“Yes!” Amanda crows in triumph. She turns to look at Shayne and Angela. “Suck it!”

“That’s not fair!” Angela says, jumping to her knees on the couch and looking beyond the camera at Alex in the wings of the Games set. “She’s cheating! She has Spencer helping her!”

Spencer, for his part, has the grace to look sheepishly at Angela and Shayne. Amanda throws her arm around Spencer’s shoulder, tugging him close to her and hugging him.

“Hey! It’s not cheating to get tips! Spencer just gave me some tips!”

“Hate the game, not the player,” Spencer says.

“That is not how that saying goes!” Shayne says with a laugh.

Spencer is still tucked in close to Amanda as she removes her arm and goes back to using her controller. They are playing a version of Mario Party and Amanda’s fairly lost throughout the game, sat on the couch between Shayne and Spencer, even Angela is fairing better than she is. So, Spencer coming in and helping Amanda win a game or two, it makes Amanda elated.

In the end, Amanda gets third place, but she isn’t last – that would be Angela – and she is spared wearing the cone of shame for the next video. Shayne and Angela disperse, and Amanda and Spencer are momentarily left alone on the Games set.

“Hey,” she says, turning to him, smiling softly at the man.

Spencer looks at her, a gentle smile on his face as he looks up at her.

“Yeah?”

“Thanks,” Amanda says, “for saving me from the cone.”

Spencer does a cheesy bow, and he takes her hand, as if she were royalty.

“It was my honor.”

Amanda laughs and rolls her eyes, but she feels that blossoming fondness for Spencer. He’s so funny, he works so hard, he’s cute, willing to match Amanda for how far he’s willing to go for a bit and a joke.

Amanda settles her hands on Spencer’s shoulders, and she leans in towards him. She watches as his eyes widen a fraction in surprise. Amanda tilts her head and presses a soft kiss to his cheek, feeling the stubble of his facial hair rub against her mouth.

Spencer sucks in a quick breath and Amanda feels a thrill run through her. She has this ability, she knows, to take him by surprise, to seemingly mesmerize him, like when he wanted to take a picture with her as she dressed in her dominatrix outfit.

Amanda pulls back and smiles sweetly at Spencer. She can see a pink flush of a blush across his cheeks, and he grins bashfully.

“See you later, Spence,” Amanda says, knowing her tone is flirty, enjoying the way he raises his hand in a wave, almost dazed.

Okay so I feel like they would have gotten together after Spencer got out of prison. Maybe not immediately after he gets out, but still after.

There were definitely feelings before that whole thing happened, from both sides. But considering they had just met and were busy with the whole Scretch thing, not much happened.

After prison makes more sense to me bc of how Luke acted during that time. He did everything to help Spencer in prison and make sure he didn't get hurt.

Luke couldn't have been more relieved when Spencer got out of prison (he definitely wanted to hold Spencer in his arms and not let him go ever, but idk maybe I'm js being extra)

Obviously Luke wouldn't want to push Spencer into a relationship after such a traumatic event, but he definitely would've stayed close to him.

Eventually, after things calmed down and smoothened out more, they would have gotten together.

I don't really have a timeframe (like a season/episode) to give you, because idk I'm bad with time, including fictional time ! But maybe a couple or so months after Spencer got out of prison ?
