Oml so many new ideas over like the last week so here's just one on the lore I already have.

This litteraly is inspired by a dream I had. The Mal I have is either infected with something or is entirely a different species. This species is supposed to be better than humans in every way basically. Larger, faster, smarter, stronger. The humans have resorted to living underground as the beasts are unable to fit through the tight spaces humans fit themselves in to stay safe from the outside. The humans utilize their space and resources while beasts free roam.

Back to Mal, he's been bested by a human and now is supposed to protect them. Essentially, like a "you listen to whoever is stronger" type thing, I'm thinking a redesigned Cameron character or Mike, or both had bested him in some way. Now, the beasts aren't just side characters and play a large role in this. The beasts torment the humans and hunt them for sport essentially as they are too small for multiple beasts to feast but it quickly becomes harder to do so with Mal protecting them as Mal is seen as the most cunning out of them.

There's different groups or packs of beasts with different mutations and elements to them, Alejandro and his family all have bull mutations while Mal and Duncan are more loners with more strange mutations like patterns on the skin and larger teeth and pitch black organs/blood.
