This is something that makes me think humans are sometimes pretty swell lil guys actually. Someone saw a tree--an ollllld tree, and one that has clearly seen some stuff--and made a portrait of it. And then they shared it with others in an illustration in a book. And hey! Lookit that! Here we are 200 years later still being the kind of sweet lil meatblobs that see a drawing someone made to honor this worldworn OG of a tree and going, "I like that tree. I am going to press this button right here and show it to my friends because what a nice tree!"

We are a neurotic--don't get me wrong, like, a hella neurotic--bunch of confused primates who never recovered from figuring out where babies come from, but sometimes we take a break from being angsty little nutcases with like credit cards and oppressive ideologies like patriarchy and all that crap and remember we can also be wholesome little dudes who have a really, like actually really well-developed sense of wonder and who make fanart of old gnarled oak trees.

drawings from paleo expedition to dagestan, done right on the trip. sometimes messy when it was cold and rainy, but i won't correct it. i think it's cool to leave it just the way it was done, and not retouch it after. there will be more drawings later, but those will be done from home

nrc confessions board where theres this online space you can anonymously post confessions into

one day someone posts like "to that one magicless student in 1-A, you're kinda cute i like you/have a crush on u" or something

then everyone except yuu sees that starts freaking out

a bunch of ppl trying to find out who this mf is (its a mob/npc)

and at one point ace comments "STAY AWAY FROM THEM GET A JOB"

the poor guy probably gets doxxed at one point. it got so out of hand that they had to close the confessions board lmao

as for how my yuu reacts to this:

yuhei doesn't look at the confessions that much so he wont know until someone tells him about it like "hey did you see the confessions? someone was talking about you" then when yuhei sees it he would just brush it off lmao

he DOES notice ace's "STAY AWAY FROM HIM GET A JOB" comment tho

he would tease ace about it for sure but its more like "bro why are you getting so heated over this?"

then he sees the rest of the comments doxxing the poor guy and he's just baffled like "?????? ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS??? WHY ARE WE DOXXING THEM 😭"
