Anon look I made it very carefully clear in that post that I understood it was a joke between friends, that Franco is young and there’s a cultural difference, but that still didn’t mean it was an acceptable comment to be making in the workplace on camera.

He’s representing his team and that joke is being shared on all ages broadcasts where kids can pick it up, and Unless Franco is gay, I also doubt he meant it as a compliment. If he didn’t know it was inappropriate, it’s a good chance for him to learn, like Lewis did a few years ago with his skirts comment at his nephew. Moments like this are moments for growth

Socially, it's going to be a dumpster fire, and I have concerns for vulnerable demographics.

My general advice on risk management is to always have a financial cushion, a pocket skill, and a robust network. You can plan a pretty picnic, but you can't predict the weather.
