I’ve been thinking about this prompt for awhile now, but I’d like to hear your takes on it! if say another event like lost in the book happened but instead of stitch, they meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends— which of the cast do you think would relate most to the characters?

I uh 😅 don’t know a lot about Winnie the Pooh or its characters, so my thoughts here are based on very, veeery basic understandings of them.

Pooh — His defining trait is his loyalty and willingness to help others, so I automatically don’t see many of the NRC boys relating to Pooh’s softness. He might be a better fit with one of the light cosmic element boys (Kalim, Silver, even Rook) or Yuu.

Piglet — He’s soft spoken and always nervous or worrying about something. I think of Epel and Idia as the "soft spoken" ones of the group, but Idia is the more generally anxious one. Epel's only really "shy and meek" when he's forced to act more polite; his true personality is much rowdier and more stubborn.

Tigger — Tigger is bright and enthusiastic. Any number of the cheerier members of the main cast could fit here with him: Cater, Kalim, etc. I would say Sebek (at least when it's a Malleus-related task or sentiment) works.

Eeyore — The most “different” of the Pooh cast; Eeyore tends to be down in the dumps and/or unenthusiastic. I see Idia and Leona best relating to Eeyore, since the former is usually pessimistic about everything while the latter has depressive symptoms that he usually masks with arrogant confidence.

Rabbit — Prideful and stubborn self-appointed leader, but ready to hop into action when he is called upon. Most of the dorm leaders could honestly slot in nicely here, particularly Riddle (whom we see in book 6 trying to be the "leader" of his group with Azul and has a generally very rigid way of thinking).

Kanga and Roo — Loving mother and curious, adventurous son duo. Various combinations can work here, although each pairing kind of represents a different kind of parent-child or general familial relationship. (Vil and Epel, Trey and Riddle, Idia and Ortho, Leona and Cheka, Jamil and Kalim, etc.) It really depends on how you want to look at it.

Owl — A know-it-all who actually dispenses the wrong information more often than not. I'd say Lilia or Jade is most Owl-like. They're the most likely to share false knowledge, but unlike Owl, it doesn't come from a place of genuinely not knowing but rather purposefully fucking up the information to mess with people.

Christopher Robin — A kind and helpful boy who shares his stories with the animals of the 100 Acre Woods. I wasn’t sure if I should include him here, but the Disney website lists him as a core member of the cast so I thought, “might as well!” Since Christopher Robin is the "odd one out" who shares stories with everyone, which i think it suits Yuu (the photographer/one who records memories) quite well.

If he has a crush on you then, he'll definitely be the type to try his best to act cheerful around you.

Emille grew up having to reach up to the expectations, so he'll try to change himself and his personality just to fit your type

If he doesn't have a crush on you, he'll just act normal. Since he doesn't have any attractions towards you, he'll be telling you A LOT about his crush (it's Azul-)

He wouldn't tolerate it if someone bullies you but, then again, Emille finds it way more easier to give up.

He loves you, that's for sure, he wouldn't admit it much though

Literally easily flustered, if you made him a thistle flower crown (horribly made or not) he'd die since for him it could have been a courting action

Out of the two of you, you're the one who probably confessed first. If he even tried to confess to you then he most likely chickened out.

gifts are a must! This guy will absolutely shower you in home made gifts. From Flower crowns to paintings to a little sculpted clay figure of a donkey and your favorite animal!

He most definitely applied to act as a very important character on stage for you.

It could be just like that Doc Mcstuffins crossover episode where the Doc Mcstuffins gang go to the Hundred Acre Wood and meet Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore.

I totally kinned Doc when she immediately pinched Piglet’s cheeks and called him a cutie patootie exactly one second after meeting him

As a self-proclaimed Winnie The Pooh superfan that still cuddles up to her own Pooh Bear plushie every night, religiously watches the ‘Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin’ movie at least once every three months, only enjoyed the Christopher Robin movie out of all the live action remakes, still watches the ‘New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh’ and listens to the WtP songs practically every week, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY DIE IF THIS HAPPENS

The only problem is that I would then find a way to isekai into twst because the jealousy levels would be so high - that tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff is mine!

I can so imagine Ace, Deuce, Yuu and Grim helping Winnie and Tigger build traps for the Heffalumps and Woozles

And Kanga would adopt Yuu on sight - Roo is so happy to have another friend and introduces Lumpy to them

Riddle and Rabbit would get along so well considering their uptightness and love of rules and control (case in point: Rabbit’s song ‘If it says so’)

Christopher Robin and Yuu would have such a cute friendship

I can see Azul getting visibly annoyed with Owl because of how obnoxious he can be and the Tweels just loving it 

Okay if they do another event like the Stitch one, I need it to be Winnie the Pooh. I wanna see the overblot boys WITH SOME SHENANIGANS WITH THE 100 ACRE WOOD GANG!! I NEED TO SEE POOH GIVING MALLUES OR IDIA OR ANYONE A JAR OF HUNNY!

