       "God would not accept snakes like you into the garden. Y/n is a strong, capable man. You have no right to disrespect him like that." Joseph held his hand tightly on your shoulder, staring down the man. His voice was stern, calm, sure. His voice was like a lion's, ready to tear down those who disrespected him and his pride. "You," the man spat, glaring at you. "You will never be a man."

       "Don't you dare misgender my darling y/n!" John growled. Jacob gave the man a cold, harsh stare.

      'If looks could kill..' You thought to yourself. Your fear was replaced with love and pride as your boys stood in front of the couple.

     "I think it's best if you leave. We don't tolerate people like you." Jacob stated. The man paled, eyes quickly filled with fear. "C-come on dear let's go." He stuttered. "Are you alright, angel?" Joseph asked, quickly turning to you. You nodded, smiling. "I think so.. Thank you.." you responded, hugging him tightly. "I know those two. I'll have them marked. I honestly love talking about this au and could go on and on but I'm not going to do that. Instead just give a short summary.

Lost hope au is basically a swap au but different. Seeds are good, law enforcements- expect whitehorse are bad. Story follows Joseph and his daughter, hope who is taken captive by a cult called, God's fate which visiting their home town (in this au, cps never spit the seed bros and they were taken by the miller family. Jacob's friend in the military he had to eat)

The cult has the leader, the shepherd known as moses. And five lords plus the monster. Apollo, joey, burke, larry, and Mia as lords with their own titles and sasha as the monster.

Little facts of my seeds‼:

- Joseph is a trans man with no surgery. He is very comfortable in his body and does wear binders but with all that running around he doesn't wear it a lot as he doesn't want to break a rib

- hope is fourteen years old and loves to play hide-n-seek. She is a adventurous and determined. She does look like her mother when she was younger but as she grows she would look like Joseph more.

- john works at spread eagle, falls end, with mary may who he sees as a niece (as a kid, he knew her father through jakob as he was older and her father is near the same age as Jakob) he started working there at a young age of 20 and help when the cult became a problem.

- jakob helps the whitetails out and is close to eil and tammy. Wheaty to him is too young in his opinion, plus unstable to be fighting out there. Also, yes, his name is spelled Jakob. It was on his dogtags in game but was probably a mess up by the devs but i loved it.

- miller isn't a seed by blood but he is their brother nevertheless. He died in the military as him and Jakob still join the army but don't get lost and having to commit cannibalism. He was instead killed in action. He was close to Jakob and Joseph the most but that didn't mean he didn't love john. They would be dumb and dumber.

"And so are we," he traces the bones underneath with his thumbs. "You, me," his words trail off and so do his fingers before they find your lower lip and pull at it until it's parted with the upper. "And your brother."

There was a new sheriff's deputy in Hope County and you had been the one to bring him here. Before you had reached out to him, you were the estranged brother. And, by the time he answered, you were one of Joseph's children.

You had a new name, a new family, and a renewed purpose. And you wanted all of that for your brother, too, but God had other plans for him.

Joseph Seed sought you out personally, separating you from your brothers and sisters, and keeping you safe at his side. It was through him that you reconnected with yourself, God, and your brother. And it was through him that you found your way to Eden.

At the end, in his compound, in his church, you can only join your hands together in prayer that your brother does the same.

Ok so this will be the last part until January 2025 as I'm taking a break from writing over the holidays, please enjoy.

Also so that this part is so long.

I woke the next morning to the smell of pancakes and coffee.

When I opened my eyes, John was standing next to my side of the bed with a tray in his hands.

As I sat up, the sheet fell off of me, pooling around my waist and exposing my bare chest to him, causing John to blush before hanging me my breakfast.

He was dressed in only his boxers, his normally slicked back hair was messy and curled slightly at the front.

Wordlessly I motioned for him to get back into bed with me, to which he carefully did so.

His left arm wrapped around my waist as I ate my pancakes before holding my fork out to him.

" 'Ere Cher, take a bite" I said before his plump lips wrapped around the food.

"My compliments to the chef" he said after swallowing.

After finishing my pancakes, I took a sip of coffee, relaxing further into his side as his hand started stroking my ribs causing me to let out a giggle.

"What time is it?" I asked him as I set my empty cup down next to me on the side table.

"Almost 9am" John replied, his morning voice gruff.

"We have a meeting today at 5pm, me and my brothers and Faith, Eli, you and Whitehorse are meeting up at Joseph's compound, something about a ceasefire" he said before he started trailing kisses along my neck and down my chest, stopping once he reached my top surgery scars.

"Have you ever thought about covering your scars up? Not that I think you need to, but you have other tattoos on your arms and legs, even one on you ribs, if you want I can do it for you"

"I thought about it, I mean it would be nice to be able to take my top off and not have everyone stare at me ya know but I haven't found a design yet that I like"

"I can design something for ya"

After getting dressed I radioed Nick, letting him know that I would be busy today with Sheriff Whitehorse and Eli.

"One more thing Nick"

"Yeah Dep?"

