What is finno-swedish exactly?

Fenno-swedish/finlandswedish is a variation of swedish stemmed from finnish regions. A misconception is that it’s ”swedish with a finnish dialect” but it’s simply a variation of the language and fully intelligible to swedes in Sweden, but with some noticeable differences. There is also swedish-finnish, which is finnish stemmed from swedish regions. Here’s a Wikipedia article.

To show an example how it sounds like, here’s the moomins swedubbed, where all the characters speak fenno-swedish:

San Román: piden cambio total de funcionarios del gobierno regional

El exdirector regional de Educación, Maximiliano Cornejo Turpo, manifestó que el gobernador regional, Richard Hancco, debe llevar a cabo una remoción total de los funcionarios de diversas áreas, ya que, hasta la fecha, no se observa un trabajo eficiente ni resultados concretos.

Cornejo destacó que, durante la actual gestión, el gobierno regional parece estar funcionando sin rumbo claro, limitado a la ejecución de algunos proyectos y obras, lo que pone en evidencia la falta de capacidad en la gestión y el desempeño de los funcionarios y directores de las distintas áreas. En este contexto, consideró urgente que se realice la reestructuración de personal en los próximos días y no se espere más tiempo, ya que la gestión actual se encuentra a mitad de su mandato.

El exdirector regional también señaló que, hasta el momento, ni los proyectos heredados de gestiones anteriores han sido completados, mucho menos aquellos impulsados por la actual administración. De esta manera, responsabilizó directamente a los funcionarios por la falta de resultados y destacó la ausencia de obras emblemáticas que hayan beneficiado a la población en general.

Finalmente, en relación al consejo regional, Cornejo criticó la inacción de los consejeros, a quienes acusó de haber olvidado su rol de fiscalización. Aseguró que, en lugar de cumplir con sus funciones de control, los consejeros parecen estar coludidos con la gestión actual, ya que no se ha registrado ninguna fiscalización o denuncia sobre los presuntos actos irregulares dentro del gobierno regional.
