thought you'd like to know since you wanted to chat with people that we have a 10 minute stopmotion that we need to finish special effects for that we may or may not release that among other things featured Animated Arcee/Gen Selects Nightbird with both being martial arts teachers on Pre-War Cybertron during a time when Nova Prime was ruling and he drafted the two for an invasion of Velocitron, and Arcee eventually started a military revolt after Kup was killed in combat, the two played a crucial part in supporting the revolution against Nova and witnessed Energon Arcee (who we have as a sort of leader of Velocitron) become a bearer of the Autobot Enigma of Combination and thus a Prime. Nightbird/Arcee do have some adorable embracing moments and Nightbird is a very capable combatant who alongside Animated Arcee help teach the main character (an idw stylized Arcee mostly before her first surgery from Solus Prime, we use a galvatron custom in trans colors for this, her sibling Galvatron also plays a major role in the story) about martial arts stuff, meditation, and transformation (more in the gender-aesthetic/philosophical sense), we were more less gunning for older Arcee/Nightbird as a t4t ship

(we also kind of shared this to motivate ourselves to finish the special effects and the very special way we do dialogue for it that we don't want to spoil, this was done back in late 2022/early 2023 before legacy nova prime released)

Like Jerry Dandridge in the first film, Regine Dandridge in Fright Night Part II transforms into a bat monster in some scenes. This was achieved as both a large puppet for closeup sequences, based on sculpts by Brian Wade, and a smaller stopmotion model (as seen in the third image) for distance shots that was animated by Justin Kohn.

So we just finished and uploaded our first experiment with blaster/thermal blade effects in tandem and robotizing one of our voice registers (it was only a 3 second video so having other voice actors felt unnecessary/Arcee's yell was all that was needed)
