I don’t think I’ve posted this beauty since it healed. It’s my pride and joy! I just wish I could get a photo without the crossbow looking crooked! That’s what I get for getting it on my arm.

I just remembered one of my tattoos was the same design that Liam had because I liked the design. Maybe I’ll make it into a tribute of some kind.

Fox has one tattoo. One single tattoo only. He swore he’d never get one, too icked out by the needles - they buzz weirdly and he doesn’t like the idea of something under his skin. It’s not supposed to be there. Kind of common sense, really, he says, looking at a vod from the 501st with a fuck-off massive tattoo of the Republic insignia on his face. Choices.

A month into his posting as least glamorous Marshall Commander in the GAR, however, he changes his mind. Or, rather: the ARF unit’s godless, homebrewed basement-hooch changes his mind. Fox now has one tattoo, namely a tramp stamp that says in shaky script, THORN WUZ HIA. AND THIRE. AND HOUND. AND STONE.

(Stone didn’t want to add that last one, so Thire did it for him. He crossed it out as protest. Now Fox has his tramp stamp and none of his Commanders have rights.)

Got my new tattoo at the con I attended this weekend! It was a prize from the karaoke contest, and I got first place, tee-hee!

I confess that I had other plans, but after Matsuno-san passed, I felt like I should immortalize one of the characters he voiced, and one who helped me to grow as an artist, to this day. Also, Light and Darkness Dragon was legit the first YGO card I ever got, so this art has a deep meaning for me.

(Fun fact, it's on the same arm where I have a chibi Manjoume tattooed as well. So now I have both anime and manga versions. And I was cosplaying him today~)

A tribute tattoo on my right arm. The story behind it (caution sad):

When my sister passed away from cancer she was only 32 and so her two daughters were very young. When it was time for the funeral and they were asked if they wanted to put anything in her coffin for the services (she was going to be cremated, not buried). Her youngest daughter decided that she should have her sock monkey with her, because they each would still have their sock monkeys. This is because they each had a sock monkey of their own just in different colors.

So I have my tribute heart for my father on my left hand and so wanted a tribute piece for my sister but one that was less obvious. So I took my love of comics and fused Tony Millionaire's famous Sock Monkey character and adjusted it a bit with the purple sock monkey that was chosen by my niece to be with her mum in her casket (and later cremated with her). Most just see it as a joyful or mischievous monkey hugging my arm, not know it is a memory of my sister & a touching moment in time with my nieces that is hugging me instead.

I still haven’t managed to bring myself to watch techno’s old videos it hurts too much so watching the two new videos was so healing in a way that i can’t explain but also broke my heart even more, i don’t know if i will ever get over that, grief works in weird ways but one thing i know is that technoblade will never die in my heart

what are the circular like wounds on your one arm from? I hope this doesn’t come off as rude or hateful because that is not my intention at all. Much love <3 -someone who’s struggled w self harm for 14 years

hiii <3 its not rude at all, theyre burn scars. there are some smaller ones that are perfect circles from cigarettes but the real big ones were just holding a flame to my arm. theres some on my right leg too, and on my torso mostly on the right side. hair doesnt actually grow on them anymore, the healing process was really gnarly (and pus covered) and it took months for them to even get to this point

yayy I won the september challenge at my gym (basically just whoever did the most workouts in september) and I won a gift certificate to the tattoo parlour where I've already made an appt to get my first tattoo!
