Obs.1: The moon lamp is an invisible object in live mode and visible in buy/build mode,it is used to illuminate the lower floor when using the tall lamp on the ceiling of the upper floor. After the sim turns on the lamp, it becomes visible, click again in buy/build mode and then return to live mode. The lamp is an edited version by me of Valia's original mesh.

Little Critters Set for The Sims 2

These are 4to2 conversion from the beautiful set by Syboulette, low poly.

The set contains what is shown in the picture plus a Kid Bed + Blanket that looks like the toddler one. All is functional, even the toy boxes, the changing table, the mobile (you will need the "Bubblebeam Nautical Mobile (Musical) Soundtrack" for the music to play, it's included, but if you already have it don't mind it) and the threehouse (it's a dollhouse).

A bunch of recolors (10 each) are included. A collection file is also included.

hi everyone! @syboubou released their candy nursery set some time back in april to celebrate the release of ts4's growing together expansion pack, and i DESPERATELY wanted it for ts2! it's so, so adorable! so i did what i do, and almost two months later... here we are! i'm finally done converting the ENTIRE set! 🥳💃🏽

altogether there are 23 buy items, many of them functional, and 3 build assets: 2 wallpapers, 1 carpet floor. i'm immensely pleased with how it all turned out! it should pair well with my dreamy toddler conversions (linked above) and also my 4t2 conversion of madlen's kei baby care kit!

the changing table does not actually come with a bin. so unless you place the decorative trash bin next to it, your sims will be throwing their trash into the void.

the crib is unanimated. i tried my best but the mapping and the way the model was made simply would not accomodate any animations without looking even worse 😫

the dresser is just decor. i use the gussy up mod in my game so my sims rarely use wardrobes. plus, the original dresser's structure made it impossible to be animated 😅

the way that the playmat works in the previews above is actually as a rug. i made an invisible recolor of the sims 2 store playmat (included in the download) and layered it over the decorative one so that it's 'functional'! if you just want the playmat as a rug, you can delete this.

the toddler bed is cloned from @themediocresulk's toddler beds as pet beds so that it's less buggy and your toddlers can get in or out whenever you want them to! you may want to grab this mod so that they gain more motives.

SMALL UPDATE:

Finished Building the gym and Park + Added Agnes Crumplebottom (ts2 version) her house looks more classic the Sunset Valley counterpart but still has that lonely vibe and the nursery in construction.

So, as I teased yesterday, I've been building a townhouse! It's going to be where my Level 8 (Military Commanders) live, and as it's got three bedrooms, it's the first of the bigger homes the higher ranks can start a family in, as the homes before this were quite a bit smaller.

The idea (as most of my recent ideas) was from watching TeaAddict's Lot Adjuster video, where she showed various ways of using the program. One way, which I was intrigued by, was shrinking a lot, and then she used it to show how you could make a row of cottages. I won't lie, I'm tempted to build some quaint little Althea-approved cottages in CQ, but that will have to wait. (Patience Jess, patience!) Then Tea showed how she'd used hood decor beside a shrunken lot to show a row of apartments, and I liked that idea better, as hood decor is more detailed in lot view than lot imposters, and less taxing on spawning the pink soup.

First thing's first, I'll show you the floorplans.

Ground floor -includes private garage, access to main house via small paved garden and entry way. Small personal gym, laundry room (I'm going to try out the Laundry mod) and the main bathroom of the house.

First floor - includes the main living area. Leads into main family/dining room and lounge. There's a study, full kitchen and a little pantry that I like to make in these fancier homes.

Second floor (top floor) - three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. One room is made into a nursery as this is first home the officers have enough room to start raising children.

Will probably post the Counter Intelligence building pictures next, as I don't think I've posted them yet.

❗Also, I made a post earlier on really cool TS2 building cheat objects. I used them a lot in this build, so I felt it was best to share the links with others. 😇
