over a skyscraper sized Kaiju clawed it's way out of the ground. Panic quickly gripped all in the area as the Kaiju let out a horrible screaching sound. People immediately began to evacutate the area, all except for Trainer who ducked into an alleyway. Trainer had done so, to give themselves a space to think.
They should leave the Kaiju to the Defense Force, if the constant lectures from Kafka and Reno had taught them anything. The Defense was completely capable of felling the Kaiju threat. That would have been enough to set mind at ease if not for the fact Trainer felt they still had to do something, anything to help. That's when it hit them, the Defense Force can handle the giant Kaiju, mean while Trainer and their pokemon would act as an improtu Rescue Team for any civilian that needed help. This is what Trainer told there companions before they spread out to help protect the people.
The epicenter of the attack was currently pure chaos, the Kaiju destroyed many buildings and roads as they moved through the city trapping and injuring many in the most dangerous zones. A group of civilians were currently stuck in a bus on a crumbling highway. The doors jammed due to debris denting the metal of the doors, unable to escape many screamed and panicked as the bus began to slip off the highway. Though instead of harshly falling the bus remained up right, many people noticed there lack of falling and locked out the window only to be greeted by the Master Pyschic type themself Mewtwo carefully floating the bus to the ground, along with prying the door wide open with a flick of there hand. Many were scared however that fear was unfounded as they simply cleared a path with another flick of there wrist which moved all the rubble, so all could make there escape to safety before flying off to help others.
A group of citizens ended up boxed in aganist a building, helpless as a giant piece of rubble was falling towards them. However the rubble was stopped, when a bulky figure jumped up to meet the rubble before punching it back completely destroying it. Grimmsnarl had made there debut and he quickly got to work, tossing aside rubble that blocked the civilians path and even destroyed a Youju that tried to attack the civilians with a single punch. Grimmsnarl watched the civilians evactuate through the path he made. Many still horribly frightend didn't dare test there luck and moved quickly passed the powerhouse imp, though some did say thank you wether it was genuine or out of reflex, Grimmsnarl still appreaciated the thanks either way.
The emergence of the Kaiju also caused various fires to break out many which set roads ablaze, making it a hellish scroching path to navigate for those trying to evactuate. Though not many noticed, the few that did pointed upwards to where they saw a strange tiny otter like Kaiju, who surprisingly started shoting pressureized water from there mouth immediately putting out great chunks of the flames, this was soon compounded by a powerful gal from a huge bird Kaiju which carried the water along the winds to dowse all the flames that stood in the civilians way. After all the flames were put out Oshawott and Pidgeot who carried the little water type on there back soon flew up into the sky to watch over the civilians retreat until they were safe.
All of Trainer's companions worked vigoursly to rescue civilians, and trainer kept up with cordinateing the rescue effort thanks to Koraidon's movement capibilities. Soon all the pokemon came back having cleared there areas of any civilians that needed aid.
Trainer: Great job guys, hopefully everyone got to safety and it seems you finished up just in time too.
The reason Trainer said that was due to the fact Helicopters and Drones started to appear signaling it was time to leave. Which thanks to Mewtwo's teleportation was easy.
Though Trainer did get another earfull when they appeared on the news later that night
Ai definitely gave Trainer an earful too than just Kafka. The only reasoning the scolding was lighter is because their whelp didn't engage the Kaiju in a fight, merely help civilians evacuate. Doesn't mean Trainer's actions won't have lasting effects.
Grimmsnarl and Oshawott probably now have files while the Defense Force later receives tons of messages from the public about the "Kaiju Trainer's" potential safety. Patrols to find more information revolving around these strange newcomers would also begin. This major debut was the final straw to put Trainer on the Defense Force's capture list.

