it means to eat, drink, and make merry
The table was constantly being set with gorgeous, delicious food, and not just by Brin.
Sometimes the others took it upon themselves to supply their fellow heroes with dishes better suited to their own delights, flavors and types; avoiding allergens and disliked tastes as needed. It wasn't always perfect, but Garth never expected it to be so when there were so many people in the Legion at any given time. He was just happy that for the longest time, after he'd reached his twenty-fifth year and their corner of the galaxy had been quiet, he could indulge himself on the food stuffs without worry of condescension or snide remarks. He hadn't indulged himself since he was young enough to hold Ayla's hand in school at meals, or sit across from Mekt at the dinner table and be thankful his elder brother provided a buffer from his parents' line of sight when he snuck extra morsels. When Garth cooked for his friends, it was with the memory of home and his need to give as well as receive the comfort food he'd never be able to capture again, but could come in a close second tier to his nostalgia. Rich chocolate cakes made in triplicate so everyone could get a taste, layered in brownie batter and white chocolate dipped strawberries; butterfly cakes with specially flavored and crafted icing in the shape of garden blossoms catered to the tastes of those who loved candied fruits; wonderful meats and breads, glazed all around, so soft that they practically melted on contact with the tongue. Imra encouraged him, because she loved him and he enjoyed it, and so what if he gained weight from something that made him happy? He still went out and fought the evils of the universe when they arrived for a fight. He made it home to her, and she made it home to him, and so she smiled in joy whenever he walked into the kitchen, sometimes pulling her in with him; tied an apron around his soft belly and his wide shoulders, played a little bit of that foreign music from Earth popular in the fifties in the European tourist spots. Cooked or baked or both, her on the stool and him with his hands always occupied. Really, it would be perfect from one place to another if a certain little green gremlin didn't have to adjust Garth's arm here and there. (Garth ignored this as often as he was able, and Imra was proud of him. He really was maturing with age.) * Calm and quiet, warm in the dark, Imra's arms wrapped around him--he'd never even known there were T-shirts made in the size he was wearing. Or bottoms to go along with it. He felt a bit like he was just shy of wearing a dress--though if he minded, even in his subconscious, it wasn't something Imra could sense. The first night he wore the shirt, she'd dipped into the bathroom where he was looking at himself in the mirror, spinning back and forth to look at how it creased against his back and hips. Imra had tucked her hands up under the edge of the shirt, fingers spider light, and pulled the bottom up to rest over his belly easily, setting it to keep from falling. She found his stretch marks more endearing than he did. They had itched and chafed fiercely the first weeks after they'd spread like dandelions in sidewalk cracks, only cooling down once she'd had the idea to bring him coconut based lotion--with a little Shea butter when he also got a couple small oil burns on his fleshy arm while cooking a kind of grilled cheese that couldn't have been made by someone who was indifferent to food--and then changed from red and pink to ghost white. She traced every stretched and widening skin break she could find, from front to back, pinching his sides and gripping his arm to drag him into their bedroom. He landed with a bit more of a thud than he ever had when he was what society deemed more pleasing to the eye, but that barely crossed his thought process when his girlfriend pulled the covers over the both of them, skittering up behind him to wrap him in her own firm arms as far as they would go around him from the back. He hummed low in his throat when she kissed him dead center along his back, palms and fingers kneading soft chest, soft sides, the little cleft between where his belly dipped and his pelvis. Being the little spoon in this was new and welcome, and they slept like that as often as they could get away with it--when she didn't want to sleep on top of him; a little slip of sunshine on a slick, furless bear. * Red velvet cake; strawberries dipped in chocolate with a little cup of honey to dip them in as a touch of extra tender love and care; powdered sugar still clinging to the tip of Garth's nose that Imra refused to call attention to because he had never looked so adorable, and she wasn't going to ruin the moment. * "You can't just not go to Brainy, Garth," Imra chided, her disappointment in the Coluan going up a notch as her boyfriend touched his prosthetic; trying to ignore the very obvious weight difference, trying not to think about the new barbs that Brainy was going to throw at him like poison darts, "You've accidentally over-balanced at least ten times in training just today with Bouncy--I can't imagine how many times it's already happened when nobody was there to spar with you. * Brainiac 5 would not back down from his stance, arms still crossed and eyes focused on the golden arm, but Chuck wasn't about to back away either; he was still waiting on Brainy's brilliant explanation on why it was perfectly okay for Bouncy to be overweight, but Garth was the subject of ridicule. He could wait all day. There were no meetings and the sector was quiet. Brainy would have to open his mouth and give an answer--whether he liked it or not. * It was astounding that none of Garth's supportive friends had thought of an alternative of the like that was in front of them, but the lightning wielder wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Brainy had not let up with Garth after his talk with Imra, after Chuck and Luornu went over the science and ethics and psychology with him, after they'd stuck him on patrol with Rokk for over a month. But then Brin gained some weight. He had accepted it much like Garth had--maybe even better than Garth had, because Brin had been eating Tinya's cooking when the princess had taken it upon herself to give her boyfriend a break from the kitchen and feeding everyone else. Brin and Garth had laughed a good five minutes when they bumped into each other in the halls and realized they matched, giving a little fist-bump in solidarity--their soft bellies touching much like their knuckles and causing even more amusement (and adoration) from Imra and Tinya as they came down the hall, following after their boys' sounds of merriment. Brainy had been with them. Brainy had seen the display of comradery. Brainy had spoken the words, "Oh, great, another one." Brainy, in all his steadily increasing stupidity, had forgotten that Tinya was a wonderfully emotional-devotional-protective-terrifying girlfriend when it came to Brin's happiness. (Not to say that she didn't care about Garth's feelings. She cared about all of her friends' feelings. But Garth had insisted, and Imra had insisted, that they could deal with Brainy's nastiness themselves. So she promised to respect their wishes.) This was the first time he'd insulted Brin, though. (And the last.) * It would be rather foolish and stupid to describe Clark, pulled from his time by a very angry Phantom Girl without a warning or a word, as the man brought to run the show, or describe Tinya, Imra, and Luornu as his backup (dancers). It was something more akin to the Fates themselves, those who spun and measured and cut the Thread of Life, calling on a mortal with some basic common sense. Watching him do as he was required in the some great task set before him, not precisely to amuse themselves, but to get things done--for the good of others and all. Clark's so-called call to action was hearing the tale from both sides of the aisle about weight gain, and happiness, and health, and emotional security; figuring out what to do with the charges brought against Brainy by the women as their mom occupied themselves in the kitchen with finding food a farm boy from Kansas would appreciate as a 'thank you' for his hard work. Because it absolutely was hard work the Man of Steel was set to do. Made all the more obvious and apparent when Brin picked up the words, "Don't kink shame me," fall from Brainy's mouth in reference to his playing up different fantasies involving Clark in the holo-room (Clark nothing but muscle, Clark built like some waif on a prairie homestead, but most especially, Clark rounded out with thick thighs and a rounder face and sporting all the bits and pieces perfect for snuggling) in a silly, pouty teenager grumbling under his breath fashion. Brin did not need his sensitive hearing--and neither did Chuck or Garth--when Imra called him, "Hypocrite," and Luornu chimed, "Turn-about's fair play," and Tinya (who he was going to take to their bedroom first thing after this, uh-huh) projected like Patti LuPone in that live-on-Broadway production of Sunset Boulevard Chuck had them watch once on a slow night, "YOU'RE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING TO US, YOU GREEN ASS--" "How do we feel about cornbread?" Garth cleared his throat, closing the kitchen door with his foot and handing Chuck one of the adorable little paper cards Brin kept in a handheld wooden box Clark had given Brin to keep his recipes on hand rather than on file. "Mm, love it, but maybe something a little more to make this whole thing worth his while," Chuck hummed, rooting around through the cards himself, "What says 'I'm definitely from the Midwest of a thousand years ago, and I'm delicious' without being condescending?" Brin snapped his fingers, "Bierocks!" "...Was that English?" "Technically? No, it's Russian or German; but Clark showed me how his mom made them and swears it's a popular dish." "Well, alright then," Garth hesitated, looking for the card, "What is it?" "Cabbage, beef, and onions stuffed in dough balls and baked to be about a million times better than a Hot-Pocket." Both Garth and Chuck were not ashamed that their eyes almost glazed over when they found the card and the little picture that was glued to it. They could see the appeal. * Garth let Imra cuddle around his belly, one leg over his side and one between his own legs, his new gold fingers weaving through her hair like Arachne before the incident with Athena. Three days had come and gone since Brainy's behavior had been addressed and corrected as best as Clark was able. Garth knew that the genius Coluan still didn't fully understand, but he seemed to be trying. Garth wasn't going to make it easy for him, their personalities clashed too hard for that, but Imra knew that after everything, and she didn't hold it against her boyfriend; almost like she appreciated him more for it--with cuddles like this after new arm modifications were made and kissing him until they were both tired. This time she fell asleep first, and he kept running fingers through her hair as she tucked her head under his chin and held onto his curves like the best teddy bear in the world.

