FROG AND TOAD: MUSIC This was the last episode that I storyboarded on Frog and Toad, and it was a lot of fun to work on! It was a bit of a role-reversal as Toad is happy playing with his band, and Frog is more sad because he doesn't know how to play any instrument. So throughout the episode Toad tries to help frog find his instrument to play with the band. I even got to pre-design the one-man-band outfit that frog wears which turned out really cool in the final episode. Shout out once again to my wonderful Director Katie @troffie and our Supervising Director @sarahjsketches !

You asked what happened to the artist Hoodleehoo.

They went pro it appears. Hoodleehoo had always been their fan blog/ side blog and it seems that either it didn't fit in their life as a professional storyboarder / the ban got 'em. You can find some of their work over at user @troffie. (I'm quite sure it's the same artist, just visually)

FROG AND TOAD, A SWIM (2024) I was so excited when I was assigned to storyboard this episode, as it is one of my favorite Frog and Toad stories! One of my favorite things about working on this show was bringing the original, beautiful illustrations by Arnold Lobel to life through storyboarding and animation! It was really fun storyboarding the moments before and after these iconic moments, and now seeing them fully animated on beautiful backgrounds is such a joy to watch! Shout out to the whole team who worked on this show, especially my director Katie Mitroff @troffie and our supervising director Sarah Johnson @sarahjsketches !