okok so today I went to the archery club it was so fun :D its such an inconvenient location though there's almost no cell service out there, I was lucky enough to get 1 bar in the clubhouse but it's roughhhh and theres no bus stops!! so either learn to drive (ughhhhh) Uber multiple times a week (who the fuck has money for that) orrrr hopefully there's a bus stop and I just have to walk like 20mins to get there???? idk bro •́  ‿ ,•̀
anyways when I got there I was sososo scared but I'm glad I went :D basically since I don't have a bow yet I just walked around the course to see if I want to join the club (I do). So I went with 1 leader guy and 2 newer recurve guys, one of them I heard him talk and went "OMG FELLOW FAGGOT ohwait hes just indian" HE SOUNDED LIKE THE FAG ACCENT OKAY. but he was niceys to me I like him, he answered my questions and talked to me ^_^ and when I left he said see you next week hopefully:D also he was wearing grey sweatpants 💀💀 I saw a little too much 💀 anyways so most clubs in my city are just target archery since they rent land from the council or farmers, but this club owns the land and there's a course through the forest with animal targets at different distances and heights and stuff :D there's a way to get out early, about 30mins in but I just went for the whole course like 2 hours 💀 I got there around 9.30 and finished at 1pm lmaooo also it was really muddy and I fell and ate shit <3
So sometime this week I'm going to [local archery store] to get my stuff and then on Sunday I'll be able to go and shoot :D they have a bunch of targets at distances set up on the field so I'm gonna practice there and get someone to spot me and then do the course thing. I hate waking up at 7am on Sundays though </3

Introduction
Dallas, Texas, is a sports-loving city, home to iconic teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers. However, navigating transportation to and from sports venues can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak game times. In this guide, we'll explore various transportation options tailored specifically for getting to Sporting Events Transportation in Dallas, ensuring fans can enjoy the game-day experience without the stress of traffic or parking.
Tumblr media
Public Transit: The Convenient Choice
One of the most convenient options for getting to sports events in Dallas is public transit. The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) system operates bus and light rail services that provide easy access to major sports venues throughout the city. For example, the DART Rail's Orange Line stops near the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks, while the Green Line serves Globe Life Field, where the Texas Rangers play. With affordable fares and frequent service, public transit offers a hassle-free way to travel to and from sports events, allowing fans to avoid the traffic and parking headaches associated with driving.
Ridesharing Services: On-Demand Convenience
For fans who prefer the flexibility and convenience of door-to-door transportation, ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are popular options for getting to sports events in Dallas. These on-demand ride services allow fans to request a ride with the tap of a button and be dropped off directly at the stadium entrance. With real-time tracking and upfront pricing, ridesharing services provide peace of mind and convenience, particularly during busy game days when parking may be limited. Plus, with designated pickup and drop-off areas at most sports venues, fans can easily locate their rides without delay.
Parking and Shuttle Services: Tailored Solutions
Many sports venues in Dallas offer dedicated parking lots with shuttle services to transport fans to and from the stadium. This option provides the convenience of driving to the game while eliminating the stress of finding parking near the venue. Fans can park in designated lots and board shuttles that run regularly before and after the game, ensuring a seamless transportation experience. Additionally, some parking facilities offer pre-paid parking options, allowing fans to reserve their parking spot in advance and avoid the hassle of searching for parking on game day.
Bike Share Programs: Eco-Friendly Transportation
For fans who prefer an eco-friendly and active transportation option, bike share programs offer a convenient way to get to sports events in Dallas. Companies like Lime and VeoRide operate bike-sharing programs throughout the city, allowing fans to rent bikes by the hour and pedal to the stadium at their own pace. Many sports venues in Dallas provide designated bike racks and parking areas for cyclists, making it easy to secure your bike during the game. Plus, cycling to the stadium offers health benefits and reduces traffic congestion, making it a win-win for both fans and the environment.
Walking and Scooter Rentals: Explore the Area
For sports fans who prefer to soak in the atmosphere and explore the surrounding area before the game, walking or renting electric scooters are viable transportation options. Many sports venues in Dallas are located in vibrant neighborhoods with shops, restaurants, and entertainment options within walking distance. By walking or renting scooters, fans can enjoy a leisurely stroll or zip around the area, taking in the sights and sounds of game day. Plus, walking and scootering provide a fun and active way to get to the stadium while avoiding the hassle of parking and traffic congestion.

Could be nice to have a friend
School bell rings,
Bus rides home
laughing jokes,
Baseball gloves,
tossing throws
you give me one,
Wanna hang out? Yeah, sounds like fun!
Video games,
you pass me a look,
sleepover amust,
it’s nice to have a friend!
Bright blue sky,
sun on the roof,
colors sink down, new curfew.
20 questions, you make a joke
We’ve been stressed out lately,
yeah, me too.
Something gave,
I got nerve, to get mad,
And walk away from you.
Graduation brings
car drives home
rest on the couch,
Watch tv.
Call my bluff,
laugh at bay.
Have my back every day,
feels like home,
stay in doors
Hows the family been?
It’s nice to have a friend.
Lecture bells ring,
walking home,
lost my pen, splattered in ink,
you send a text, not just one,
wanna hang out? Yeah, sounds like fun!
Video games, you pass me some food
sleeping on couches,
it’s nice to have a friend.