First Round Of My Legion Headcanons!
1. After an incident involving a store owner citing a “No dogs allowed” policy at Brin during a mission, he’s been registered as Brainy’s emotional support companion, and can legally enter anywhere that Brainy can.
2. Salu and Tinya have a video social media account similar to 21st century “YouTube” where they post fails from the other legionnaires.
* “LightningLad Falling Out Of Windows Compilation” is their most popular video.
3. There has been a three year prank war between Lournu and Dirk, and no one is quite sure who’s winning.
4. Clark has gotten lost in Legion HQ so many times that there are now maps randomly located throughout the halls with detailed instructions on how to get back to the main room.
5. Kell met Conner once, and the two refuse to meet again.
6. Rokk, Garth, and Imra all take shifts to check on Brainy and Brin at night.
7. Jan has gotten into a fight with Tenzil over the latter started a rumor that his name was short for “Janis”
8. It’s not uncommon for the younger legionnaires to accidentally call the olders (especially the founding 3) as mom or dad.
9. It got weird when Cham unironically called Chuck mom though.
10. Gim hides things up where only he can get to them without flying when the other legionnaires make him upset.

Characters That Might Be Introduced in Young Justice Season 4: Phantoms
This is just my own personal speculation, based on what I think might happen in Season 4 and what YJ has given us so far. I’m sure that I’ve missed plenty of characters that others 100% believe or know will be making an appearance...but, I can’t do anything about that.
While the majority of the characters on this list are ones we haven’t met before, there are a few we have met in the show - I included these characters, because I think they might be added to the ever-growing roster of heroes or have a more prominent role to play.
This is really long, but I had fun doing it and I hope you enjoy it.
Characters We've Met Already
Part I: Prominent Future Role
M’comm M’orzz/Ma'alefa'ak
M’gann’s younger brother who wants to start a white revolution on Mars. We met him in season 3 during the episode of “Away Mission,” where he was a major focal point.
There are a couple of factors for why I think he’ll play a prominent role.
He’s M’gann’s younger brother and as several people have speculated upon, this season’s tagline of “Phantoms” might be in reference to our main characters’ own personal phantoms from their pasts, rather than literal ghosts. Also given how M’gann has a new little brother in Gar, who was given more prominence last season – there could be something there.
M’Comm wants to start a White Revolution and we know M’gann, Conner, J’onn, and Gar (I believe) will be heading to Mars, either before or at the beginning of Season 4. Since J’onn/Martian Manhunter is usually the last Green Martian – some dark stuff may be awaiting our heroes on Mars or occur while they’re there.
I think he’ll play a significant role in the upcoming season.
Jason Todd/Red Hood
Jason is a prominent member of the Batfamily and we’ve already learned that he was the Robin after Dick, but died before Season 2 began.
In Season 3 – he was also an easter egg in “Nightmare Monkeys,” where he died in Beast Boy’s mind, along with other fallen comrades.
More importantly, in “Rescue Op,” we actually met him as the Red Hooded Ninja on Infinity Island. Towards the end of that episode there was attention given to the fact that he recognized Dick and therefore his memory was returning.
I can definitely see him having a more significant part in the future. He would most likely be Dick’s main phantom, if that’s the case for Season 4.
Big Barda
One of Granny’s most loyal generals and the leader of the furies before she defects against Darkseid. We were introduced to her in Season 3, in “Influence" - she fought against the Justice League, but more importantly she was saved by Superman. While it’s clear that Granny hurting her or being willing to sacrifice her is par for the course, it seemed pretty clear (to me) that Superman reshaped her outlook on life.
We never saw her again, so more than likely she defected after Superman saved her.
Given her usual importance to the plot of Darkseid as well as the fact that her main love interest is Scot Free – I think there is more than a good chance we’ll see her again in Season 4.
--
In the third season, each of these characters were introduced in a single episode. Given their significant relationships to either a character or a plot element that is important to Young Justice - it seems more than likely we’ll see them play a larger role in the upcoming season.
Part II: Minor Future Role
Harper Rowe/Bluebird
She was a minor character in Season 3, but she was also pretty prominent. Given that she’s a hero in the comics, I can see Harper being a new hero added to the roster. I can’t say how prominent she’ll actually be, but I can definitely see her playing a minor role.
Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl
Courtney is a pretty prominent young hero in DC and she made several appearances in Season 3 – with her show (Stargirl) where she reported and interviewed young heroes. So, maybe she’ll have decided instead of just interviewing heroes, she’ll become one herself.
Cisco Ramon/Vibe
For a character who was just being bullied they paid a decent amount of attention to him. Now maybe he was just a prominent Easter Egg for fans (CW’s The Flash), but it could also be YJ laying some slight ground work for him in the future.
Cassandra Cain/Orphan
Orphan is a member of the Batfamily and her mother is Lady Shiva - The Light’s new enforcer, who we got to know decently well in Season 3. Because of that, I think there could be something there to explore in Season 4.
--
I don’t really think any of these guys will be major characters, but I’m betting we’ll at least see them in the background as heroes. Similar to how Stephanie Brown and others were introduced as easter eggs and then in the following season we saw them working as heroes.
In addition, there are of course other minor hero/super-powered characters whom we’ve already met (Arrowette, Spoiler, Mist etc.) and any one of them could get more screen time, it’s honestly anyone’s guess; I just don’t have anything specific to speculate about for them.
Characters We Haven’t Met
Part I: Legion of Super-Heroes/Time Travel
Based on the idea that the Legion of Super-Heroes and time travel could play a significant role in Season 4 – which is based on how season 3 ended with an unknown woman wearing a Legion Ring.
Legion of Super-Heroes
The Legion of Super-Heroes are a superhero team from the 31st Century; they are similar to The Justice League, but they protect and defend the United Planets.
