Soooo paranoid and stuck in physcosis, my mind playing tricks on me I been hearing an ambulance in my ear for a couple weeks, sirens in the distance like they’re coming to get me. Just waiting to see one bc there’s no way they’re taking me back to that place. That is not saving me just delaying me, I need love and understanding and I need something to make me feel alive again. Don’t abandon me again.

Good Morning, I hope you are all having a magical morning! I had such a hard time getting up this morning.