"I know you have a new born but can you look after Elijah and Ava for a little while longer until I radio you to drop them off at my next safe location?"

"Sure thing partner, what's going on out there Dep?"

I paused for a moment before responding.

"Just sorting out a way to keep my family safe"

"Ok I gotcha, be safe"

"Always"

After switching my radio off I met John at his hanger, where he was checking on his plane.

"Johnny, I should probably head over to the jail to get Whitehorse, it will probably take me awhile as I have to swing by the Spread Eagle to grab something from Mary May"

"Ok, I should head over to Joseph's to get ready our end, I know it's a lot to ask but can you give Faith a lift, less project members involved to begin with the better, everyone your end will feel safer I think"

I nodded in agreement before I wrapped my arms around his slender frame, his arms doing the same with me.

"No matter what happens later, I want you to know that I'm going to do everything I can to keep you and your siblings safe" he whispered in my ear as his head dipped down, before he moved so his forehead pressed gently against mine.

Mary May handed me a bag as soon as I walked into the bar.

"I found some of my old clothes from when I was around Ava's age and I thought she could have them, and Jerome was able to get some clothes for Elijah" she said as I shouldered the bag.

"Thanks Mary May I really do appreciate it" I told her as I pulled her into a side hug.

"I gotta get to the jail, Whitehorse needs me to help with securing the gates"

"Well safe journey Dep, and when you have the time, drop by with your family and I'll give you food and drinks on the house"

"You got it"

I was driving towards the jail when suddenly my car blew a flat.

As I got out to fix it, the hairs on the back of my neck stood on edge, like I was being watched.

Slowly I turned around and as I did, I saw him.

My father.

He was standing by the trees on the other side of the road, watching me like a lion watches a zebra before pouncing.

I turned my back for a second to put the new tyre on and when I turned around again, he was gone.

Getting in my car I sped towards the jail, radio clutched tightly in my hand as I radioed John.

"Hey, are you with your brothers?"

"Yep, Jacob just arrived"

"Tell them we need to move the meeting to now"

"Why?"

"He's here Cher, he's in Hope County"

"Shit, I'll let them know and I'll get the chosen to gard the road leading to the compound and have some standing gard near the Ryes"

"Ok I'll let Eli know, get Faith ready to meet near the jail, but not close enough where she can be seen by the Resistance members"

"Copy that Joseph is getting the message across to the project members to stand gard, they know to let you and Eli in and if you give the word, they will get Nick, Kim, Ava and Elijah"

"Thanks, I'll see you guys soon"

After switching frequency I radioed Eli to let him know that the meeting had changed to now, and that I'll meet him, Wheaty and some other Whitetails at the compound.

As I pulled up to the jail I noticed Whitehorse was waiting for me out front. I motioned for him to get in the car.

"Rookie, I got your message, we picking up Faith now?"

"Yep and we have to hurry Earl, he's found us"

"Shit"

Faith was waiting by her car close to the bridge leading up to the compound, a chosen and an angel were waiting with her.

When the peggie saw me pull over he guided Faith to the back seat and buckled her in.

"Make sure she's safe sinner, I know the Father has instructed us to help you, but I don't trust you"

"Don't worry I will" I said before speeding off towards Joseph's compound.

As we drove past some members who let us through the gates, I was starting to feel sick.

Pulling over, I helped Faith out of the car as Whitehorse led the way towards the church.

This is it.

As the doors opened I saw a tense Wheaty, and a few Whitetails who looked like they wanted to be anywhere else.

Eli was glaring at Jacob who was smirking and tightening his grip on his riffle.

Once we entered Faith went to stand by Joseph, who greeted her with a gentle forehead press, before he turned to me and Whitehorse.

"Welcome Deputy and Sheriff Whitehorse, we have a lot to discuss" he said as he approached us, looking over at John I saw him nod before I turned my attention back to Joseph, allowing him to press his forehead against mine.

After awhile he released me to do the same with Whitehorse, who reluctantly accepted.

"I'm not going to drag this out longer than need be, I need your help, all of your help" I began causing Wheaty and the other Whitetails to look at Eli who nodded his head in agreement.

"What's going on?" Wheaty asked, his voice had a noticeable shake to it.

"The other day, my younger brother Elijah and my little sister Ava arrived here in Hope County, Elijah told me that our abusive father was out of prison and now he's here in Hope County, I know he is, I saw him on my way to the county jail" I said trying to keep my voice steady.

"So where do we come into this?" Jacob and Eli asked at the same time before glaring at each other.

"I need to keep them safe, I need to keep my family safe, but I can't do that while still keeping the Resistance alive and dodging cultists, so I was thinking, a ceasefire, where we all work together"

"But he's after you and your siblings, why should we agree to help?" Jacob asked.

"Because he's the kind to go after everyone I ever get involved with, that puts John in danger, and everyone else here in Hope County as well"

"What do you mean by John's in danger Dep?" One of the Whitetails asked.

John came to stand next to me, his fingers intertwining with mine as I looked up at him.

"Because I love him" I said causing everyone to lose their minds.
