class is over, was oddly not insane for our usual ap lit class?? idk man but bee and i perched and blu was our gopher bc we didn’t feel like getting down lol (read: had to get up with help of a Chair)

anyways, took blu home, then bee home, then ME home and now i’m home. i have my prescription, i’ve taken said prescription (+ other meds), all should be well

in the meantime, i princess carried bee :D she was much heavier than i expected for a Twig lol (affectionate) and now i’m gonna mentally crash and burn

Today was pretty light. Basically had a study period in AP Literature hidden under a veneer of watching a play. Spoken word presentation has been shunted to Tuesday, which is nice. Gives me a day to work with my teacher. Had a sub for AP Stats and Computer Science, banged out all of the classwork in 30 minutes each.

tuesday: name a fic you have posted which you think is overrated?

This is a fascinating question and I’ve gotta show my star sign traits here and say...none?  I’m actually really proud of most of my fics and while there are some that are definitely under-appreciated, to my not-so-humble brain, I don’t think any of them are getting attention they don’t deserve.

Let me maybe instead mention a fic that gets more appreciation than I expected?  🤔  That would be Strangers When We Meet, which is my only posted reader-insert fic.  I think for some reason people maybe don’t like leaving comments on those fics (NO SHAME GUYS IT’S FANFIC!) but I am happy to say it consistently gets kudos and has quite a few bookmarks.  But NO it’s not overrated lol.  It’s the very best you-as-a-high-class-hooker reader x rebel!luke skywalker fic you can find!  I hope!  lol

friday: most self-indulgent fic you have ever posted?

I love this question!  I think I’m going to have to go with THRYCE:  The Musical, which is most definitely NOT about my personal kinks and all about showing off my love of Billy Joel (the popular, the obscure) and @ap-trash-compactor​‘s Thryce fic A Dealer in Hope which sucked me into the fandom. 

I have other fics that play to my kinks, but this one was basically written for an audience of one and the stats sort of back that up 😆  Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check it out if you want to see what happens when evilmouse has too much time on a Sunday afternoon (which doesn’t happen too often anymore!).

update: so basically every day we start the work day with an icebreaker or a game. today, we decided on heads up 7 up. on the second round, my best friend gets tapped and not even tapped, flicked. cute boy was one of the guys tapping thumbs and this is very on behavior for him so my best friend immediately knows it's him and it is so he sat next to me the entire game and then he shared his monster with me. then, we talked about how his interview at sunglass hut went and he said it went well except they were concerned about his age because he's only 17 and you have to be 18. and then he talked about how he was asked "if you could be any celebrity, who would you be?" and he said ryan reynolds because he's funny, hot, talented, and has a cell phone company. anywho, i finished my apex classes so i had to check in with the library. my math teacher asked me what math course i was taking and i told her i was taking stats because calc is a block and i wanted to take ap bio so it didn't fit so she told me i could talk to the assistant principal and get it fixed. i talked to the assistant principal, got my schedule fixed (side note: ended up dropping ap bio for dance and i talked to the assistant principal about hockey for a good 15 mins and she is a vgk fan because we live in vegas BUT she's supporting the isles tonight because FUCK TAMPA BAY), come back to tracing and i talk about my schedule. now cute boy wants to get his schedule too so i have to go with him to explain how i got mine because you're not supposed to get your schedule until the first day of school. i go with him to the office, he fills out his dmv thing because he's taking his permit test today while i explain how i got my schedule. i find out what his middle name is, so i go "your middle name is jose?" because i knew he was half mexican but he's just so pale because of him being half white and so it's kinda funny and not a lot of people know this and so he just goes "shut up" and then he goes and gets his schedule changed and he's happy he has an open period last. then, he asked me how to properly say my name because he knew how to say it but he just wanted to make sure with me but he's still gonna pronounce it wrong because it's our thing. and then he talked about how he wants to do track and volleyball and how he stopped vaping over quarantine because he wanted to join these sports. then, i took a lunch break. then, when i came back, he taught me how to punch someone and how you have to measure the distance and if there's one thing i learned from my dad, people who know how to fight measure the distance before they punch. and then he wrote like these little name tags on tape and stuck it on my shirt so one of the tags has the way he pronounces my name on it and the first syllable is "key" so he drew a little key on it and then i had a pizza planet long sleeve from disneyland on so he covered the pizza planet logo on my boob with tape and wrote pizza planet on it and then i taped the thrasher logo on his shirt and wrote thrasher on him (another sidenote: he was wearing the exact same one pope wears in obx). and then he was talking abt how long his legs are and my best friend asked him where his hip starts and i don't know where my hip starts because i'm dumb so he had to find it for me because i thought it was way lower but those were just my hip dips but yeah. then he left for his permit test. i don't have another work day until tuesday so i'll update you then. other than that, manifesting that the isles win tonight.