Tinya Wazzo/Phantom Girl
Phantom Girl is a member of the Legion, so based off that and her name, there’s a decent chance we’ll meet her. I can’t say how big of role she’ll actually have, but I feel confident in saying this season won’t be named after her; it’ll just be fun little tie-in, if she does make an appearance.
Querl Dox/Brainiac 5
Brainiac is a very prominent member of the Legion and knowing that they will play some role, it’s not a stretch to say he’ll also play a role.
Brainiac 5, or at least in the WB animated show, was the inventor of the Legion Ring, as well as the ability to time-travel.
Given his relation to one of Superman’s greatest enemies, Brainiac, who could definitely be a threat to both the League and The Light (if Brainiac even appears), I can definitely see Brainiac 5 playing a role.
But, just his promience within the Legion is enough reason to speculate he’ll make an apperance.
Imra Ardeen/Saturn Girl
Given Saturn Girl’s usual importance and prominence to the Legion (founding member), plus the fact that it was a waitress wearing the ring – it could very well have been her at the end of Season 3.
And even if it wasn’t her, she will still likely make an apperance.
Other Members of the Legion of Super-Heroes who we could meet: Lightning Lad, Cosmic Boy, Bouncing Boy, Triplicate Girl, Timber Wolf, Chameleon Boy, etc.
Michael Carter/Booster Gold
Booster Gold is a pretty popular character who has appeared in many other works and is intrinsically linked with time-travel. On top of that, he typically has (or had) a good friendship with the old Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), so maybe we’ll see some reverse-mentor relationship with him and Jaime, the new Beetle – Jaime teaching him what it actually means to be a hero.
In general, I think he would just be a fun and new kind of personality to be brought in.
Future Kids (Lian Nguyen-Harper, Damian Wayne, Jon Kent, Tornado Twins, etc).
Given how time-travel will possibly be an element in Season 4, I think there’s a chance we’ll have an episode set in the future, starring the next generation of heroes. Maybe not all the kids we saw in “Home Fires,” but probably some of them.
Part II: The Phantom Zone
I have the theory that Granny’s X-Pit is a type of Phantom Zone or at least based off the real thing.
Granny herself even called the pit the Ghost Dimension (which just sounds like another name for the Phantom Zone). So, it seems very likely to me that given the title of Season Four, the prominence of The Phantom Zone in DC, and how the X-Pit worked in YJ -- that The Phantom Zone will make an appearance in season 4, if not play an important part.
There could be lots of ways they could incorporate it into the show.
Maybe it works as a prison. The prison cells are like the red boxes Granny used to protect herself and thus there’s no chance of prisoners escaping the Zone, because if they try leave their cells, they’ll experience excruciating pain
Depending on how the Phantom Zone would work in in YJ, I feel like those who escape the Phantom Zone or are from there, could be called Phantoms.
While I do personally think the tagline Phantoms will refer to our main heroes’ own personal phantoms, the tagline could also be in reference to other elements of the season (like the Phantom Zone).
Kara Zor-El/Supergirl
Supergirl is an important and popular character in the DC and given the prominence of the Batfamily in YJ, it seems a bit odd that the Superfamily is rather lacking in comparison.
Supergirl has been a part of the Legion of Super-Heroes and due to her popular CW Show - she is more recently associated with the Phantom Zone. In her show, she ended up being stuck in the Phantom Zone which is why she arrived on Earth so much later than Clark. YJ could do something like that or maybe she’ll have been stuck in the Phantom Zone until the 31st Century.
The introduction of Supergirl could be an interesting storyline in association with Conner (and Clark). We know that Clark has been interested in finding other Kryptonians and Kara is certainly more than just another Kryptonian.
She’s also a likely candidate to be the waitress who was wearing the Legion Ring.
Mon-El
A Daxxamite who’s a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes and is also strongly associated with the Phantom Zone. Given how in Season 1, Superman thought that Shazam and Icon were potential Kryptonians, there could be something interesting there with Mon-El – especially since his species are so similar to Kryptonians.
In the comics, Mon-El had been inspired by Superboy into becoming a hero, but he was put in the Phantom Zone because he had an incurable disease; he was later saved by Brainiac 5 in the 31st Century. So that could be another potential storyline for Superboy in Season 4.
Mon-El has also gotten some more recognition in recent years, due to his role in CW’s Supergirl.
Also, when I was looking up a picture for him to use, I learned that there is another version of Mon-El, where he is a descendent of House El/Superman.
So maybe that version will be introduced instead of the Daxxamite one, I don’t know.
Zod Trio -- Zod, Ursa, Non
I don’t actually think these guys will be important to Season 4, if even they are introduced. But they are important Superman Villains and they’re usually connected with the Phantom Zone – given how many continuities they are prisoners of said Zone.
So, it seemed silly to not speculate about them at least making an appearance or small cameo, if not something more.
Part III: Darkseid and Meta-Trafficking
Scott Free/Mister Miracle
Scott or Scot is Darkseid’s adopted son and the biological son of Highfather, so it feels safe to say that he’ll be a part of the show at some point. Especially, given the increase prominence of Darkseid as well as how much we’ve seen of the New Gods, Motherboxes/Fatherboxes, and the two worlds of New Genesis and Apokolips.
Scot is a defector of Apokolips or more accurately was never broken by the place. He is known for being able to escape any imprisonment - particularly Granny’s Orphanage/X-Pit, so if there’s a return of the X-Pit, Scot would be a great asset to our heroes.
Given how we’ve been introduced to the X-Pit quite thoroughly in Season 3, I think that Scot’s ability to free himself would be all the more impressive, and a quick way to establish this new character and his skills.
In addition, while we didn’t meet the real Orion, we do know that he exists in this universe. Orion is the adopted son of Highfather and the biological one of Darkseid. In the comics, Scot and Orion were traded as part of a Peace Treaty between the worlds of New Genesis and Apokolips.
Basically, he’s due to make an apperance.
Princess Koriand’r of Tamaran/Starfire
The plots of Season 2 and 3 were largely focused on the kidnapping, experimenting, and trafficking of meta-human children/teenagers, so given all of that - Starfire seems very likely to be included in YJ.
Or at the very least, YJ has laid down the groundwork for her to be introduced - whether or not they’ll use that, we’ll have to see.
Starfire’s origin is that she is a Tamerean Princess who was taken and experimented on, which resulted in her gaining powers (more powers). So, in the YJ universe she would essentially be a Meta-Tamerean.
Starfire could be a great way to show that the Meta-Gene exploitation isn’t just an earth/human problem anymore, as many more beings across the universe are being experimented on and turned into living weapons.
Thus, expanding upon the trafficking story thread that was introduced in Season 3.
In general, Starfire’s origin story fits very well with the trafficking/meta-experimenting storylines that we’ve gotten so far and I think her presence would add something new.
Given the popularity of Teen Titans and the prominence of Nightwing, Beast Boy, and Cyborg in YJ, it seems more than likely that Star will be a character in the show.
Also, we know that Arsenal will be on the Covert Team and that Jason is alive, so maybe if Star is introduced, we’ll see a version of the Outlaws in YJ. Which could be fun.
Finally, she is one of Nightwing’s main love interests, so there could be some personal drama to be had, if the show goes down that route, which they may not.
Starfire obviously doesn’t have to be a love interest for Nightwing to be added into the story.
