A Downtown Gay Club for all your sims - gay, bi, lesbian. Built with the VisitorController in mind. Ban the Straights! I am playing with Story Progression and ACR in an Uberhood so a venue like this is really important for my queer/lgbt+ sims (well not the trans sims but you get the picture). Its so refreshing not to have to rely on the matchmaker to get sims who your sims truly like! ive been playing a little early strangetown and starting thinking up college hcs for these gyals theyre still kids in my game.. whatever. im the planner

ok first, ages since theyre all fucked up in game: Instead of the twins being older than all of glarn's kids, they're only a year older than lazlo which Yeah would mean glarn got mpregnant and disappeared from the house for some months to hide it (idiot), dropped the twins at his lovelorn ex-wife's house, and returned home to his "normal" kids. They'd otherwise be in their mid-late 40s living with these recently graduated young women and like for what 😭 As of 2004 they are 26, erin is 24, and kristen is 23. she skipped a grade so she was a college freshman at the same time as eri ^_^

but anyway this drawing is set in 1998 HERE ARE THEIR MAJORS: Lola in poli-sci, Chloe in philosophy (she never fucking chose), Erin in psychology, and Kristen in public health but in-game it would be biology stop i wanted them all to begin with P beacuse. silly. kristen's mom, being an older and more traditional parent, wanted her to pursue a career in medicine but after her death kristen got the courage to choose the major she wanted, which was <whatever major gives you a boost in athletic LOL i havent checked>

gah i didn't mention but college is where the 4 of them met :3 I'm thinking of placing them in this university because i want it to be pretty far from strangetown hence the Actual Grass, plus kristen isnt actually from there so mission u may be closer to her hometown? maybe? Post-graduation they all get a house together because of their money situation even though chloe is a bitch to kris and erin 😭 (kris doesnt mind though eheh... my idea is that her and chloe had a fling in college but while chloe is a romance sim and does not gaf, kristen is still a bit hung on her) (i dont necessarily ship them tho im a diehard misten/lost waters/whateverthefuck fan OK. kris is a simp for pretty femmes & i cant exactly blame her...)

Downtown revamp: The Hub

My concept for this one was keeping the open air restaurant, but making it look like it's almost a separate entity. I changed the shell to give it an entrance modeled after 80's Miami clubs, and kept a lot of the same furniture on the interior, but decorated more in a "Miami Vice-ish" style with the blue and fuchsia neons. I got rid of that skinny pool in the front and made it into a swimmable pool out back, with a hammock as a whoohoo spot.

now that he's in high school, seth has gotten friendly with zach rothmann. when they were younger, he was pals with zach's younger brother joseph, but he and zach are actually much closer in age.

seth has started waiting up all night just to talk to zach on the phone, and when he's lucky, zach agrees to come hang out after school. it's definitely unexpected that well behaved, straight-As seth is so interested in rebellious slacker zach, but i have a feeling seth likes him more than just a friend...

my hc is that Dominic's parents were religious religion is present in TSM, and they were Jacobans whose religion is based on the fact that the Watcher is vengeful and merciless and thus must be feared and appeased by submitting to a strict moral code, lest It decide to punish them in ts2 psp Ophelia lives in an abandoned meetinghouse and I think that's where little Dominic could go pray with his mother therefore, Dominic was ALWAYS afraid of the watcher, but it was shortly before ts2psp that he realized that he was being controlled

Premade Sim State University students Allegra Gorey and Jane Stacks (now a vampire and neutral witch respectively) were just soooo meant to be gay. Jane has since graduated and Allegra is finishing off her degree alongside their pal Martin, who's just happy to see his 'roommates' in love🌈💅🏻
