At night he sheds the eye tail sleeve to show off smooth grey scales, then adjusts his frills into a slightly more female position or tie is back with ribbon.

Would wear crop tops and cute skirts. Hides dicks extremely well when intimate, or lacks them depending on if you see them as trans.