While I love RobStar (+ Dickbabs), I feel like sometimes Star is just limited to being Nightwing’s other girlfriend. So, if she is introduced in YJ, I would not be opposed to other storylines involving her without Nightwing.
In my personal opinion, not including Star would be such a wasted opportunity, given what YJ has already established so far.
Part IV: Zatanna’s Protégé(s) / Magic-Based Characters
I have a small theory, that magic might play a larger role in season 4. This is mostly based on the fact that magic has been pushed to the background in the past two seasons. Also, the title of ‘Phantoms’ makes me think of the supernatural (aka Magic).
We also know that Zatanna will have protégés, as in plural. Now she already has Thirteen, so at the very least we can say that one new magical-based character will be introduced to the team or the hero side.
The Phantom Stranger
A mysterious mystic who battles supernatural forces. It’s unlikely he’ll be a protégé for Zatanna, but I mentioned him first, because of his name. Which is the main reason for why I think he, out of all the magical characters in DC, could make an appearance.
Similar to Phantom Girl, I don’t think the season’s tagline will come from his name, but it might just be a nice little tie-in regardless.
Eddie Bloomberg/Kid Devil aka Red Devil
Blue Devil has made a few minor appearances in Seasons 1 & 2 and given how Kid Devil was once his sidekick in the comics, I think there’s a decent chance Red Devil we’ll make an appearance.
He’s a character who I think many people might not know about or at least not a lot about; and YJ does like to shine a light on those characters.
Eddie started out as human kid/teenager who became Kid Devil - sidekick to Blue Devil. He ended up making a deal with a demon and got demonic powers and looks to match - possibly related to that, he had a falling out with Blue Devil and stopped being his sidekick.
I’m pretty fuzzy on the details of his story, as I’m not super familiar with his character; but the broad strokes that I do know, I think could really work for YJ.
He starts out as the sidekick of Blue Devil (maybe he knows the team), but he has a falling out with Blue or goes off on his own – and gets his demonic powers, becoming Red Devil. Or something like that.
As he becomes Zatanna’s protégé (trying to learn to control his magical powers), he also has to work on his strained relationship with Blue Devil.
It could be a similar story to Red Arrow’s from Season 1, a nice throwback with a new character. And a character who while being new, does already have some slight groundwork laid out for his introduction - with Blue Devil already existing in YJ.
Again, I’m just throwing ideas out here and speculating.
Zachary Zatara
Several people have pointed out that Zachary is a more likely candidate to be Zatanna’s new protégé than Raven is - who was the first person I thought of - given how Zachary is Zatanna’s cousin.
And yeah, I think there’s a decent enough chance for him becoming a character in Season 4.
He’s related to a former member of the OG Team and like Eddie, he’s not really a character many people are super familiar with, so that could work in his favor.
It could also be fun to have someone back on the team who has magic like Zatanna and if Zachary was part of the team, we would probably see more of Zatanna – which would be great.
One problem I do have though, is if he does exist in this universe - why didn’t Zatanna move in with his parent(s) (her aunt or uncle) when her father became the host for Doctor Fate.
Of course, that could just be because in season one they had never intended for him to exist in the show, but now things have changed.
And in Season 2, we were given no indication that Beast Boy had been with the Doom Patrol or that they had died tragic deaths in between the time his mother died and when he joined the team. So yeah....
Zachary is a likely candidate to be added, especially in regard to Zatanna have multiple protégés (or at least 2).
Rachel Roth/Raven
Unlike Starfire, Raven’s main story arc involving Trigon doesn’t really relate to what has been going on in Young Justice so far. Nonetheless, it seems very likely she’ll be included - given the popularity of TT, plus Nightwing, Beast Boy, and Cyborg being prominent characters.
Raven shouldn’t be limited by the existence of Trigon; as you easily have Raven in a story, without Trigon being front and center, in my opinion. And, it would be nice seeing other storylines involving Raven that don’t include Trigon, or at least not having him be a major factor.
There’s nothing specific that makes me think Raven will be introduced in Season 4, but –
She could definitely be Zatanna’s new protégé or at least one of them. And, while in the comics Zatanna and Raven haven’t always gotten along – there’s no reason that has to be the case in YJ. Plus, in Bombshells, Raven is Zatanna’s pseudo/adopted daughter.
Though, I think Raven being the protégé of Doctor Fate might work a bit better.
Also, in regard to my personal theory that magic will become more prominent, Raven would be a great way to go about doing that, especially with her wide range of powers and abilities.
While, I don’t think a story needs Trigon to have Raven – her being the daughter of one of the great evils of the universe, could certainly be a bonding element for her and the other heroes who also have supervillain relatives.
Plus, Raven being the portal to Trigon (this seemingly unstoppable force) could be something interesting to explore in regards to Darkseid’s and the Light’s plans. Maybe Darkseid and the Light would perceive Raven as a major threat and want to get rid of her and perhaps even the good guys would also see her as a threat that needs to be stopped.
There’s just so much that YJ could do with Raven. And while I would love for her a main or secondary character, I think she could be an interesting neutral party or a single-episode character.
--
There are many other magical characters that could be introduced to YJ, but it feels silly to list a whole bunch of characters, just because they have magic.
Part V: Random Characters
Rose Wilson/Ravager and Joe Wilson/Jericho
Two of Deathstroke’s children who operate as heroes. I can see a lot being done with these two in YJ, especially with Deathstroke being a member of the Light. They could potentially bond with the other characters who also have supervillain parents and maybe even bond with Tara over the terrible parenting skills of Deathstroke. .
Natasha Irons/Steel aka Starlight aka Vaporlock
Natasha is the niece of John Henry Irons/Steel who had a very minor role in Season 3, but nonetheless was introduced to the audience. In addition, Natasha has been associated with Infinity Inc, Lex Luthor’s group of “superheroes” who were also introduced in Season 3.
And while I could be mistaken, as I don’t know much about her, when she was part of Infinity Inc., she was injected with a serum that unlocked her meta-gene, giving her powers.
Natasha could possibly be introduced in Season 4, as a lot of the elements to her story, are already part of Young Justice.
Green Lanterns
I think there’s a decent chance of us meeting a new Green Lantern, especially a younger one - as they would be a member of the Covert Team or the Outsiders.
Jessica Cruz/Green Lantern
She's recently been popularized or at least introduced to many fans through the show DC Superhero Girls (2019) and I think if there was a combination of that version and her comic book counterpart – you could have a really compelling character for YJ.
In the comics, Jess suffers from extreme anxiety, which is such an interesting and unique folly for a Green Lantern to have. And, I just think there’s a lot of story potential to be explored in that dilemma.
Keli Quintela/Teen Lantern
From what I’ve seen of Keli, I think she could be a fun addition. Just for the sheer fact that she uses the Green Lantern power completely different than every other Lantern we’ve seen – that alone is enough reason for her to be added.
Kyle Raynor
One of the major Green Lanterns of DC. Like the two ladies above, there’s nothing specific with what we’ve been given so far in YJ to indicate he’ll be included, but I just think because of his status among fans, if the show was to introduce another GL – he has a decent shot.
Vic Sage/Question
Since Season 1, I thought Question would be a great addition to the hero side – as the typical conspiracy stuff he obsesses over and discovers to be true, actually does align with what The Light has consistently been doing.
In general, he would be a fun character to add. Also, if we’re thinking of potential new protégés - Vic Sage could be the current Question and there could be a young (or at least somewhat young) Renee Montoya - under his care/tutelage. Or Renee could just be Question - either works for me.
