Sorry if I asked you before. So the passage of time that is the 616 universe has always been questionable. Almost as the older one gets the slower their time is. Still if 2 characters are the same age it can be assumed that they will both get older the same year (when that year happens, no one knows). Since it looks like from Kamala Khan's recent stories she is pretty much 18, being introduced 16. So Ahura Boltagon should also be close to 18, and as a Royal should look for a partner. Anyone you would pick? Myself, Treste.
While there isn't anyone specific I would pick, I have seen your posts on Ahura and Treste, and it is a very good ship! They're the same age and while they are of different Inhuman classes, they still run in the same circles, so it's likely they know each other! She's a great choice honestly! Also, since she isn't much of a character, you can practically do anything with her, which is great. I don't think she has a set superpower yet, but they could do something great with her. Do you know what her powers are? Or do you have any headcanons on what her powers are? And I love the idea of Ahura breaking out of his own class when he marries since I think he's pretty opposed to all the class issues Attilan has. I think you said it before, but Marvel would be really smart to start focusing on the second generation of Inhumans and their attempts to fix the issues in their society. I mean, I personally, would love to see what would happen if Ahura actually got to be focused on and became king of Attilan.
#in my personal headcanon#ahura and luna do a lot of work on Attilan society when Ahura comes to power#i mean like the class system and creating an institutional monarchy instead of what it is now#and fixing the whole alpha primitive issue#also there is no way that Ahura would not practically dismantle the genetic council after what they did to him#but no treste is great and your posts have basically made me ship her and ahura#congrats i'm part of your rarepair fandom lol#we're just swapping rarepairs at this point#inhumans#ahura boltagon#treste#ahura x treste#ahura boltagon x treste#marvel comics

Marvel stuff for year of the Elf
Something going around is this year (2024) is the year of the Elf. Mainly games and anime really bringing Elves to the front of everyone's interest and so comics should really get in on that, to me it is most important Marvel does this. There have been a number of Elves in the Marvel universe. From 2 of the nine realms we have gotten Elves that are in a number of other groupings, so the Light Elves could make an 8 member team facing against the Dark Elves. There are the Elves from Otherworld, going more into Marvel UK corner of things. Not to much there to go into from established bits but it could be explored. There are the 2 Elven groups of Weirdworld, those being the Elves of Klarn and their splintered cousins the Savage Elves. Maybe it is time for Marvel to give a Epic Fantasy Adventure, the first arc surrounding the Elves of Weirdworld. There is also Elves with Guns but I will leave that alone, as I am not sure where to even start with that.
While not Elves themselves there are some others who I feel could fit the drive for the Year of the Elf. Namor, along with Namora & Namorita pointed ears in a story of Atlantean magic and lore would be in a good direction. Northstar & Aurora were lied to by Loki that they were part Light Elf, due to powers and the ears. Maybe the 2 made some friends that will visit them. Finally this is more for something to come is the twin Inhumans Treste and Irelle, now their mother Auran gained strong hearing through Terrigenesis along with the a word seeker power. Perhaps when the 2 get to go through Terrigenesis themselves they should also get superior like ears. Unlike their mother theirs wouldn't be as strong or big and no word seeker, this would be more of an additional change. For their actual powers Treste Trichokinesis with the hair having a few Transmutable options, while Irelle has an eye power to view things as if she was looking at it from a different location.
So ya if you like it make sure if sharing to have "2024 year of the elf" along with tags of ones that catch your attention.

I'm not shocked by his 'Don't talk to me until I have my coffee attitude'. He has had a lot happened to him, and the stress has caused him to look 5 years older then Luna even though he was born after her.

have i mentioned that ahura is my favoritest character and he deserves to be in every comic ever?? because ahura deserves to be in every single comic ever
#inhumans#ahura boltagon#blinky#luna maximoff#unlike her other cousins ahura does not have soul time travel for any other reason#i also think if he is given a romantic relationship they will be the only ones he does not act that way towards#treste

