Transfem Alastor who only finds out that that's an option for her when Vox either comes out as bisexual or transmasc and Alastor is accidentally homophobic/biphobic or transphobic.

Like Vox tells Alastor that he's bisexual, and when Alastor is like, "Why would I care about your genitals?" and Vox is like, "No! It means I like men and women!" Alastor is just like, "Disgusting. Who would like men - and on purpose!? Why, I'd not even be one if there was an option, haha!"

Same vein, Vox tells Alastor that he's actually trans and was born a woman and Alastor is like, "Why on earth would you want to be a man?! Why, I wouldn't be one if I could, but unfortunately, we must make do with the choices life has given us, haha!"

And Vox goes from upset at Alastor’s response to suddenly realizing they are having two DRAMATICALLY different conversations, and has to gently tell this old-timey deer that he doesn't HAVE to be a man if he doesn't want to be.

Like "Uhhh...Al, y’know, if you hate being a man so much, you, uh, you don't hafta be? I mean, this is hell, and you're the Radio Demon, who's gonna tell you 'no' am I right?"

I just think the conversation of:

Vox, nervous: Al, I, uh, wanted to let you know that I was actually born a woman...

Alastor, confused: But you're a man?

Vox: Yeah, I am NOW, but I wasn't always.

Alastor: What on earth is wrong with you?

Vox, extremely upset: Nothing! Other than trusting you about telling you this!

Alastor: I mean, who on earth would be a man on PURPOSE?! Why, if I had the option, I'D certainly not be, haha!

Vox, suddenly Realizing: Ooooooh.....okay, so, Al -

Is like, kinda sadly hilarious to me.

Slightly spicy hellradio idea where Alastor finds out they're transfem.

Lilith says something around the lines of Alastor "moaning like a girl" and it becomes IMMEDIATELY apparent that Alastor very much likes that. It escalates to saying things like "good girl," "aw, she's bashful," and "she's wet for you."

At first, Lilith and Lucifer think it's just a kink thing. But then they catch Alastor admiring themself in the mirror while wearing a pretty dress they got for a scene. The tiny, shy, happy smile on Alastor's face while they shift back and forth, tugging on a strand of their hair. It's a private little moment that they probably weren't meant to see, but they did.

Lilith and Lucifer try to test the waters— they don't know if Alastor even knows what transgender means, and knowing Al, they won't have the patience to sit down and listen to a lecture about modern labels.

The Morningstars start off small. Or, at least what THEIR version of small would be. Lilith asking Alastor to shop for some dresses with her. Lucifer calling Alastor his wife— Lucifer what the fuck are you thinking that is NOT starting off small like we agreed—

Alastor eventually asks what's going on. Not that they're upset with the newest development, being treated like a lady is quite nice actually! But, well, they can't help but be a little confused as to where this came from.

Since Alastor is the one asking, it's much easier to actually explain their suspicions without Alastor immediately rejecting the modernity of the language.

Alastor didn't know she could just decide to be a woman if she wanted to. Or that it's more socially acceptable now than it would have been in the past.

She's definitely going to grow her hair out past her chin now. She don't gotta abide by male hairstyles any longer!

Okay so I had a really good idea for hazbin hotel, this is not even close to being possible in Canon but it's really cool. So.

The idea is that the longer someone stays in hell after death the less human they become. I have examples from the cast.

Alastor and the vees. They all have a part of the page where I drew them either freshly dead or human. I didn't draw velvette freshly dead because she's only been in hell about 10 years in my au so she's still pretty human like. Another aspect of this concept is that when they spawn into hell they're like a baby version of the creature/object they are based on. So alasyor is a baby deer, valentino is a caterpillar, etc. I'm not super happy about how vox's freshly dead form looks so I might change it later. I've also made lore for how they all died but that's for a later post.

Radiostatic fic where Vox "loses a bet" and has to fight Alastor dressed in some version of a skirt and/or dress - or just like, the feminine version of his typical outfit. (Vox doesn't acknowledge he kind of likes the outfit in any way, but he still doesn't want to meet his RIVAL wearing it.)

Except. Alastor doesn't treat him any different. They fight as normal, and Alastor gives him all the same insults.

Finally, Vox is like, "HAVE YOU NOT NOTICED WHAT I'M WEARING?!" and Alastor is just like, "Of course I have, old pal, you're finally wearing something OTHER than that typical eyesore of yours!"

Vox: What.

Alastor: You didn't really think your competing stripes and colors were fashionable, did you? Not to mention that atrocious little hat you always wear! Why, I'd wondered if perhaps I should introduce you to my optometrist!

Vox doesn't even know how to handle this. Both Vel and Val are giving him shit and making fun of him "having" to fight Alastor in that outfit (he didn't really HAVE to, but he can't resist the opportunity to fuck with that deer) but Alastor didn't even seem to care? At all? What???

If Vox was gonna expect someone to have bad opinions on shit like this, it'd DEFINITELY be the deer who refuses to acknowledge it's not the 1930s anymore.

Alastor: You don't honestly believe you're the first man I've met in a skirt, do you? This is hell, my dear! I hardly see how what you're wearing takes away from your obnoxious clout chasing, after all!

Vox: Okay, fuck you for real then, I guess.

Does he realize he's transfem? Does he embrace some femininity he's refused to touch for years because he's transmasc and didn't want to be misgendered? Or does he just like to dress up in pretty skirts and dresses? You decide.

Either way, he starts wearing it more often (and he'll electrocute anyone who tries to say he's dressing up FOR Alastor, by the way, he's not. It means nothing to him that Alastor said he liked that outfit more than his usual one, and it has no correlation to him stopping wearing that outfit when he knows he'll see Alastor. No connection at all. Fuck you for even thinking that.)

It DOES lead to a hilarious misunderstanding at the hotel when Vox shows up at the hotel in a dress and Alastor immediately attacks him, only for Charlie to (tearfully) break them apart and force Alastor to go to sensitivity training for his intolerance. Vox is too busy laughing to correct her.

(Vox then chokes on his spit when the next time he sees Alastor, ALASTOR is the one in a dress because this was Charlie's way of "showing him the error of his ways" and Alastor gave up trying to explain he was attacking Vox for being VOX and NOT for wearing a dress. Vox sees an ankle and passes out like a Victorian man about it.)