I loved Question in JLU and would love to see him again.
Finally,
Wally West/ Kid Flash (former)
I think there’s a very good chance we’ll see the return of Wally in Season 4. Especially since Season 3 left us with many little hints that he’s not really dead.
Also, in regards to the idea that the tagline of “Phantoms” could be about the team’s personal ghosts haunting them, well Wally is a ghost for many of our characters - so that fits rather perfectly.
Or, maybe he ended up in the Phantom Zone. Or if ‘Phantoms’ is referring to more literal ghosts, even that still works in regards to Wally, as he’s presumed dead. Or maybe, he was jumped through time and somehow ended up in the 31st century (w/ the Legion of Super-Heroes).
Maybe I’m wrong, but it just seems very likely Wally will be returning.
--
And now we’re finally done.
As I’ve mentioned before, this is just my own speculation and I’m sure I’ve missed several characters. Also, I obviously don’t think all of these characters will be introduced in Season 4, but to me they all have somewhat of a chance.
And yeah...that’s it.
I hope you enjoyed this extremely long list of characters who I think could be introduced in Season 4 of Young Justice.

Karadox in the Bronze Age Part 3
The Wedding of Bouncing Boy and Duo Damsel
Return to Directory
As I alluded to in my last post, though Supergirl had not appeared in a Legion story between April 1970 and February 1974, she was still considered a Legionnaire and the best girl of our green genius. So naturally she attended the wedding of Bouncing Boy and Duo Damsel. Yes Duo Damsel who had been weeping over Kal El in the last issue where Querl and Kara were together was now marrying Bouncing Boy. There are probably a lot of jokes about rebounding but they end up being a really great couple and work very well together.
This is the only picture Kara appears in but it is a legendary one by Dave Cockrum. Scuttlebutt is that it was a dispute over who would retain ownership over the original artwork for this image that caused Dave Cockrum to leave the Legion of Super-Heroes and DC to work with Marvel on the X-Men. IF it hadn’t been for a fight over this picture Storm and Nightcrawler would have likely been Legionnaires as Cockrum had originally created them to be part of an unpublished Legion of Super-Heroes story before departing.
People with a good eye can spot CW Supergirl’s favorite Martian J'onn J'onzz is also in attendance
And here we have the Tornado Twins. Don and Dawn Allen the children of Barry Allen (The Flash) and Iris West.
But back to our clingy lovebirds!
Now Brainy’s hand definitely seems to be on her back... but Kara’s looks to be traveling a bit lower... hmmm...
I will leave you with one last piece of awesome.
A band Called Yoyodyne wrote a song to commemorate the nuptials.
https://youtu.be/v7yk97OLok0
Matter-Eater Lad was finally glad after shedding that 13 pounds and Duo Damsel was getting hard to handle making the banquet table rounds she'd been in quite a whirl since she'd been Triplicate Girl and she needed a brand new toy so she loaded up her dad, and everything she had she kicked her hips at Ultra Boy and Lightning Lad As Fire Boy's breath was breathing down her neck she seemed so cautious and coy at the wedding of Bouncing Boy Chemical King was passing round a ring and Phantom Girl took a dose she couldn't really vanish do she started speaking Spanish as she fazed right through the wall to make a toast she'd been lost since she got rid of the invisible kid and she had an eye for other Legion boys but Duo Damsel seemed to be living out her dreams she was two babes alive flirting with Brainiac Five the Rabbi had to laugh as she split herself in half to dance with Chameleon Boy at the wedding of Bouncing Boy In came Kid Flash, complaining 'bout a rash he'd picked up vibrating round the world and we all had to wonder why he wasn't six feet under after stealing Superboy's girl but the legion rules said once that you were wed you found another way to be employed but they surely must have known as super powers go bouncing round and splitting up were not that much to show the things that they did to the Chlorophyll Kid all must have seemed like a ploy at the wedding of Bouncing Boy
(special thanks to Lightning Lad over on Legionworld.net and @04nbod over on twitter)

Gem Legion AU fusions:
Superman + Brainy= Unakite, as drawn brilliantly by @peskyshortcake (stable, formed often. Brainy obvi loves fusing with Clark, once he warms up to him. Nervous, but hiding it by being overconfident, basically, is this fusion’s personality.)
Mon-El + Lightning Lord= Dickite (weapon= jousting lance)
Brainy 5 + Brainiac 1.0= Tektite (probably never happens.)
Supergirl + Phantom Girl= Blue Mist Chalcedony (weapon- kamayari) (Sinnamon roll, for sure. Enjoys making fun of Clark, is a little bit too enthusiastic when fighting which leads to her basically being the definition of this trope.Gets drunk on power sometimes, but really has a good heart. Cute as hell. Probably stable, fun to hang around and actually gets stuff done. Likes wearing princessy clothes and being adorable while also wielding a gigantic weapon)
Winema + Astra + Brainiac= Mint Diamond (basically Ragyo Kiryuin, in appearance and personality.)
Shrinking Violet + Cosmic Boy= Purple Goldstone (weapon- trench mace)
Bouncing Boy + Lightning Lad= Uvarovite (weapon- lightsaber, because again, hell yes, why would they not) (from Pesky: so show off-y and a giant nerd and annoying. Once Mahogany Obsidian wanted to stab them just so they could unfuse already. Unstable.)
Superman-X + Triplicate Girl= Peacock Ore (weapon- Kora sword)
Superman + Lightning Lad= Spessartine (weapon- tactical shield. was originally going to give him something else, but this fits much better) (probably unstable, kind of a Sugilite-type, big and an asshole with a short temper who really likes showing off. Starts out just annoying and dumb, ends up being violent and a bigger asshole than usual. Has the ability to conjure ball lightning)
Timber Wolf + Shrinking Violet= Melody Stone (weapon- sword breaker dagger)
Triplicate Girl + Cosmic Boy= Stephanite (weapon- Quadrens)
Saturn Girl + Phantom Girl= Spodumene (weapon- double-headed scythe, like Maria’s weapon from RWBY) (quiet and gentle, probably appears creepy to those who first meet her. Mainly stays to herself unless confronted. Has devious tendencies, although tends to be more affectionate to those she’s close with. Is actually optimistic most of the time, surprisingly, and has a tendency to bottle up her stronger feelings to “keep up appearances” and appear more put-together. Probably stable)
Superman + Bouncing Boy= Umbalite (weapon- grand lance) (probably pretty stable, and like the definition of a gentle giant in that he’s really fun to be around, and obviously on the taller side, but he can take command and go into Ruby soldier mode if he has to.)
Brainy 5+ Cosmic Boy= Barbertonite (from Pesky: very bossy and arrogant, but really cares for his teammates more than he’s willing to admit. He gets *devastated* whenever one of the other Gems gets poofed into their Gem.)
Winema + Alura + Astra= Fuschia Diamond
Timber Wolf + Phantom Girl= Snowflake Obsidian (weapon- braid tassel battle scythe) (fuses a lot, because their components are *History of Japan narrator voice* Good Friends and often get paired together to guard the Headquarters or while on missions out in the field. Stable. Kind of intimidating, likes to act tough, is really a big cinnamon roll. Good fighter too, prefers stealth and disguises but is not afraid to throw down regardless of their opponent’s size)
Brainy 5 + Lightning Lad= Bowenite (Brags about himself a lot, obnoxious, no filter for what he says. Surprisingly flirty. Does care about people! Just doesn’t like admitting it, or being vulnerable.)
