Utena Tenjou Transmasc Icons

Made for a friend, in order these are Transmasc, Transandromasc / Transmascandro ( Transmasc + Transandrogynous ), Coffee Bean Transmasc, and Athenomasc.

Free for anyone to use, but these were made with a friend's headcanons in mind so be kind if you disagree, thanks. I don't go here but anyone can use these anywhere! Credit is totally optional.

✦ Main cast headcanons + rewrites: Hem

Explanation of headcanons + rewrites under cut!!

Oriented Aroace — they are still aromantic asexual, but due to them being able to experience tertiary attractions (such as platonic and aesthetic ones), which they sometimes confuse with romantic one due to how strong these feeling are, I think they would be pretty oriented aroace;

Omniaesthetic (with fem preference) — some part of it comes from projecting my personal experience onto Hem... Anyways, explanation: aesthetic attraction is attraction to how a person acts, looks, etc., like a simple crush or somebody that you adore, but it shouldn't be romantic. I myself many times have misunderstood aesthetic attraction for romantic one, and seeing how Hem had the same issue with Barrium, I thought "they're just like me fr". I also think that Hem would not care about what gender the person who she likes aesthetically is, but at the same time I thought that they would have a preference over feminine/fem-aligned people;

Transandrogynous/Transmasculine — I was unsure if Hem would consider themselves tmasc or tandrogynous. On one side, I think that transandrogynous fits them more due to identifying as a non-binary individual!! On the other hand, they would most likely get top surgery and identify as a transmasc instead;

I don't think that I did that much changes in design,,, just made eye pupils red-ish, made a red skin on leg the same pattern as patches on gown (as if these pathes are cut off skin from the previous owner), gave them a white stripe in hair (due to stress that they experience and because I personally it looks cool) and other stuff too. I also went with old reference because I like it more /nm /gen

Not that much of a hot take but I just. Don't see Hem being in a queerplatonic relationship with anyone from hospital or in general. They look like they would be a parent in a friend group, an aroace parent. Also I think that they would find love in a non-parental way more stressful because they would always doubt what the actually feel and will be more comfortable having a big garden for themselves to take care of different plants.

OKAY THEY ARE TRANSNEUFEM!!! like idk. it makes me feel less alone knowing i can just. have a character going through a similar experience (albeit the other end because i like variety). and medea is so sweet and i wuv them so much and i just love gay dq headcanons. so. medea transneufem they/she bi and incredibly in love with jessica. my pride and joy <3

also btw if the idea of a masc/guy character being interpreted as femme is upsetting to you or u don't see how a character with a deep/masculine voice or appearance can be femme. you should um. check ur biases btw.
