Had to steal this shot from #runrideshare because I love how my new kit from @triflarellc brought some sunshine and happiness to my ride. It’s been a super LOOOOONNGGG road to recovery but a very educational, humbling and supportive one!!! Today was my very first #otf workout and earned some pretty awesome splats for a 30-minute condensed sample workout. I pushed my body to see where it naturally was and I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t call it muscle memory. I call it determination, support and experience that got me through. Today: closing, offer accepted, new commercial listing, a hilarious new coffee luvin buyer with awesome taste, turned in paperwork for some new very special initials after my name, knee didn’t give me much of an issue during my work out, signed up for - get this - my very FIRST EDINBURG 10k ever!!!