Superman + Supergirl= Lead Pipe Springs Agate (weapon- poleaxe) (previously Pietersite) (Precious celestial child, seriously, what a pure adorable dork. Also really likes punching people. It’s a Ruby thing, but Tanzanite’s taken a liking to it as well. Sees the best in people, very protective of Gems and humans both, even though they have a difficult time integrating with humans. Useful and stable, probably formed whenever Tanzanite does get to reunite with Ruby. Uses words/phrases like “golly” and “gee whiz”)
Saturn Girl + Bouncing Boy= Iolite (weapon- Bat’leth, because Bouncy is a nerd and he’d jump at the chance to get to use a Klingon weapon, even though he doesn’t act like a Klingon at all) (The epitome of peacemaker/mediator for the team. Doesn’t want people’s feelings to get hurt, and really dedicated to making sure people get along and have a good time. Stays neutral during conflicts. Maybe stable.)
Superman-X + Brainy 5= Teal Agate (from Pesky: 12th level intelligence AND the ability to see into the future? Not a good combination, especially when one of them is a huge grump. Obviously unstable, but gets less so once they start getting to know each other in the barn.)
Lightning Lad + Cosmic Boy= Cordierite (weapon- stun gun baton) (Obvi these two work very well together, their fusion is stable and gets the job done without any real trouble or unnecessary heroics. Not fun to face on the battlefield, because of his fighting skills and ruthlessness in fights, as an ally he’s far better, but probably not the best for assignments that require idealism instead of pragmatism. Also protective of young kids, like Anatase.)
Astra + Brainiac 1= Green Diamond (These two cooperate a lot more before the loss of Pink Diamond than after it. Before, they’re TERRIFYING. Cold and unforgiving and relentless, working more-or-less in sync. Definitely not someone you’d want to face. After, Blue Diamond’s response to Pink’s death is a wedge driven between them, and Yellow is not taking any of her melodramatic bullshit. But Blue can still be plenty ruthless, when she has to be, and when she is they do work together decently well, for feuding dictators.)
Superman + Superman-X= Purple Garnet (Stevonnie-type situation, uses sword and shield because they’re not usually stable enough to form a proper composite weapon. If they were, their weapon would probably end up being a buster sword, though.) (also drawn brilliantly by @peskyshortcake) (from Pesky: if they have something to focus on doing? Good. Once they’ve accomplished their goal and have nothing else to do? Completely violent and unstable.)
Timber Wolf + Triplicate Girl= Rainbow Obsidian (weapon- 5-pronged trident, because more prongs makes everything better. also apparently this is the type of trident that Aquaman wields in Batman v Superman and subsequent movies. which is interesting)
Bouncing Boy + Superman-X= Linarite (weapon-double-bladed sword)
Lightning Lad + Saturn Girl= Hureaulite (weapon- basically a larger version of a Vajra) (Authoritative, less warm of a Mom Friend than Ruby/Pink Topaz, but still somewhat in that role, along with team leader in a way. Formed often, good and useful and stable, Alunite and Pink Topaz have known each other for a long time, and work as a team perhaps the most.)
Superman-X + Supergirl= Winza Sapphire (weapon- glaive)
Saturn Girl + Cosmic Boy= Spirit Quartz (weapon- dual sickles) (Again, because they’re two of the founders, they work almost as well as Hureaulite, and the only reason they don’t work as well is because they don’t see each other that often. Again, a Mom Friend fusion, more stern and a stickler for rules, but still deeply cares about their kids.)
Brainy 5 + Brainiac 4= Hiddenite (gosh, the Most Unstable. think Malachite, smarter and soooomewhat less powerful, but just as dysfunctional. terrifyingly smart, thinks intently and can’t be bothered to focus on any single thing. Would be hot if they weren’t so evil.)
Alura Zor-El+ Brainiac 1= Orange Diamond
Lightning Lad + Triplicate Girl= Purple Impression Jasper (weapon- tuning fork)
Supergirl + Saturn Girl= Charoite (weapon- bardiche) (very much a Mom Friend, because Kara also does feel sort of a responsibility to Kal, Kell, and Peri, having to keep them in line all the time at the barn, and Imra feels that way with regard to the other Gem Legionnaires. Very good at knowing when to give hugs. When provoked (or when her ‘kids’ are attacked) she will fight, and fight very well, but she prefers not to most of the time. Probably stable.)
Brainy 5 + Shrinking Violet= Maine Tourmaline (very smol, shortest of all the fusions on this list. Will fight you if you make jokes about their height. Too smart for their own good, but not arrogant about it like Zoisite. An inventor, spends a lot of time tinkering either in the Super-Gems’ barn or at the Gem Legion West base. Enjoys insulting opponents while fighting them.)
Supergirl + Shrinking Violet= Purple Mica (weapon- cleaver)
Timber Wolf + Bouncing Boy= Pietersite (weapon- chainsaw katana. I can’t believe these are actually a thing that exists, but here we are) (an even bigger weeb than Benitoite, did not think that was possible. the embodiment of this trope, can actually back up the ‘kung fu’ part because his components are both good fighters, despite some beliefs regarding Benitoite about the contrary. probably unstable, because of the trope linked is likely not the best person to be around)
Supergirl + Lightning Lad= Kornerupine (less of an asshole than Spessartine, but similar situation. Really show-offy, super powerful with a really bad temper when they hold in their anger for too long (because of course they have a lot of anger and grief. lost family, lost friends, etc. these two have been through a lot, and could probably bond thanks to it), like
that’s them during a fight. Has to let out all their anger before they can really unfuse or calm down again. When not like that, surprisingly cool to be around, likes doing tricks with their weapon for the others’ amusement.)
Brainy 5 + Phantom Girl= Tree Agate (another cute nerd. so many cute nerds. probably a bit shy sometimes, worried about how others think of them, but still adorable, easily scared/excited, likes warm hugs. They don’t fuse often, but I’d say they’re probably stable)
Alura + Astra + Brainiac= Chocolate/Brown Diamond
Superman-X + Lightning Lad= Viridine (weapon- hooked baton)
Phantom Girl + Shrinking Violet= Covellite (weapon- fauchard fork)
Supergirl + Brainy 5= Brochantite (the cutest, dorkiest fusion! loves everyone. gives so many hugs, especially to Clark. goodness gracious. probably has a cute ponytail and nerd glasses. The most precious and pure cinnamon roll. Stable.)
Bouncing Boy + Triplicate Girl= Drusy Quartz (weapon- basically like Pearl’s trident that she got in Bismuth) (The first fusion Ruby sees, cheerful and goofy and working together very well because Benitoite and Ametrine are so close. As a fusion with a Quartz, naturally inclined toward fighting, combined with Benitoite’s sense of strategy, makes a deadly effective fusion when they need to fight enemies. Most stable of all Ametrine fusions.)