Blame @bunnwich for this. They did this for Leona so it inspired me to do this for Idia! I was torn on what character to do but I saw this Eeyore shirt and was like "the cringe compels me" lol. Plus I found some great quotes that fit Idia.

It was fun going for more graphic design stuff and not takin something too seriously. (If you understand the meme then you understand the meme lol.)

It's not a redesign, it's just that its old design makes me very nostalgic. Just… Kantokusei is a multifandom oc, no matter what it looks like, Bernadette is Bernadette and she has had many design changes that I have used and will use in many fandoms. 🖤🖤🖤

Oh my gosh! I want this! Can you imagine Hornton going to the 100 acre woods, and immediately being accepted by the gang.

Malleus gets Pooh bear lots of honey, and Pooh introduces him to all of his friends, and tells him all sorts of stories. Winnie the Pooh is very calm, and relaxed. They curl up next to each other, and they somehow go into very deep philosophical conversations. Pooh gives very simple solutions that leave Malleus stunned. He usually has to stare at a wall after their conversations just to wrap his head around the simplicity of the solution. Malleus has no friends in the other world? “Make some” Pooh responds. Malleus asks how, and Pooh tells him a bunch of stories about how he became friends with the others.

Piglet is a bit nervous at first because Malleus is so big, but begins to relax around him after a while. Even though Piglet is afraid of Malleus at first, he still makes an effort to talk to Malleus, and get to know him. Pooh vouched for him, so Malleus must be good. Malleus thinks Piglet is very brave, and tells him how impressed he is. Piglet beams.

Malleus almost constantly carries Eeyore around with him, and Eeyore says, “Thanks for noticing.” Whenever they go on adventures, Malleus holds Eeyore close, and lets him know that he is loved. Malleus really feels for Eeyore. Even though he hates Leona, he kinda thinks the two would be good for each other. Then they could both sleep without feeling lonely…

Roo loves him. Here’s this funny looking guy with big horn who will let Roo climb all over him like a jungle gym. Malleus adores Roo just as much. Roo was not scared of him, not once. The little kangaroo always asks him questions, and sits in between his horns wherever they go. (They made a little contraption for Roo- like a seat buckle/ harness strung between Malleus’s horns. When Malleus runs, Roo puts on his goggles, and cheers the entire time.)

Kanga loves how happy Malleus makes Roo, but there are softer moments, nicer moments, when Malleus admits to his loneliness and doubts about returning to a world where people fear him. Kanga sits next to him, pulls his head onto her lap, pets his hair, and tells him that everything will be okay when he returns home. He just needs to be patient with some people like he was with Piglet. Malleus has never really had a mother figure, so Kanga begins to unintentionally fill the void in his heart that he didn’t even know was there.

Rabbit reminds him of Riddle. Surprisingly, it’s easy to get along with him. They don’t talk often, but Malleus loves helping Rabbit in the garden. Their first meeting was a little rocky due to Malleus’s aloofness. (He accidentally stepped in Rabbits garden.) Rabbit practically threw a couple gardening books at him, and was very surprised when Malleus returned the next day- having read all the books- and wondering if he could help Rabbit in the garden. At first, Rabbit watches him like a hawk, but once Malleus has proven himself, Rabbit relaxes. Sometimes Rabbit invites Malleus inside for some tea, and they talk about their adventures. Rabbit wants to meet Riddle very much.

Malleus’s must guilty pleasure is wearing super comfy clothes, and sprinting with Tigger. The stuffed animal is surprisingly fast, and agile through the woods. Malleus has never had more fun letting go of all his decorum, and getting messy. He’s fallen into mud more than once, with Roo sitting on his head. They can spend half the day throwing mud at each other, play wrestling, and splashing each other. (Kanga is very amused each time the three arrive at her doorstep coated in mud.) Each of them gets a bath, and then they sit in Kanga’s living room while telling her all bout their day.

Malleus likes listening to Owl on slow days, and reading the books he has strewn about the house. His grandmother told him that his grandfather was very talkative, and he wonders if Owl is the same… regardless, he likes to visit, and ask him about his past. It’s nice to have a breather from the crazy adventures every once and awhile.

We're dying for the boys to meet the 100 acre woods gang!
