It's so hard to find good bllk manager (especially if its fem) y/n... Some make them too kind and pure and soft and others have them be too hardcore to the point it feels kinda forced

I think the way I would write a fem bllk manager would be for her to be extremely chill and all smiles even when she casually mentions decapitations and openly talks about her bloodsucking fetish. I need her to tell one of the players "Kill yourself" with the cutest giggle ever like she didn't just advise him to do a flip off the Blue Lock building.