Mon-El + Brainiac 4: Coprolite (weapon- combat cross)
Winema Wazzo + Alura Zor-El= Orchid Diamond (most ‘mom’-like of the Diamond fusions, and probably the second-most stable, yet still someone you don’t want to meet in a fight. However, she was even better with strategy, and is a terrifically effective leader. Winema may have looked down on Alura’s compassion sometimes, but she still respected her as a fellow Diamond)
Superman + Timber Wolf= Black Star Sapphire (weapon- spiked yo-yo)
Brainy 5 + Saturn Girl= Zoisite (looks sweet, is the most obnoxious Gem ever. Brainy’s Insufferable Genius-ness cranked up to eleven plus Imra’s telepathy- epitome of “I know something you don’t”. V. unstable, probably only formed once because nobody else could stand them)
Winema + Alura + Brainiac= Golden Jubilee Diamond
Superman + Phantom Girl = Red Phantom Quartz (weapon- Whirligig Saw) (previously drawn by pesky as Spectrolite) (gosh, Howlite brings out a more playful and mischievous side of Clark, that’s not often seen because he usually is afraid of being judged by the others or having to control his stronger emotions. But Howlite, being who she is, convinces him to let go a bit when they fuse, and they have so much fun being Red Phantom Quartz together. Enjoys human stuff like Mike Krol concerts, scares people for fun, but nothing too extreme. Probably shops at Hot Topic. Very much a sinnamon roll. Has Hades-from-Hercules style fire hair, parts of them are transparent because, y’know, phantom)
Bouncing Boy + Brainy 5= Green Topaz (Basically Cooper Daniels, adorable chubby nerd. Has extra arms for more video-game playing. Wears Kamina glasses. Very stable, everyone likes having him around.)
Superman + Brainiac 4= Orange Banded Agate (weapon: this thing)
Mon-El + Lightning Lad= Cummingtonite (weapon: vibrator)
Alura Zor-El + Astra= Purple Diamond (Most harmonious of all the Diamond fusions, as they’re the closest relationship-wise, but there’s still some resentment/jealousy on Astra’s end that prevents them from being 100 percent stable. Very powerful, intelligent, authoritative, but also a measure of compassion that complicates things. Iffy moral compass, for sure, has an understanding of justice but probably Lawful/Chaotic Neutral at best)
Supergirl + Triplicate Girl= Dragon Vein Agate (weapon- stingray spear)
Saturn Girl + Shrinking Violet- Eucryptite (weapon- bolo rolling knife)
Lightning Lord + Superman-X (for @fire-night-sky)- Lightning Ridge Black Opal
Timber Wolf + Lightning Lad= Anatase (weapon- Macuahuitl, because apparently these things are made with obsidian! which is neat) (Surprisingly stable and useful. Mostly Mahogany holding Alunite back from doing anything really stupid, and Alunite appreciating how powerful and cool Mahogany is, so they cooperate. Gentler than usual when it comes to protecting children, a stoic, silent type. Fusses over people when they’re sick or injured, spends a lot of time brooding in the bubble room, watching over the corrupted gems.)
Superman + Saturn Girl= Serandite(basically Eve Baird from The Librarians, bosses people around and wants them to “FOLLOW ORDERS!” but really actually loves them and is a Mom Friend when things are going the way they’ve planned, or just in general. Probably stable, most of the time)
Lightning Lad + Phantom Girl= Phenakite (weapon- Rupture’s laser-scythe from The Flash) (somehow these two are actually good friends? and thus probably a stable fusion? But they’re also the definition of this trope, in that they really enjoy messing with people. Also has shades of this trope. A fun fusion to be around, but approach with caution because they’re probably planning something involving exploiting your weakness. Also somewhat of a shipper, Ruby and Peri being one of their favorite couples to tease and attempt to get together.)
Timber Wolf + Superman-X= Purple Mohave Turquoise (weapon- jawbone club)
Bouncing Boy + Cosmic Boy= Sodalite (weapon- sword mace)
Phantom Girl + Superman-X= Blue Labradorite (weapon- pickaxe) (More stable than most would think. Literally never touches the ground, because they move like a ghost, hovering everywhere. Spoopy glowing silvery-blue eyes. Cares about people deep down, but also enjoys giving them a good scare. Howlite, if she’s more in control, will hug and comfort people they scare, but Kell will just give them awkward pats on the back. Enjoys watching horror movies and laughing at people who get scared watching them)
Brainy 5 + Triplicate Girl= Ammolite (Unstable again, can’t stay fused because of conflicted ideas. Lots of conflicting thoughts but still very dedicated to making sure stuff gets done. Talks to themselves a lot, has a weird sense of humor.)
Superman + Shrinking Violet= Red Beryl (weapon- Tessen)
Winema Wazzo + Astra= Hope Diamond
Supergirl + Brainiac 4= Purple Onyx Agate (weapon- Kotaha)
Phantom Girl + Triplicate Girl= Purple Plum Jasper (weapon- ranseur) (so good and pure! Like a lot of other Ametrine fusions, unstable due to the presence of too many gems. Enjoys having fun, doesn’t like fights much, so is mostly summoned for mundane purposes. Likes playing with peoples’ hair.)
Superman + Cosmic Boy= Star Ruby (weapon- maigasa parasol)
Bouncing Boy + Shrinking Violet= Alexite (weapon- Koummya dagger)
Superman + Triplicate Girl= Mystic Fire Topaz (weapon- trident shield)
Bouncing Boy + Phantom Girl= Carletonite (weapon- cane sword) (basically think Tina Belcher from Bob’s Burgers, kind of deadpan nerd that everyone loves and supports. Nice, but can get ruthless when the situation calls for it. Has a collection of erotic friendfiction that they write while they’re fused. Stable.)
Brainiac 4+ Dr. Londo= Ludamite (actual worst parent ever. end of story.) (weapon- whip chain)
Brainy 5 + Timber Wolf = Diaspore (so. goddamn. emo. mostly angsting about being a failure to his managers and whatnot. Mahogany’s aggressiveness plus Peri’s intelligence would make him a really effective fighter/strategist who’d be very invested in protecting his friends and making sure they feel like they matter. Unstable)
Supergirl + Cosmic Boy= Tschermigite (weapon- Goedendag)
Triplicate Girl + Shrinking Violet= Purple Sage Agate (weapon- trident dagger)
Supergirl + Timber Wolf= Blue Obsidian (weapon- spiked naginata)
Lightning Lad + Lightning Lord= Cymophane (weapon- double-sided lightsaber) (used to form a lot and be stable when it was just those two and Ayla alone in the Kindergarten they were created in, now Alunite just feels gross and weird fusing with Black Lace Onyx)
Saturn Girl + Triplicate Girl= Dragon’s Breath Fire Opal (weapon- trident axe) (Since they’re the least close among the group, they don’t fuse often, but because they do tend to get on well it’s a nice bonding experience for them. She’s kind of a Sardonyx, cheerful and showy, tending to be wrapped up in herself a bit because there’s so much love there, what with Pink Topaz’s compassion and Ametrine’s love expressed through her components loving each other. Unstable, but only because of the amount of people in the fusion)
Winema Wazzo + Brainiac 1= Champagne Diamond
Superman-X + Shrinking Violet= Sapphirine (weapon- Rakuyo)
Timber Wolf + Cosmic Boy= Hausmannite (weapon- wolf tooth mace, because that name alone)
Supergirl + Bouncing Boy= Hauyne (weapon- Vaji war lance)
Lightning Lad + Shrinking Violet= Johachidolite (weapon- Castanas)
Saturn Girl + Superman-X= Color Change Sapphire (weapon- buugeng. these things look super rad. just sayin’.)