Overcast sky,
rain on the roof,
no sun in view
set curfew.
20 questions played,
you tell the truth,
you aren’t feelin’ it,
what’d I do?
Something gave,
and had nerve,
you ghost away.
Well, see you too.
Cell phone pings,
Far away from home,
rest in the ground,
looks entombed.
Call me up
call you, hey,
You have my back every single day.
Feels like home,
nothings secured,
visit for a weekend,
It’s nice to have a friend.
Lecture bells dinged,
Caffeine way home,
sidewalk chalked,
I’m covered in coats.
Found my self (you leave me alone)
You wanna hang out?
Yeah, sounds like fun…
Video games, They pass me a note, sleeping too much,
It’s nice to have a (new) friend.
Violet pink sky,
up on the roof,
sun drinks down,
no curfew.
20 questions (how are you?)
We tell the truth,
where’ve you been? Nothing new.
Something gave,
you found her,
and say “cant do this”; pulled back, too soon.
I step back,
It’s nice to have my new friend.
Corporate pings,
Uber rides homes
calls to who?
lost my phone.
Call my bluff,
call you, hey,
We’ll have our back every day.
Feels like home,
Your parents said:
“Stay the weekend”
“it’s nice to have your friend”.
Life’s been binged,
small drives home,
sideview cold,
covered in leaves.
Lost my touch,
I gave you a ring,
Wanna hang out? Yeah sounds like fun!
Video games, you passed me a joke,
Laughter intense,
It’s nice to have my friend.
Mid day sky,
there’s someone new.
she doesn’t like me,
limited curfew.
20 questions, her homophobic jolt,
Ive been stressed out,
she doesn’t leave you alone.
Something gave,
I talked to you,
you tell the truth,
and say “it’s nice to have a friend”
Messenger sting,
Drive away home,
half fulfilled,
some what alone.
Mom calls me, “how are you? hey!”
“You have his back every day”
I see the posts,
Your efforts are dead,
there’s no reciprocation.
it’s nice to have a friend?
It’s nice to have a friend…

Exploring LA After Dark: Night Out Transportation Options
Introduction
Los Angeles is known for its vibrant nightlife, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment options. However, getting around the city at night can be a challenge, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. Fortunately, there are several transportation options available to help you explore LA after dark safely and comfortably. In this article, we will explore some of the best night out transportation in Los Angeles.
Tumblr media
Ride-Sharing Services Ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft, are a popular option for getting around Los Angeles at night. These services allow you to request a ride through a mobile app, and a driver will pick you up at your desired location and take you to your destination. Ride-sharing services are convenient, reliable, and affordable, making them a popular choice for night out transportation.
Taxis Taxis are another option for getting around Los Angeles at night. While they can be more expensive than ride-sharing services, they offer a more traditional transportation experience. Taxis can be found at taxi stands throughout the city, or you can call for a pick-up. Taxis are a good option if you need to travel a longer distance or if you prefer a more traditional transportation experience.
Public Transportation Los Angeles has an extensive public transportation system, including buses and trains. While public transportation can be a cost-effective option, it may not be the best choice for exploring the city at night. Some public transportation routes have limited hours, and waiting for a bus or train in the dark can be uncomfortable or unsafe.
Limousine Services If you are looking for a more luxurious transportation option, limousine services are available in Los Angeles. Limousines can be rented for a set period of time and can be a fun way to explore the city in style. Limousine services are typically more expensive than other transportation options, but they offer a unique and memorable experience.
Party Buses For a fun group transportation experience, party buses are a popular option in Los Angeles. Party buses are typically equipped with amenities such as sound systems, dance floors, and even bars. They are a great way to travel with friends and explore the city's nightlife. Party buses can be rented for a set period of time and are more affordable than limousine services.
Scooter and Bike Rentals If you prefer a more active transportation option, scooter and bike rentals are available in Los Angeles. These rentals allow you to explore the city at your own pace, and they are a convenient way to get around crowded areas. However, it's important to keep in mind that riding a scooter or bike at night can be dangerous, so be sure to wear reflective clothing and stay alert.
Conclusion
In conclusion, there are several night out transportation options available in Los Angeles. Ride-sharing services and taxis are convenient and reliable options, while limousine services and party buses offer a more luxurious and fun experience. Public transportation, scooter, and bike rentals are also available for those who prefer a more active transportation option. No matter which option you choose, it's important to prioritize safety and plan your transportation ahead of time to ensure a fun and enjoyable night out in Los Angeles.
