It’s not hard to tell what my favorite exercise is 💪🏽 ⭐️ I LOVE pull-ups and nearly any form of a vertical pulling exercise. Exercise for me serves as a form of survival and I believe that everyone should be working toward being able to pull their own body weight if possible. Even if I do not have everything that I’m used to in a gym I WILL make a way to get it in.
