A while back @alexbgd asked me to convert a couple sets of deco sims for them. I'm finally getting around to uploading them with lovely previews by @alexbgd. Above you see Diner Deco Sims - Parts 1 & 2 by lazysimmies.

Next up, bar deco sims by @dannycalifornia-ts4 - sets 1 and 2. With more previews by @alexbgd.

The sets come with whatever recolors they had, they're compressed. Comes with collection files. You can choose whether you want them in the catalog or collection only.

Hello! This was supposed to be a 200th followers gift, but I've been so busy with college stuff these few weeks that I didn’t finish it in time.

Anyway, here is this beautiful set by one of my favorites ts4 creators, syboulette.

Files identified by suffix in the file´s name and the collection icon is the same as the one in the corner of the preview. Everything low-poly (under 2k).

The blender on the top of the bar mesh belong to pierism, from this set.

While studying for the driver's test I realized the alarming lack of road signs in Sims 2. Here's a motherlode of neighborhood deco.

Included is the air strip from Sims 3 plus a Roaring Heights exclusive recolor, various traffic signs from Sims 3, a streetlight and guard rails from Sims 3, and a flashing caution signal from Ambitions that actually flashes!

All located under Neighborhood Deco - Landmarks

Also included is a few telephone poles and a lamp post ripped from Sims 2 for Xbox and PSP.

As a bonus there's the Sims 1 Hot Date inspired stop sign, a conversion of Cyclonesue's stop sign for Sims 3

When I was a young kid, I would occasionally stay with my grandpa during joint custody. Dude was one of the meanest mfs I've ever met, but when I got to watch him work on his model train table, he turned into Bob Ross. Unfortunately lung cancer did him in before he could ever complete it, last I saw him he was still trying to get that waterfall fountain put in, and for reference that was way back in the summer when LeBron James left for Miami the first time.

When I'd go back to my mother's I'd always beg for a trainset. We lived in a small trailer on a tight budget so a giant table like his was out of the question. Had this model train catalogue that I would stare at for hours, circling all the little sign and tree kits pretending this would finally be the Christmas that my dream of building own little world would come true.

Childhood came and went, we moved around a bit, I ran away, moved around some more, scraped and scratched for another meal, but the thought of constructing my own world persisted.

Today I bring an entire set of neighborhood deco signs, lights, and other roadside infrastructure converted mainly from Sims 3, along with a few props ripped from Sims 2 console ports, just like those fancy railroad kits I would've killed for as a boy. Hope y'all enjoy.

Hedges Shrubs for The Sims 2

This is a 4to2conversion from TheJim07, low poly. These shrubs are slaved to the original game ones, so you have recolors for them, they will show up for these shrubs too :) They also have the "overgrowth" state.

Hey, this is a reuploaded Strangetown Billboard by SimlishNoir. As far as I read, she's retired. There are basically no changes to the mesh, just a small fix in the texture that @pirillalothario mentioned in the TS2 Community. She also gave me the idea to reupload this little fix.

Besides that, I really wanted this beautiful billboard as a deco hood (I’m not sure if someone has already done this or not), so I did! This is my first deco hood conversion—hope everything is okay! And I hope you all enjoy it! 🖤

Roblox Skyboxes as TS2 Hood Skies

it's been a while since i last uploaded something. this is something i've wanted to try for a while and turns out making custom skyboxes is way easier than i thought lol most of these skyboxes are classic ones, but i included the modern-day one (modern, at least at the time i'm uploading these) because i think it's quite pretty! i can see myself using it in a neighborhood unironically

>> DOWNLOAD LINK << just a little warning that i did use the less optimized version of lowedeus's skyboxes as a base, so these ones have a pretty huge texture size meaning you might get pink soup in your neighborhoods more often if you use these. if you don't know what i'm talking about, here is someone who optimized those skyboxes to make them work better with the engine. i might update these in the future, but it depends on whether the textures in-game become pixelated or not lol

all of these files were compressed by the compressorizer!

🧺 4t2 JOMO Laundry Set 🧼

happy monday! here is something that has been in my wip folder for several weeks now. 😅 this set includes 21 items, mostly deco with a few shelves and a sink. the shelves all have 6 slots, the clothing hanging on the assembly shelf works best in the middle slot. the towels in the storage closet however, work best on the outer slots. the sink has a dirty state, it’s not the best but it’s better than nothing lol. the deco tiles are placed more easily with cheats. hmm, that should be all. as always, please lmk if there’s any issues. enjoy!~ ʕ✿˵·ᴥ·ʔ

Back to the 70's

Whenever the youngun's hear "back to the 70's" they think disco of all the #@&*# things. Truly, you all didn't live through the 70's - where here in the U.S. the decade was ruled by drugs and Viet Nam. And then over half-way through it the BeeGees went disco. Truly disappointing. I quit buying their albums. Here for your true appreciation of coming out of the 70s alive, I have for you @lazysimmies Retro Deco Sims and some of @simmerkate's Stoner Goods. Included lots of the Barbie stuff, too, since we were definitely still playing with our Barbie's back then.

A Garden of Shadows 3t2 airstrip conversion plus smaller version by Treehawk. Now in HD!

Turns out Treehawk on Gardenofshadows uploaded the same hood deco airstrip I was working on not even a couple months before I uploaded mine, plus with a smaller version and both in HD texture.

Also the mesh is lowered to allow hood deco planes to be placed on these without clipping. These versions are done much better imho, and I could take a few pointers.