Phantom Girl + Cosmic Boy= Purple Jade (weapon- sabre)
Supergirl + Mon-El= Diaboleite (weapon- Ji)
Brainy 5 + Lightning Lord= Maw Sit Sit ((from Pesky) Very sneaky and clever, but rude to everyone except for Clark and Kell. Is always overly flirty with the two of them, and is constantly touching/kissing them. But nobody really likes them because they’re a douchebag. Clark is lowkey jealous, whenever they fuse? Because Onyx always makes a big deal out of it, and their dance is very sensual, and he doesn’t like seeing his Peri with him)
Saturn Girl + Timber Wolf= Oligoclase (weapon- buzz-axe)
Superman-X + Cosmic Boy= Taaffeite (weapon- bar mace)
Emerald Empress + Brainiac 4= Sea Sediment Jasper (weapon- Toclafane, because of course her weapon is a big metal murderball) (so much evil in one body. probably has really great hair, that she doesn’t deserve because…she is evil. an excellent planner, combination of these two tropes. Forms when both of these two are trapped on Earth, although as Emerald may have served under Yellow Diamond, they might have met before.)
Superman + Supergirl + Brainy 5= Elbaite Tourmaline (weapon- Halberd of Devastation) (one of the only 3-Gem fusions that would actually form regularly and work well. These 3 love and support each other a lot, between Clark and Kara’s more familial bond, Kara and Peri’s best friend bond, and Clark and Peri’s romantic bond, there’s a lot of love to go around, and their fusion reflects that. They have different ways to go about things, but in the end they share a common goal, so. Very good fusion to have on your side in a fight. Very good fusion to have as a friend. Hugs Kell a lot, even if he doesn’t think he deserves it.)
Superman-X + Supergirl + Brainy 5= Boulder Opal (weapon- this but it can shoot lasers or something)
Superman + Superman-X + Supergirl= Mozambique Purple Garnet (weapon- basically this thing) (as they were meant to be the ideal team, I’d say this fusion is stable. The addition of Kara helps, as she keeps Clark and Kell from going too far on either side of the emotional spectrum. They do the cheerleader pyramid when they fuse, which is Kara’s idea. Also, hugs Peri so much.)
Superman + Superman-X + Brainy 5= Harlequin Opal (weapon- upgraded sword + shield and sci-fi-style armor) (gosh, so much protective family love for Kara, which is a major reason why they work so well together.)
Winema + Alura + Astra + Brainiac= Satanic Hell Diamond
Lightning Lad + Saturn Girl + Cosmic Boy= Rainbow Solar Quartz (weapon- this thing, but one side has more jaggedy edges, because Blue Goldstone’s mace)
Diamond fusion appearances:
Yellow/Blue- older Natalie Dormer
White/Blue- Michelle Forbes
Pink/Blue- Laura Benanti or Erica Durance
Pink/Yellow- Tilda Swinton

Requested for me by me ♡♡♡
---
30) "will you marry me?" Bouncing boy x Triplicate Girl
Luornu could see what he was planning a mile off. It made White happy, Purple giddy with excitement and Orange cooed at how cute he was being.
White gave a hum as she watched from the windowsill, he still hadn't noticed her and they had done a good job at hiding.
Watching him set up the romantic dinner on the Legion's HQ balcony, practicing what he was going to say and where he would kneel.
'We did a good job in picking him.' Purple hushed, coming up to lace her arm with White.
'I agree, you should have seen him, White. When you were gone.' Orange cooed, joining her other parts.
'I did see, remember. I got our memories when I came back. And we did pick good. So… we're saying yes?' She asked and the pair nodded in unison and reformed into one Luornu.
As one she went to her room and got ready, made sure her makeup was perfect, wore his favorite dress and strappy heels.
'I should ask Irma to be maid of honour. She's always been there for me…. Hmmm. Maybe both her and Tinya to stop any arguments.' She spoke to her reflection.
Her ring beeped to life.
'Uh, Triplicate Girl. Would you- would you please join me on the balcony?' Chuck asked and she stifled a giggle.
'Oh? Is something wrong?' She teased.
'Nothing wrong just uh. Thought we could have dinner together.' Chuck asked and she ceased her teasing.
'I'll be right down.' She said, hearing the comm turn off and looked at her reflection.
'Okay, girls… Let's do this.' She said and took her Legion ring off to swap hands. On Cargg the ring went on the left hand after all.
She stood up, poofed her hair one last time and commed Timberwolf in security.
'Could you do me a favour?' She asked.
'Whats up, T?' He asked.
'I need you to record the balcony as much as you can- Oh! And use the good cameras.' She said and she heard the clicking of a keyboard.
'Done. Oh? No way.' He chuckled, obviously seeing it and clicking.
'Maybe~ T out.' She said, clicking it off just as she reached the balcony doors.
She threw them open with both hands, making an entrance in her pretty dress and wide smile. She phased into three who posed along with her.
'We're here~' she announced and Chuck stared in awe.
'Wow, you look beautiful girls.' He praised, rushing over to pull out each of them a seat, they took them one by one and giggled.
'We felt like dressing up.' White mused.
'And I'm the lucky guy who gets to enjoy it.' Chuck sighed. He reached a hand down and the three of them stared wide eyed.
But he only picked up a bottle of something sparkling from a bucket low to the ground.
That was okay, they could be patient.
They ate dinner over small talk, her favorite food and once again he put his knife and fork down and looked nervous.
Only to pull out his phone and show her a funny video he had found.
Purple snort laughed at the video as Orange pouted, getting more inpatient and White nudged her with her elbow.
'Patience.' She hissed.
'What was that, sweetheart?'
'Nothing, babe!' White said, waving her hands. Desserts were served by a robot and Orange tapped her spoon against the table.
'So uh. I was wondering?' Chuck started and all three of them snapped their attention to him.
'Yes?' They asked in unison.
'Well, it's been almost three years since we got together and-'
'Yes?' They asked again, leaning in closer.
'And I was just wondering…. Maybe we should go to Cargg? I'd like to know more about your homeworld.' He asked and it sunk in at the same time for each of them.
'Go.'
'To.'
'Cargg?'
'Yeah, like a vacation, just the two of us.' He said with a big smile. Orange was shaking as Purple's cheeks puffed up in indignation.
'Oh, Just ask us already!!' White yelled, slamming her hands to the table!
'I knew it! I knew you were spying on me.' He chuckled loudly, getting up and finally pulling out a box from his pocket.
'We're sorry.' Purple said as the three stood and huddled together, staring hungrily at the box and at Chuck.
'It's alright. I love every part of you and I wanted to ask. Luornu Durgo, would you do me the honour of becoming my wife? Wives? Would you marry me?' He asked, a blush creeping up on his cheeks and White began to cry, closely followed by her other parts as he opened the box.
Three rings were nestled inside, each with their own diamond slightly off place in the silver band.
'Yes! Yes. A hundred times yes!' They cried in unison. He gave a relieved phew as he wiped his own eyes.
One by one he placed a ring on each of their fingers, their matching colour glinting on the thin band.
'This is from Cargg?' Purple realised and White and Orange looked at her before fusing back and lo and behold the ring fused together to make one beautiful ring of purple, white and orange.
'Oh, Chuck. It's beautiful.' She gasped as he stood up.
'You more so.' He said and she flung her arms around him. They held each other for what felt like an eternity, soft kisses between tears till Chuck's communicator beeped.
'Nice job, Bouncy.' Timberwolf chuckled over the line and Luornu gave a weak giggle at Chuck's raised eyebrow.