“Lily isn’t a bad person just because she married James.”
No one is saying she’s a bad person for marrying James. What we’re saying is that choosing to marry someone you’ve seen abuse and mistreat people for years is ethically questionable. Being ethically questionable doesn’t make you a bad person. Having double standards doesn’t make you a bad person. Please, stop being so simplistic, one-dimensional, and basic in your interpretations, because honestly, you’re not doing yourselves any favors when it comes to presenting yourselves as people with supposed reasoning skills.
The issue here is questioning the supposed sanctification and portrayal of Lily as some kind of moral and ethical compass, which is how the narrative presents her. That is very different from saying she was a bad person.
“Lily didn’t owe Snape anything.”
No one is saying she did? We know she didn’t owe him anything. Why are you all so obsessed with Snape when those of us who criticize Lily are the first to say that she had every right to cut him off because everyone has the right to set boundaries and walk away from people who, for whatever reason, aren’t good for them? Why do you keep using Snape as an argument to derail the conversation?
No, Lily didn’t owe Snape anything, but this isn’t about Snape. It’s about spending years of your life watching someone bully, hex, and humiliate people in the hallways, abusing his power, and not caring. That implies that maybe the character is morally questionable and not as selfless, good, and wonderful as the narrative tries to sell her as. There’s a dissonance between what is said about her and her actual actions, and that is the point of criticism.
“Oh, but she thought James had changed.”
And? My question is, so what? You were still a witness to this guy’s reign of terror for years—what does it matter if he changed? Are you seriously going to date someone like that? It just doesn’t make much sense unless, basically, you didn’t really care about what he did, which, again, calls into question her supposed moral righteousness. And again, that’s not a bad thing, nor does it make her a bad person—just an imperfect character, like every other damn human being.
“Can’t a woman just be good and empathetic, period?”
Being good and empathetic doesn’t mean being stupid, and honestly, everyone trying to sell the idea that Lily was just so good and so empathetic and so loving that she blindly believed in James and saw the best in him—y’all are treating her like a brainless fool with sawdust instead of neurons. I prefer to think she was fully aware of the kind of person she was dating but simply didn’t care because it didn’t personally affect her. Because that doesn’t make her look like an idiot.
Because yes, I have a problem with people justifying problematic choices made by female characters by infantilizing them and making them out to be clueless. That is misogynistic as hell.
“But Lily wasn’t responsible for fixing any man.”
Yeah, no one is saying that. The issue is that THE NARRATIVE OF THE BOOKS implies that if we are to believe James was a good person, it’s because of Lily—as if she were some kind of moral compass through which men either find condemnation or redemption. And we are precisely saying that this perception is misogynistic and sexist and that we should question it because we refuse to see a female character as the ultimate beacon of goodness.
“But—”
No, look, guys, I don’t care. Seriously. This is all just mental gymnastics to justify the double standards of a character, as if having double standards were a bad thing instead of something that gives the character DEPTH, layers, and actual substance. It honestly feels like the real issue here isn’t even Lily herself but, as usual, the reluctance to accept that James was a shitty person—because at the end of the day, the undertone of all these supposedly defensive arguments for Lily reeks of an unwillingness to condemn James’s actions or admit that he was an abuser. You can smell it from here to Hong Kong.
#Lily evans#Lily evans potter#Lily potter#Lily evans critical#stop tresting women like brainless moroons#stop selling the idea that if a woman made question ale chii es is because she’s too good and pure and was delulu#i mean please stop tresting women like kids#ugh#james potter#yeah james potter was a bully#and was an abuser#and she decided to date him#Harry potter#Harry potter meta

Love it when people bring up lesser known Inhumans, especially the commoners. That is a neat idea with their powers since their mom Auran had/has an ear based power, she can choose any word and know where it is being spoken on earth. So the mom's powers are ear related, Treste having hair, and Irelle getting an eye based. Treste's hair becomes transmutable becoming not just elastic or durable or sharp as Medusa's but can take on element like properties, among other things. Though to balance it her hair's reach and strength is half of what Medusa's is at most. Irelle, eye power could let her see things from a different perspective/angle. She can look at a specific point and treat it as her line of site is from that point along with her current location. For the looks ya it isn't uncommon for an Inhuman to gain altered appearance that might not even be related to their gifts so would be neat. A Fey like look for Treste, that can come off as both pretty and unnerving, though the unnerving part is more from a humans perspective as Inhumans don't mind some even really like the non human look. For Irelle not sure. Little thing, they are stronger then regular humans of their age (most likely those a bit older as well) as Inhumans are different from humans even before Terrigenesis that being things like stronger, and faster, plus live longer the average lifespan being 150 years.
There are these two Inhuman girls I’m interested in right now, a pair of 16 year old twins named Treste and Irelle. They haven’t yet undergone Terrigenesis, so right now they’re just functionally normal humans. When they do, I think Treste should get hair-related powers (but different ones than Medusa has, that’s her thing) and Irelle should have eye-related powers. My reasons for this are pretty dumb ones: The name “Treste” reminds me of “tresses” as in tresses of hair, and “Irelle” reminds me of “iris” as in the colored part of the eye. So that’s just what I think of. I also think it would probably be a good decision, art-wise, to give them some kind of physical mutation too, to make them stand out from all the other pretty blondes in Marvel. Not that there’s anything wrong with pretty blondes, but there are a lot and I find it can get confusing if they don’t have some kind of distinctive features.
#marvel#inhumans#treste#irelle#headcanons#auran#I think treste's personality is a good match for ahura so I have shipped them#medusa giving her some personal lessons and then she ends up with her son would be interesting

So ya I do recall that plot point, but most of Marvel seems to have ignored it, with Uncanny Inhumans having it where Ahura went through Terrigenesis then. Though I believe since Inhumans live longer then an average human even before Terrigen, maybe they age different. See Treste and Irelle who look like they had some big growth spurts

Ya Treste was trying to make her self look older but we do have an age for her, which means also the same for her twin Irelle 16. The same as Ahura (same comic, same arc, 1 issue apart)

So Inhumans might age different. So let's go back to Luna as everyone else is getting growth spurts, she is staying young, if Marvel wanted to address this say her Inhuman-Mutate(Mutant) genes changed the aging. I know it is obviously Marvel artist but mainly the editors not doing a little bit of checking like a characters last appearance, but the points are there for this theory to stand.
the fact that Luna Maximoff was literally born before Billy and Tommy but bc of the retro-reincarnation* the twins are full grown adults and Luna is still a middle-schooler.
*nobody in the mid-2000s was playing close enough attention to the timeline, also because Luna is the Franklin Richards of Atillan and will never age.
