If you're on T injections your f/o would love to gently kiss wherever you do your injection on the spot where you're going to get the shot, then do the shot for you if you're nervous. After the shot they'd make sure to tell you how well you did, and how you're their handsome boy. If you're taking gel or pills, they'd sit by and chat with you while you took it/applied it, making sure to mention how you're their favorite boy and how much they love you. Bonus points if you get so eager to hold them after applying gel that they have to remind you to wash your hands! Then they'd make sure you two had time to lay together in bed, practically glued to each other.

If you want top surgery, your f/o would be there through every step in the recovery process! As soon as you wake back up from the surgery they'd jolt up from their chair, happy tears in their eyes, talking about how that's my boy, I'm so glad you're happier now, handsome! They would absolutely spoil you rotten during your recovery process, clinging to you almost like a guard dog

If you can't/don't want to do anything medically, that's alright! Your f/o would make sure you don't hurt yourself binding, find clothes to help make your build larger/flatten your chest, learn how to cut hair so they can keep yours short, and absolutely take every opportunity to tell you how masculine and handsome you are!

Can't/don't want to present masculinely? That's wonderful! Your f/o will never see you as a woman. They'd correct anybody that ever misgenders you, telling them that you're their boyfriend (or husband!) and that you're NOT a woman.

They love you at any shape or size, with any name and pronouns, any clothes and any accessories you feel most comfortable with.
