Ce que je préfère c’est la conception de logo, ou plutôt le processus de création d’un logotype. Apprendre à connaître une entreprise, son activité, son histoire, ses ambitions et retranscrire le tout sur un « simple logo ». C’est un défi de taille mais que j’adore. Cependant quand il s’agit de faire la même chose pour moi-même c’est une autre histoire, dès que je valide une idée, hop une autre me vient en tête. Il me faut satisfaire à la fois mon côté logique et perfectionniste (éternellement insatisfait) et mon côté créatif qui se croit toujours au pays des bisounours ! Bref, le résultat c’est que je me retrouve avec une douzaine de croquis, mais aucun vraiment validé ! ・・・ Walking all over #NYC, I collect litter to create a series of maps for each borough. Each piece is cataloged and then placed in the location I found it. This is a section of 71 Square Miles: The Map of Brooklyn. Giving myself the task of collecting only paper and experiences has become a huge inspiration in my practice. Really looking at the world and becoming a part of neighbourhoods far and close allows me to imagine life in others’ shoes.
