Biography

John Palmer Wicker (1860-1931) was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Feb. 23, 1860; son of William W. and Charlotte Adelaide (Palmer) Wicker; studied art seven years in Paris, three and one-half years at Julian Academy under William Bouguereau, and three and one-half years in private classes of Ferdinand Cormon; married at Saginaw, Mich., July, 1897, Marie Louise Saxmann.

My Republican friends who want to remain friends on social media and beyond...

I appreciate the few of you who respect my political allegiance without giving me any guff about it. As I do not creep on yalls page and tell you how sad I am with your choices, you should respect me enough to do the same for me. If you don't like what the fuck I gotta say, their are a few options!

You can hit "Snooze for 30 Days" which I do regularly with Dave. But it helps me keep my sanity and our friendship. It prevents me from being emotional and reacting to something I disagree with.

But I respect him enough not to deride his own opinion on his own page.

Or, you can unfriend me.

Or... You can block me.

Listen, if that's your choice because you are so hung up on this bullshit and can't judge me for my character. I gladly implore you to... Go get fucked.

I don't need you or your toxicity.

I know what I need. And it ain't that.

We can be civil.

As the flag you all love says:
